Hands down one of the best experiences! Shawn there is just amazing and very honest and efficient! Was very pleased when they fixed my Jeep Wrangler that had fire damage. They fixed it perfectly and kept me updated the whole time!

These guys are amazing!! I feel bad that I had came in on a day the two techs were out and I had a painful power steering pressure hose to fix and he still done it! They were so welcoming, they made me feel comfortable and we all got to laugh and joke around while he fixed my car to lighting up the pain in the butt the job was they re truly amazing and I will be taking my car there from now on. Their prices are also amazing compared to other mechanics!!

They fixed our brakes last week. Was a great experience. They were kind courteous and helpful and did a great job with the repairs. They also did it for much cheaper than all the other places I got quotes from. They also rotated our tires and changed our oil at no additional charge. Will definitely be using them from now on when I need repairs done on my vehicles.

It had been a long while since I had visited Auto Pro in Alcoa. There have been many changes... all for the better! Went out of their way to get me in, and provided top-notch service at every step. I remember going to Auto Pro many years ago when Eric and Patrick first opened it!

I needed tires changed so I went to the store and got an appointment for later that same day. The work was completed quickly. The price was good for a shop swapping tires I brought to them. In my neighborhood always try to work with small shops. Thanks.

The two attendants working at the front were friendly and courteous. One of the attendants drove with me in my car to listen for the noise and to determine what the issue was. He knew immediately what needed to be fixed. The repair was completed that day. I will definitely return to this location for any future repairs.

A rep from Discount Tire recommended Pro Auto. I stopped in, explained the problem and they were able to look at the car the next day. The service people diagnosed the squeal (when turning right) and presented the options. I chose to let them do what they could to alleviate the noise without replacing the brakes. I recommend this auto repair place and will return when another problem occurs.

Josh at Auto Pro was very helpful. My car would not start. He arranged for me to have my car towed and dropped off at Auto Pro after they were closed. He kept me informed about the process in getting my car repaired. I was very satisfied with their service.

Oil changed 2-3-24. Great service. Very impressed with the guys that work there. They dont push to buy what you dont need. Im a 74 yr old lady and have been with them for 2 yrs want go anywhere else.One Very satisfied customer!

I needed the radiator replaced & subsequently needed the thermostat replaced which were both done. When I left the heater core was leaking severely and my car nearly overheated. I returned immediately to have them look at it. They determined that an air pocket had developed and proceeded to remove it. I now have an appointment to have the heater core replaced on my 1995 Toyota Tercel 1.5 liter 5 speed manual with air conditioning which is a "dash job". My car is my lifeline. It is so important to me. I also live on a tight budget and Auto Pro has given me a sense that I can depend on them to get the work done for a fair price. I do have anxiety about have the heater core being done since the dash is involved and my dash is immaculate and I want it to stay that way. I have trust in the mechanic, it's me that has the anxiety.

The battery in my car died unexpectedly. Didn t think they d be able to get me in until after Labor Day but when I got the car to them on Friday, they were able to get me a battery and I was back on the road in a few minutes.
