I recently had a slow leak in one of my tires and the crew at Tires Plus went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They offered to get my vehicle looked at immediately. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in and out of Tires Plus in just 30 minutes, and the best part? The cost was only $20! It's refreshing to find an automotive repair shop that not only works efficiently but also offers fair and transparent pricing. If you're in need of automotive repair services, especially for tire issues, Tires Plus is the place to go. Quick, affordable, and with a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Tires Plus - a well-deserved five-star rating!

They prioritized me and were able to discover the issue. They called me right away and even tested everything to make sure the fix would be what worked for the long term instead of doing a short term fix and costing me more. I think it was Tim or Dan or something short like that who helped me. He was very clear and concise with explanations and resolutions.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO FOR YOUR CAR PROBLEMS. When I came in, one of my front signal lights needed replacement. We agreed on a price to replace it with a guy named Andy. After a bit, he came and told me that both of the wires for my lights had been chewed off. However, I could clearly tell that they cut them themselves. Andy then proceeded to tell me that the price had moved up. I then proceeded to tell them to stop and left with my car. They cut both of the wires and now both of my lights don t work. I Repeat Don t Ever Go To This Place! Andy and his crew are just a bunch of scammers.

Had a screw stuck in a tire that I noticed after work "2:30" called them to see what they could do for me. Manager had side they were slammed all day due to only having two employees on hand. It wasn't looking good, had a 3:00 window to possibly help me out and was told to have some patience " I always do" due to only having two employees on hand and squeezing me in. They had me in and cashed out in 30 mins flat. Everyone was kind and professional, very appreciated in today's day and age

Tires plus told me that my rear brakes were bad and the front brakes were great. A month later I came in with the issue not being resolved and then they said my front brakes were bad also. I called the corporate office to talk to someone. They tell me over and over that they will call me in 2 business days. No one has called me and no one is available to talk to me when I call. When I told the worker I was going to call corporate he said " go right ahead ". When I asked for the number he said he didn't have it. I would not recommend them to anyone .Service: Brakes

I am editing my review from 5 years ago. I am so sad to see the decline in quality work, communication and commitment to ethics.I had a tire repaired last year. The clerk didn't go over the invoice with me, didn't communicate what was wrong they repaired. When I asked for the info, he told me he didn't know. I had to ask to speak to the technician. After speaking with the manager, I decided I would give them another chance down the road. They had had a lot of staffing changes and were trying to get in a flow.On April 14th, I took my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change. I've been a customer of tires Plus for just under fifteen years, and liked having them change my vehicle oil so my vehicle gets a once over, fluids filled and they go over the report with me.5 days after getting the oil changed, I go to use the windshield fluid, to find it empty!! It should have been full!?!? I evaluated the report that tires Plus filled out, and they had checked my washer fluid as "ok". It hadn't been filled since the last oil change I got, so it would have been all but but empty when I had the oil changed on the 14th. I called Tires Plus to be told that they were out of windshield fluid that day and had been for months. Not only was I not told they were out of windshield fluid, I was not discounted anything as that is part of what I'm paying for. This is a matter of principle, because by checking the box as "ok" on the report they lied to me. That is not ethical. Trust is lost.I can no longer trust anything they've done with my vehicles. As far as I know they may not have even changed the oil though it says in the report they did. Just a sad decline. The previous long term staff did such an awesome job.Below is the review I wrote 5 years ago.Not only is their customer service and vehicle work excellent the amenities in their waiting area are great! Quality service, been going here for 9 years and have never had to take my car back for the same problem after they worked on it. Free WiFi, water, coffee and TV with chairs to sit. I have noticed along term employees, it is nice to always see the same people.

Posting one star because i dont get to rate zero stars.Called several places in sioux falls, as I was taking my father to dialysis 3 times a week. They were only place that would look at my vehicle. Although every other brake place was genuinely busy for a Monday, they were all I had that had an open spot. I know nothing about brakes, I would assume you would need to take the wheels off in order to look at pads and rotors. I sat in the waiting room for only 5 minutes, never saw them take the wheels off of my vehicle. I get told my rear brakes were shot, which they were. However, they said my front brakes were gone as well. well as my rear shocks were going bad. I could replace everything for $2800 dollars. I called my local mechanic, which I should of done in the first place, saved over $2200 dollars in costs . How these crooks stay open I will never know. I would rather drag my vehicle 200 miles than ever go into that business again.

