Set up an appt to get my husbands car aligned and the day before the calibers and rotors had an issue. Brought the car in talked to James and got everything taken care of before we picked the car up. New rotors calibers and pads and all for a great price. Great location. Definitely recommend for all your car needs. Thanks James for such great service. Will be back again for sure!!

I called the same day and the gentleman who answered who very polite , friendly and said to come right on in. I arrived for a new tire change and left an hour later . They were very fast and efficient.

I dealt with Chris when I was having issues with my vehicle and he did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand what was going on and was very accurate on the wait time and costs. He knew I was pressed for time and got me back on the road earlier than I expected and I appreciate that. Overall rating is based on time, quality, cost, and customer service. The only thing I marked down was cost because I think it could have been less for what I needed.

Took my car in for an alignment 10/23, they had it in and out within 15 minutes and it was still pulling really bad. I took it back 3/24 and sat there for 2 hours, car is still pulling to the right and barely stays on the road. I had a mechanic from a different place check it and he said nobody has fixed anything under my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I'm so mad I don't even know what to say. I don't think I could even say enough to compare how enraged I am right now!!!!! Word of advice, don't EVER take your vehicle to this manipulative business!! I paid them to do an inspection on my jeep, ya know make sure everything is working properly, etc. First off, they said I needed front brakes(which we knew) then said my battery is completely dead and had to jump it off to get it inside(I know that's a lie) they call us to come get it and my car is flashing all sorts of lights, making noises and barely runs now. The battery that is in my car is NOT the same battery that's been in my car for the past several months, they switched out my battery without my knowledge or permission and tried to sell us a battery because mine was "dead" liars!!! I basically paid these people to mess my car up. Needless to say, I did NOT buy a battery from them and went somewhere else to purchase one (since they screwed around with mine), and now my cars check engine light is on and the check engine light has NEVER been on. My car has never had any issues like this until their hands got ahold of it. I just can't stress enough...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Literally the worst place to take your car! Priced me over 1500 dollars to replace an ac hose and to recharge it got a quote at another mechanic shop well known nice place that half my family uses called auto pro they said they could do it for under 700 that's for the part recharge and service I was in shock of how much of a scam they are I was disgusted if I could give them no stars i would!!

There is a lot to unpack here. My left rear tire was going flat. So I take it in all wheel drive car. They said left rear side wall flat they told me a hole on Friday 12/1/2023 Well that wasn't technically correct. Brough it back in on Sunday 12/3/2023 and they told me cracked rim. So it wasn't a hole it turns as they spent half the day with the car with me waiting and costing me a ton of money on 12/1/2023. At this point how do I know they didn't crack the rim on 12/1/2023 while putting on new tires since they were cagey at disclosing the condition of the tires being replaced? At this point I would trust them to inflate a bike tire.

Bought a lifetime alignment the last time my car was serviced, they were just as friendly and efficient when I went back for this last alignment after I had tires installed at another shop as they were when I bought it originally :-)

This is a horrible place, they will verbally argue with you and in front of other customers. Made an appointment to put 2 new tires, they faked the tread on my other two tires, trying to force me to buy the other new 2 tires. They did this to my son in his car, and have done it to my wife s car. A simple tire tread gauge from Walmart or Amazon will tell you your tread amount, they push it to the desired point and then hold their hand their and try to make it look like it s the setting they want to lie to you about. This needs to be on a consumer news channel exposing this con.When I went to check out and pay, he hit the Decline button on the kiosk and gave me a copy of my bill that he highlighted in advance that said I declined to sign or receive the bill.Think about that for a minute, a copy was made in advance to look like a customer declined something before it happened. This place used to be a good place to do business, not anymore, I contacted the corporate office and someone was supposed to call me, phone call never came. Firestone Corporate office does not care and will allow their employees to abuse and lie to customers. I am doing a mass mail out and doing social about Firestone, if you get something in the mail asking you to boycott this Firestone, I am the person mailing it out.It s time to end abusive employees that lie and abuse customers. Adding a photo of the employees prewritten notes on my bill that the employee was trying to start a fight with the customer with. It s funny, his paperwork says customer refuses to sign paperwork or bill because of safety issues, the con was I needed to buy new tires because of safety issues. The employee was saying I needed new tires because of safety issues (the con), not the customer saying it. If you are going to lie at least try to make it sound right. #BoycottFirestone.

I don't know what they did, but I know I drove my car there and had to have it towed off their lot. So I'm looking into having my car fixed at the dealership and Firestone can pick up the tab.Huge mistake !

After making an appointment, service was easy in, easy out. Quality work done at a fair price. The ride quality clearly improved after each repair to my Chrysler Crossfire: a badly needed alignment and shock replacement a week later. My Jeep needs an alignment. It will be next to go in for service. Money well spent with people who care about what they do and how they do it.

My grandson thought he might need new brake pads, so took it in for a free inspection. A very honest mechanic there told us the pads were almost new and then he took my grandson into the garage to show him what to look for in the future with regard to brake pads. Can't say enough good things about this garage.

We have a long-term relationship with Firestone Complete Auto Care. The Alcoa Firestone is one of our favorites. We always have an appointment. The service is almost always done on time or earlier and within the estimated price. Good quality mechanics and service consistently.

GO TO MARYVILLE LOCATION BEST TEAM!!!I just left this location around 3pm on Sunday 02-19-2023. I walked in for a wheel alignment job. The person at the desk was rushing me with my questions and made all kind of face reactions while I am talking which made me ask him if he understood as my English as it s my third language. I know that I have an accent on me but with very clear English as I have Graduated College Twice. Anyway he said that there is nobody available for wheel alignment job for today and he booked an appointment for Monday instead but I was trying to ask if they sell whole tire with its rims he was not direct with his answer showing that he doesn t understand what exactly I am looking for, I had to tell him not to worry about my questions and wished him a good day. What a lack of care, lack of professionalism, and lack of respect. I won t go to this location again first impression is the image of what will be coming next!

This one star is for the Alcoa Firestone. Not only did they lock my keys in my car and not help at all. Just said sorry I thought it was unlocked. Luckily I had triple A but that is not the worst part. Triple A will not be there till 7:30 and the store closes at 7. Thinking since it's cold, dark, and their fault I'm locked out that they would stay till help gets there...NOPE the man asked me( a young female In my early 20s) to go outside. I then asked if there are cameras NOPE again. He left me outside cold, in the dark, alone at a place with no cameras!!! What if something would have happened to me. Absolutely disgusting

If you want the absolute BEST service in wheel/tire work, from an alignment to mounting and balance, Doug is the man you wanna see. Every car enthusiast I know takes theirs to him, from cheap daily drivers to show cars - and for good reason! But that's not all, as the service and maintenance techs are all stand-up guys. My SO took her car in for a valve cover gasket, and they were very transparent with service time and cost - and even advised us on other things that might need to be changed in the process. Service was timely for the amount of labor involved, and we were invoiced plainly and fairly. Love this place, and love supporting the honest guys who work here!

I have been going here for tires and alignments on all my vehicles for 5 years. Never once had a bad experience, staff is super friendly and helpful, Doug is my go to guy though. Best to schedule appointments cause they get quite busy. Its always a pleasure at Firestone Alcoa.
