Awesome costumer service, no matter what is your problem, they have a solution. I went to an oil change to my wife s Stelvio and came out with a Giulia for myself, they have a good amount of bank partners that will make it work for you. By the way, no matter what time we call for maintenance schedule , they re always available to take care of us. Now, I ll enjoy my car!

I can t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and Todd Bernstein. I had a bad experience a week prior with a car from another dealership I had planned to buy only to have them deliver me a car that was not advertised or described properly. Thank goodness that didn t work out because it led me here. Todd was exceptionally professional and straightforward. I flew in from out of town, but beforehand, Todd sent me detailed photos of every blemish and part of this car along with a receipt of the maintenance history. The used car was in impeccable condition and it was priced the lowest I have seen anywhere around the southeast in the 3 months I ve been looking for this specific make and model. He also picked me up from the airport! The buying process was seamless. I am aware that people are distrusting of car dealerships and their salespeople, but you have no reason to be weary of Harper Fiat Maserati! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Excellent mechanics. Fixed my car when other shops couldn't. Got me in the same day i called. Worked with my Carvana warranty. Only thing is I wish they had a loner car i could've used while my car was in the shop. But that's what happens when you need work done without any notice. My fault. Not theirs. Definitely would recommend.

Love Harper Fiat Mazaratti staff and how they take care of my family. Have bought 4 cars from them in the last 5 or so years and never worry because they keep the my family fleet working safely and moving forward. Dickie, Channa, and Tyler make it possible to be a working parent since you know your kids are in safe automobiles with the maintenance is monitored and properly executed. Can t imagine going anywhere else for service or to buy.

Great Experience! I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. I bought a slightly used truck here. There was no pressure, EVERYONE was nice and respectful and did a fantastic job. My salesman Allen was very laid back, non intrusive and very easy to work with. I cannot attest to service after sale but it seems like it will be equally as pleasing.UPDATE:. I went in for my first service for an oil change. While they ordered the wrong parts for the vehicle, they were very quick to put me in a very nice loaner car so that I would not be stuck there for a few hours. This place is great. Very friendly, very reliable. My wife will be in the market for another vehicle soon and this place will be, hands down, our preferred dealer. Never have I been this impressed by a dealership.

Perfect experience. Efficient service department intake. Great loaner. Gave me the flexibility to pick my car up next morning rather then fight late afternoon west Knox traffic. Very considerate. My little car looked great when I picked up and every question was answered to my satisfaction. Excellent friendly staff!

After 2 days of shopping around, getting appraisals on our trade in as well as trying to find the best interest rate. I was just about to call it quits! There was one last car on my list to see so we drove over to Harper Fiat to check it out. While here something else caught my eye. Out of ALL of the dealerships we had been to we got the BEST trade in value on our vehicle, Doug in financing got us an outstanding interest rate. Our previous rate was 24.33%, we left here with 4.24%APR! Wayne our salesman was friendly, kind, patient. We are very satisfied. Lowered our car payment, lowered our insurance as well as got a great warranty! Cannot say enough about these guys! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend these guys! Thank you Wayne and Doug, you guys rock!!!

Great experience with Todd at Harper Fiat. Harper already has great pricing so it sets up the interaction with the sales associates to be low pressure. After the test drive they had an offer sheet ready and had my trade-in assessed (which they were very generous with). I needed an extra day to talk over the deal with my wife and there was no pressure to hurry and make a decision. Once I gave the okay, we got the paper work done, most painless paperwork process I ve had buying a vehicle. The whole process was made enjoyable by Todd and the crew.

My experience at Harper Fiat is nothing short of Amazing. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Every time I go there I am treated like I am their only customer. I will definitely continue doing business with them for years to come.

My daughter bought a great SUV yesterday, she loves it! The salesman was friendly and made the transaction easy! The finance person worked out an affordable payment plan. I would recommend Harper Fiat!

I grew up in Oak Ridge, lived out of state for many years during which I bought a Fiat in Birmingham (500 Abarth). My sister has loved Harper Infiniti for years and this was my first experience at Harper Maserati. The service team was excellent. Not only did they tell me all my options including doing it myself after communing their vehicle checks efficiently but they clearly went above and beyond in providing excellent service meanwhile keeping the low cost to me a very obvious priority.

From start to finish, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The salesman Todd was very helpful in getting us the info on the vehicle and all the details were spot on. Alan in finance was extremely professional and considerate of our needs. The GM Channa treated us like she had know us forever and made us feel overly welcome. This is our first car purchase here but definitely not our last! We look forward to buying here again!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All scheduled work is discussed as well as any services that may be due, ensuring that the correct services and repairs are carried out. Very nice service representative met me when I pulled up. He was very attentive on the things I wanted fixed. The technician reminded me that I had a tail light out . They fixed everything and even offered to wash the car. I have bought several cars from them and have taken my Fiat to them before and will use them n the future. GREAT COMPANY.

Great great experience. Our salesman was Allen Sizemore IV. He was great. He answered every single question we had. We have nothing to say but great things. The way we were treated and the whole transaction was smooth and simple. When we left we felt as if we had made some new friends. Channa came and sat down with us and talked to us one on one. It s always nice when someone pulls up a chair and talks with you. We highly recommend if u want to buy a car. Great people to do business with. Thank u for taking care of us.

