I have always had great experiences taking my vehicles here. The staff in knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are fair, and the mechanical services have been reliable. On my first visit here, the gentleman working the front counter immediately knew the solution for the problem I was having with my wife's car after we described the issue and showed him a video of the engine sound. Very impressive! I was recently here last Friday; during my visit, the staff was dealing with a difficult customer, so I wanted to leave encouraging review. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Our grandson goes to school at USF. His truck wouldn't start. We made a trip thinking we could fix it. Unfortunately that was not the case. Ultimate Automotive was recommended to us. We called and we very impressed with the level of customer service. They recommended a towing company, we got the truck to them and they were able to get it fixed and running in a timely manner at a reasonable price. If our grandson has any additional vehicle problems during his college years he will only take it to Ultimate Automotive on Marion Rd. Thank you so much

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place. They really do care about your vehicle needs and are so very helpful! They've been kind to explain things to me when I didn't understand, advised of what we should get done to our vehicles, timeframes and why. The best place in town for your vehicle needs!

Always a good experience here. Never had to bring anything back to get "re-fixed". They always keep me informed and let me know what cost will be prior to beginning work.

Took my Trans Am in as it was throwing knock sensor codes and the engine light was on. Told them please inspect before repair as I was using a pos scanner. They said no problem. I then went back and paid almost $1300 for knock sensors, plugs and wires. Got the car home and the engine light came on. I called them and they told me to bring it in. They tested what they replaced (knock sensors) and stated "yep they are doing what they should" the problem is my knock sensors must have been working fine the first time as they didn't test them just went off what the codes said. They told me that they didn't know what was causing the codes but suggested I take it somewhere else as they couldn't figure it out. I now sit here 1300 in the hole and the same issues nothing fixed at all. Wouldn't recommend.

I broke my metal brake line while trying to replace my brake hose, I thought I was royally done for. Ultimate fixed it in only a few hours with no appointment at an amazing price.

I ve been going to Ultimate Automotive for several years now. I don t go anywhere else in town. Rob is truly the best it gets. He s honest and trustworthy and he truly cares about his customers and the work his team provides. They re honest and pricing is very reasonable. First class service all the way. They were able to get my vehicle in a day earlier than what we scheduled and completed the repair ahead of schedule. They gave me a quote before the repair and when I picked it up it was exactly as quoted! Very happy with the service! I ll definitely return for any other work I may need. Ultimate automotive always is honest with us about service that we need or don't need for our vehicle and has always been there for us to help us out with our various vehicle needs through the years. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about anything you need to about your vehicle and help you figure out the best options for your budget

This place is legit Drop off your car and since they have a shuttle service they will take you to where you need to be. OR what I like to do is drop off my car the night before and utilize their after hours Dropbox.The facility is super clean, and your always greeted with a friendly smile and hello by Rob, Chad, or Mike.Prices are in par with national standards, but this place goes above and beyond where other shops fail.The only negative thing is that they don't clean up their own mess in your vehicle, eg; greasy prints on your steering wheel, etc.I highly recommend this shop and I have spent over 4 figures here and I keep going back (I drive an older, paid for vehicle).

Yesterday we got our Traverse fixed and we couldn't be happier. Rob took care of us and the crew even noticed another fix that was needed that one of the big dealers in town missed upon their initial inspection. They are good, honest, and Midwest nice type of folks! We have confidence now that we will be taken care of for our future needs. Thank you!

The staff are friendly and honest. They give estimates before beginning the work and as the inspection and/or repairs move along, no pun intended. We have found the actual bill is usually lower than the estimates.In late 2017, we bought filters they forgot to use, but we used them the next time. In 2018 we purchased a part and they were keeping it for the core refund because they had also purchased the same part (one of the two purchased wasn't a good part). Once I reminded them we had brought them the part initially, they recalled that was correct and gave me the core.Then we bought newer cars which didn't need repairs. Recently my newer car needed a repair, so we returned to them. We found the same things we did before, i.e., friendly and efficient staff, repair estimates upfront and progressively, a quick and good job, and prices lower than the estimates. We recommend them.

Nice guys, local place. However I confirmed that I wanted an oil change with regular oil when I booked my apt, as well as when I got there and handed them the key. They got done and charged me for synthetic. I questioned it and they didn t acknowledge they made the mistake. They blamed it on prices going up etc.. I know it s just because I m a girl. I just bought a new Civic Sport Touring and I wanted to replace the orange side markers with Suma s smoked out LED sequential markers, which entails soldering the wires to the blinker wires. No one wanted to do it because they didn t want to be liable if something went wrong, as it voids part of the car s warranty. I got NO fuss from these guys, they got me in within a week, only took about 45 minutes to do it, and I paid like $90. The markers look great and function perfectly! I ll definitely be coming back in the future.Service: Installation

We were stranded because our car would not start. I walked to Ultimate Automotive and within minutes, I was driven back to my car with a technician. I thought my alternator was going out while on a road trip, Ultimate Automotive we're able to fit me in at short notice. They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem (a corroded wire), and had me back on the road in no time.

I was on a trip from California to Wisconsin and my radiator failed in Sioux Falls. Cameron and his staff did a great job of diagnosing the problem quickly and getting it fixed at a fair price. We were able to get back on the road to continue our trip thanks to Ultimate Automotive. This is the place to go if you want to get it done right the first time. I wish my auto shop in California was as good!

Incredible customer service! My brakes went out the day before the 4th of July on my family's only car, and they made sure to fit us in that same day and get us back on the road when every other mechanic told us it would be at least a week! They genuinely take your needs into consideration and I couldn't ask for a better experience!

My favorite repair shop anywhere. I take my Tundra there for all repair work and have never had a problem with them. I've been using their services since they were All Tune. Had a Mercury Sable and an old SR5 Toyota pickup back then and every vehicle has always been fixed perfectly. THANKS GUYS!!

They did an amazing job, they were VERY polite and listened to the problems i had with my alignment, understood that it was really bad but reassured me they would do their best and KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! My passenger sliding door wouldn't latch on my van. They fixed it while I was at work and they drove it back over, so I had a vehicle to drive home with!
