I would definitely recommend Abra to my friends and family members. Susan and her team are so friendly. They do a wonderful job on keeping you updated on status of your car. I even got my car back faster than I thought I would. Plus they did an excellent job repairing it. I appreciate everything that they did.

Great experience working with ABRA. The staff was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated during the entire repair process. My car looks better than before hitting the deer. The auto body staff also fixed a small paint flaw on the opposite side of the collision for no extra charge. Very good attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be going back for any of my auto body repair needs.

Susan and the team absolutely exceeded my expectations they got my car in the very next day after I called quick and prompt service. I ve had multiple vehicles worked on here in the past and I always have been impressed!! highly recommend.

This place was awful at keeping me updated. I called a day before my car was supposed to be picked up and they told me it wasn t going to be done for another week! They have had my car for multiple weeks and ordered the wrong parts multiple times. Again, no call from them and no updates or anything, thank goodness I called so now I can figure out how to get a ride for myself up to my surgery in Sioux Falls. If you have a busy life, do not go here as they will not keep you updated as to what s going on.

Absolutely recommend! They told us it would take about 4 hours to be ready and was done in less. Very nice people and affordable

I was very impressed with the work they did and the way they treated me. They got it done in a timely fashion and not only did they remove the dings I seen but they found 2 more on my hood that I hadn't seen. They were very friendly and I'm very satisfied

I had a really poor experience here! I m a person of color and I accidentally walked back out with my keys when I pulled my car into there shop and when I walked back in the older lady was being racist in the front office about me !! I thought we were past this come on NORTH TOWN!! I wonder how the other employees are treated if there in any sense my color!!

I had a very good experience with Abra this week. Treated me professionally and did superb job bringing the minor dings and warranty work back to original standards.Hope that I never have to use them again but if so I would and would also recommend Abra to others.