Will NOT be back. The last couple experiences have sucked. One of the last times I had a car there they overfilled it. This morning I made an appointment for 12:30 over the phone and was quoted $63 for an oil change. I showed up and the manager says he called and left a message (no message was left) that they couldn't get me in but said if I wait 20 or so minutes they could get it in. So I waited. After the truck was done, it sat in the shop for over 20 minutes while the manager just sat at his chair and watched, knowing it was done and then finally went in and told someone to pull it out. Then I went to pay and was told $98 and when I told him what I was told over the phone he just said "well your vehicle takes 7 quarts" I know how many quarts it takes and I also told the lady very specifically what it was when making the appointment before asking for the price. Manager didn't care. Terrible customer service and dishonest.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! ATTEMPTED SCAM SURVIVOR HERE. Purchased tires online and scheduled appointment for installation. Store manager called and told me wrong tires came in, need to reschedule. Arrived for installation and did not have the card I used to Purchase tires online because I thought I had already paid for it (I did have my DL however). Was told BY ANDREW "system won't allow them to proceed without original card". I expressed frustration (but did tell him I understood)...I offered to present and pay with a different card and he said "system won't allow it". I again expressed frustration....Came back the next day with original card and installation commenced. NOW HERE COMES THE SCAM- Andrew said I must have a "cracked spring" in my front right shock and entire front suspension needs to be replaced but not to worry because they could discount it down to $900. He was very adamant about SHOWING ME THE LEAK. I went back and took a photo of the GREASE SPOT. I declined their "offer" and took the car to 2 DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTERS INCLUDING THE DEALERSHIP. Was told by both ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH SUSPENSION/SHOCKS. They took photos as well. I showed them my photo from Tires Plus and that "Leak"/grease spot was completely gone. Never was a leak. Tires Plus fabricated the situation by applying their own grease spot on the stem. AVOID THIS PLACE !!

I am from out of town and I spoke with Lee, I told him I was less than a mile from his store and asked him if he could help me with a flat tire on my trailer. He informed me that he would not help me that he closed in 12 minutes. I found him to be very rude. I would hate to think that I couldn't help someone out that was having trouble. Worst customer service. How long would it take to patch a trailer tire Lee? 15 minutes at best

I came in to get my front left tire to stop leaking and they were really professional, and knew what they were doing. I was recommended here by my boss at my job and I am glad I took her advice. I don't know anything about cars and this was actually a good suggestion. They sprayed the tire with this chemical to see where the leak was and I watched as the person did the work and it was overall a great experience. I am glad I came here.

Had this place do a general inspection on my vehicle after having little issues when they replaced a battery prior, took a smidge longer than expected both times but no biggie, said other than a belt everything looked fine (there was a smell of gas when sitting with the heater on so...). 6 months later my vehicle starts smoking so obviously the inspection wasnt worth it. Say itll take two hours, four hours later and its still not done.Update: they said there was a problem with a coolant valve-paid for the fix-400 dollars. Two weeks later i had to pull off on the interstate because my head gasket had blown and somehow when tires plus looked into my whole coolant system had missed it but caught the $400 valve.Services: Transmission, Battery

Nice to find a dealer open on Sunday when I had a flat tire. Being from out of state that helped. They said it would be repaired by the end of the day. Within an hour I got a phone call it was ready. I would highly recommend Tires Plus for your tire needs

My son and I were briefly in Sioux Falls and were scheduled to leave the morning of August 6 to return home to St. Louis. In the evening of August 5, we discovered that one of the tires on our SUV was losing air. We placed the spare on the vehicle for the night. We showed up at 7 am at a Goodyear Tire shop the next morning hoping for a quick repair. The man at the desk told us that the mechanics wouldn't arrive until 8 am, that the schedule was full, and that he couldn't promise when or if he could fix our flat that day. He wasn't the most sympathetic individual and he seemed unhappy to be at his job. We then called Tires Plus and were told to come as soon as possible to the shop. We were there in less than 10 minutes. There were 2 guys working. One of them was Andy but I'm not sure which one actually did the work. The guy at the desk (Andy?) signed us in immediately. He then drove the car into the shop, fixed the flat, and switched the repaired tire with the spare. We were done in less than a half hour from arrival to departure. It was really wonderful and incredible. Thank you so much for your excellent service.Service: Tires

Salesman we're great had no problems unfortunately you're supposed to get a free alignment with every tire purchase and their alignment rack isn't big enough And it's going to cost me a 100 bucks to go somewhere else to have it done. Then unfortunately I get home to find out that my tires were only inflated to 25 pounds and even the chart on the door says 35 pounds minimum so I'm not sure how they set this all up with 10 pounds less air than what's supposed to be in them safely. After talking to the manager I was able to go back and they rechecked everything and took care of the under inflation. They stood behind their work and corrected the issue

Perhaps you guys should update your hours if you're gonna be closed in the middle of the day on a Sunday. Had Tires Plus schedulers make me an appointment for noon at this location on a Sunday, and their door even says 9-5 Sunday. Not a single soul there, door was locked.
