Just here to add to this amazing Gmaps reputation (which caused me to call them 1st) Well deserved, as the owner /operator was nothing but understanding. Getting out of his bed & lacing boots on in the middle of the night, to help out my stranded kid. His wife was very kind (taking my info), even while I had sent her hubby out the door, on this midnight run. Great job thanks for the prompt & professional job, but even moreso for your good character.

First time to have to use a towing service in a while. The owner, Jimmy, answered the phone immediately and was at my location 10 minutes later. Quick service and very reasonable on a Sunday! It s never pleasant to need assistance on the road but especially at night alone on the side of the road. Ervin s towing service answered my call immediately and did an outstanding job of getting to me quickly and easing my fear of roadside assistance. I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A TERRIBLE EPISODE.. I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I HAD JUST HURT MY BACK AND MY KNEE.. I MADE 1 CALL TO A WRECKER SERVICE.. THAT DIDN'T ANSWER.. I CALLED ERVING TOWING AND RECOVERY.. IMMEDIATELY GOT A RESPONSE.. Mr. ERVING immediately asked about my problem and what my location was.. Not only that he immediately asked about my health and what kind of vehicle I was driving. LITTLE DID I KNOW HE HAS DIFFERENT TRUCKS FOR CERTAIN VEHICLES.. MINE HADTO BE TOWED ONLY ON A FLAT BED.. I JUST BOUGHT THIS NISSAN ROGUE..DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE.. MY SUGGESTION IF YOU NEED HELP IN SAVANNAH OR THE SURROUNDING AREA. HE IS THE MAN TO CALL.. THANKS SO MUCH MR. ERVINService: Car towing