I love my Knoxville community and think it s important to give credit where credit is due especially in today s time when seemingly very little positive expressions are shared publicly. After shopping around the area for several weeks with my daughter for a car suitable for her, we developed an interest in a vehicle that Harper Fiat had listed on-line. From the moment we stepped onto the dealership property to view the car, we were treated warmly and respectfully. I simply cannot say enough about our sales specialist, Todd Bernstein, as he graciously helped us navigate the whole car shopping, purchasing, and delivery process. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional not to mention, genuinely likeable. Finance manager Doug Oliver exhibited the same warmth and professional characteristics that contributed to us feeling exceptionally good about our decision to purchase from Harper. The brief moments of interaction with sales manager Mike Dewine and service consultant Tyler Keyes further convinced us of the high caliber of Harper Fiat, Maserati, Alfa Romeo dealership. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs.

Buying a car is confusing and stressful. I ve done it a lot. Never have I had such a positive experience than the encounter I had once I came in contact with Harper. Specifically Allen Sizemore. He was on top of every step, from details on the vehicles, relaxed approach and simple steps. From contact at 830am to purchase at 1:30pm. NO GAMES, NO BACK OFFICE HUDDLES with the managers. (Allen in Finance was equally a pleasure to work with) They made it simple and honest. Start here when it s time to purchase. You will be glad you did!

Outstanding experience at Harper Fiat. My first transaction was a month ago to sell a car via KBB offer (thanks Jeff!). Then coincidentally we found a listed used car online that was listed by Harper Fiat. We reached out and met Allen, who did a GREAT job assisting us with that purchase -- only took a few emails, he got us the right price, and we purchased the next day after work...probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Great place...we'll be back shortly for the next kid's car :)

We haven't purchased from Harper Fiat yet but I can say these 5 star reviews are justified. We visited them this morning before they opened. Shana the manager was so fantastic. Todd was so helpful and not at all pushy. Everyone was welcoming and kind. So impressed! We've visited a lot of dealerships in the last few weeks and none made me feel like they did. I hope we will end up buying here but wanted to review to share the awesome experience we had.

We had a great experience with the team @ Harper Fiat. My husband & I drove from Bristol to Knoxville to purchase the vehicle we had found on Craiglist listed by Harper. From start to finish we were very pleased with the whole process. Todd Bernstein did an awesome job of anwering every question we had. We would highly recommend Harper for your car buying needs!

The salesman at harper are great top notch people!! The service department and harper care not so much! My water pump is failing and clearly not a priority. UPDATE- They finally reached out and took care of problem. The service manager was very helpful and understanding. I do recommend dealership .

Todd Bernstein and Alan Brock, the finance manager were some of the nicest people we have met at any dealership.We have been to many dealerships over the past few years deciding on whether to trade our vehicle or not.Several dealerships were extremely pushy, one salesman in particular. That was not the case AT ALL at Harper Fiat and with Todd Bernstein/Alan Brock.These two people are the true example of what a customer driven business should be. Everything was left to our own decision even down to the warranty we were offered. Todd did not pressure us at all to purchase the vehicle. Alan did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle or the warranty. They simply gave us the options, gave us their thoughts then left us to decide.Thank you Harper Fiat and just know that you have some great employees. These two guys were awesome and honestly down to earth cool guys to work withClay Moore

I recently purchased the second car I have ever gotten on my own. It was a significant investment for me and not one I took lightly. I talked with a friend and he highly reccomend Harper Fiat. He and several if his friends and family have had great experiences with them. The sales, finance and even service personnel are all top notch individuals. I had my vehicle less than 2 weeks had had an issue . They were quick to get me in and to it resolved....all while being super friendly. When I am ready to upgrade again and purchase my next vehicle, there us no doubt I will spend my money at Harper.

Purchased my first car here, a 2015 Fiat 500. Peter was very helpful and answered all my questions. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at ease. They were very helpful and honest about our financing choices. I would definitely purchase a car there again. I love the car and love how easy and unpressured the process was to get it.

We have been a customer for 4 years since moving to the area. We always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. When we needed a new car we purchased it at Harper Fiat for this reason. We recently found out they service other make vehicles and will bring our other car here for service.

We would like to thank you for hiring such a great crew in your service department. In the last 27 years we have bought two brand new cars and several used, but until we purchased our used Fiat we have never had such fantastic and detailed service not only for our Fiat but in person. You made such a wonderful choice in bringing on board, Ms Amanda Haskell as your service manager. She has treated us better than any car company in the area has ever treated us. She has seen to it that even the smallest detail was taken care of and made us feel like we are the the most important people in your establishment. Because of the treatment we have received there and the service of our Fiat we intend to purchase our next car with Harper Fiat.

If there were 6 stars I would give six. Even though my daughter didn't purchase the vehicle she looked at, our salesman was so helpful and gave me great information about perks of buying from their dealership. Powertrain warranty as long as you own vehicle bought from them. Even if it's not a new vehicle or their make and model. When he called me later I told him my next vehicle was coming from there I was so impressed by him and their business.
