Came here looking for a car for my son. Thomas our salesman was very friendly and was able to show me some vehicles that were in my price range for a first car for a new driver. We did find a car that my son liked and proceeded to purchase it. The process went as smooth as it could go. Not only was Thomas super friendly, but the finance guy Ronnie was super friendly and made his process short and sweet. In fact everyone I interacted with was pleasant to talk to. I usually get my vehicles at Woodhouse in Blair, but I am considering reaching out here for my next vehicle. They also sent a free Car Fax for the car as well, which is super helpful.

I purchased a new vehicle from Vern Eide Mitsubishi.From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness!! Even the owner of the dealership, Jim, came out to greet me!!Gilbert, John and the rest of the staff worked diligently to get me into the car that I wanted.This was a great experience for me and I highly recommend this dealership if you are searching for a new (or used) ride!!Thank you Vern Eide Mitsubishi!!!!!!

Drove an hour to see a vehicle that the salesman said was there at noon. Told them I would be there at 5 pm. Got a text later saying that a different salesman would assist with the vehicle. Get there and they say that vehicle wasn't there. A courtesy text or call would have been appreciated. Would have saved me two hours of my time. Luckily I have family in the area and at least got to see them and go and eat. Thought I would give them a try since my mother has bought cars from Vern Eide before. I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to waste your time.

My wife and I just leased a new Outlander from Vern Eide in Sioux Falls and we love it! We are from Aberdeen so had no clue about purchasing a vehicle out of our city. Matt and the team made it one of the easiest experiences I ve ever had getting into a different vehicle! Plus they were very fair working with you on Trade-Ins. And they delivered it right to us! I WILL definitely go through Vern Eide for our next vehicle purchase and highly recommend the same to anyone wanting to upgrade or just get into a different ride! Worked with Matt Scharffenberg and John Morel at Vern Eide Mitsubishi and both have been absolutely wonderful. Very professional, listened to my concerns and questions, and delivered better than expected service. (The cookies and caribou coffee in the lobby were pretty awesome too.) We had always purchased from Billion in the past but I will never go anywhere else but Vern Eide after this.

I have never been so impressed with the service I get from Vern Eide. I walk in and walk out feeling like I drive a $100k vehicle.This particular visit I had tires, oil change, alignment and a couple recalls. My oil change was missed, but I was ok with that, I work close. Paul and the team went above and beyond to make sure my oil change got done and was not an inconvenience to me (it would have been ok if I had to bring it back) but they came and got my Outlander and did the oil change the next day and brought it back to me. Very impressive. I never got even a 1/4 of that type of service from Sioux Falls Ford when I had a Ford which is why I came and gave Vern Eide a chance and they have left me very pleased with my choice. Thanks to the entire team at Vern Eide for all they do and being who they are.

We've used them twice now when another shop was not able solve our issues after multiple attempts. They were more thorough, had better customer service, and more reasonably priced than the other place. Vern Eide is now our go-to even if it is the complete other end of town.

I had a good experience with my purchase. They even removed my tow hitch for me. I do wish they would have been more upfront with the missing rain rail and back hatch handle. I didn't notice them until after the purchase and of course they will replace them at my cost. Oh well, I still like my purchase.

Great Experience. I do wish the car would have been detailed not just wiped down as I found a few sticky areas in the car. I also wish it had an owners manual for the car. I love my purchase 100%. Sales guy Matt S & financial guy Jesse W. They listened to what I was wanting both in a vehicle and financially and hit the nail on with both. I'll definitely refer Vern EIDE & my sales guy Matt to anyone looking.

Paul was the guy in charge of me and what was happening with my car. He was very very patient in explaining what needed to happen checking over the vehicle getting back to me and given that I work on a third shift schedule he was very very conscientious about contacting me and handling my schedule and being respectful of my time

These guys are great! I walked in feeling very stressed about my situation and left with a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi outlander sport that only had 22 miles on it! It s the first dealership I dealt with that actually made me feel like they really care about the customer. I couldn t recommend them enough!

The Eide experience is real, and Jared Buttenbach goes above and beyond. They recently worked on a recall, and provided me with a Loaner in the meantime. All was done timely, and professionally with the friendly service I have come to expect. But when I returned the loaner, I left my garage opener I the car. No problem for Team Eide! They found it, and Jared brought to me. Love this place. Love the folks. Great job guys!

Vern Eide Mitsubishi is AMAZING!!! Hope Yount and her team truly had my best interest in mind when it came to getting a new vehicle (2022 Outlander Sport). I am absolutely happy with how the whole process went with Hope- from the second I walked in, choosing the best fit car for me, customer service, and helping me figure out which insurance agency was best for me! Hunter was amazing, paid attention to what I wanted and found the perfect Outlander for me. This is the second car I have purchased at E10th my team each time was the best you could ask for. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander great to drive and the safety features are outstanding.

I have been working with Paul for a long time. He is an amazing person was legitimately concerned when I told him about my wife's situation. Paul did a great job taking care of my son's 2015 Outlander Sport. He knew exactly what needed to be done when I told him what was going on. Joe was the technician and also did a great job!! Thanks to the cleanup crew for washing and vacuuming my son's vehicle after repairs!! This is why Vern Eide is the best!!!

Everyone here was super friendly and not in like the typical car salesman way. We didn't feel any pressure or like we were dealing with any nonsense. We worked with Spencer and Jared, and they were both really amazing. And I really, really love my car so they definitely got me in the right vehicle.
