Guys inside are very disrespectful and not very nice. No feedback on how to work in my vehicle went. Other then as far as I know it s good and alignment I got I isn t even straight.

What can I say? I was 14 hours from home and had a rear tire blow out on my 14,000 pound motorhome. Mike ordered up 3 new tires before I even got there and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Nice work guys. You made a bad situation easy to handle.

TireMotive is always reliable, priced fairly, and provide excellent service! I just had a battery replaced for my Buick. They went out of their way to provide no-nonsense service. They are the only place I trust for my car needs!

Very nice people, got me in on short notice and did an alignment for me quickly and affordably.I also had my dog with me, who they let wait in the store with me! Definitely appreciated.

They get me in on time and completed the service just like they promised. Best price I could find for a good set of tires. Friendly knowledgeable guys to deal with. No high pressure up selling.

They are always Great to work with! Mike, Darren, Dennis and the others are so nice!!! Mike is a hoot and Always knows what I need! They don't over charge and I know I can trust them. I'm not scared when I pull away as I know my vehicle was fixed right as if it was their own! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!! Until next time....

I had three tires changed out. they charge me For disposing 4 tires really! When iwent. Back in to collect the extra money for the fourth tire that Did not exist, he said that the rim is considered a tire you seriously think anyone would consider a rim a tire? They kept saying that the rim was a disposable tire. I have been around big rigs all my life and to have someone say that!!! did not care it was $4. It was the principle. If you're going to cheat me on four dollars it wasn't a good idea. really not going back there ever again. He still owes the tax on the $4.00 I paid.

We went in for a simple alignment. These guys found an underlying issue that would have made the alignment a waste of time and money. They did alot more than what they charged me for and I really appreciate the awesome service they provided!

As always Tire Motive was able to get me in quickly and repair my car. These guys never fail me in getting quickly to the problem and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for car issues large or small.

this is the most terrible service in my practice, after their wheel exploded, when I asked to compensate me for the costs for their services, which I almost got into a car accident, they refusedFeel sorry for all the people that don't know about cars that they have probably

The guys at the front desk are always helpful and polite. I completely trust that if I don t need something done they won t charge me extra and do it anyway. Also they don t treat my stupid because I am female, because some places (shops) still act like girls don t know as much as guys do! I appreciate this very much. We definitely send everyone who needs tires or service their way!

Was in Sioux Falls from out of town. Must have run over something on the road and blew a tire. Tire Motive checked it out within 15 minutes of getting towed in. Found a new tire to match what I had and I was back on the road within the hour. Nice guys, and great service.

Got the tires I wanted and I was expecting to pay extra for mounting and balancing. I was surprised and happy to lean that it is included with the purchase of the tires!!! Definitely will be taking any vehicle of mine their and referring other people as well!

I needed a new tire put on my compact tractor, I already had the tire, just needed it swapped. I called and talked to Jeff (super nice guy) he said to bring it on down, they are first come, first served. I arrived about 15 minutes later and they were able to get it right in. 10 minutes later I was on my way out the door! Great service, friendly staff!

They were around $200+ cheaper than any of the other 9 places I had called. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes early for our early morning appointment and they got us in right away. The waiting room was comfortable, we were there maybe 45 minutes and they were done. Not once did anyone try to upsell us or try to get a to buy a more expensive tire set. To the contrary they actually recommended that we get a cheaper brand of tires for the type of driving we normally do. I would definitely recommend Tire Motive to anyone needing tires. I know my husband and I will be back once we need another set!

Had an alignment and tires put on both of our cars at Tire Motive. Delt with Mike who is polite, direct, and honest. Tire and allignment prices we're comparable if not better than everyone else I called for quotes. Called for appointments early AM, both cars scheduled and completed same day. Mike offered rides to and from home/work for drop-off and pick-up. No attempted up-sell on either car (both over 70k). Got a verbal warning to keep an eye on the brakes on one vehicle. I perform a lot of maintenance on our vehicles. Upon inspection a few days later, the brake diagnosis was correct and I replaced the brake pads on that car which were 90% worn. Thank you Mike and Tire Motive for your help and honesty.

Hands down the most trustworthy shop in Sioux Falls. Went in for an alignment a few years ago, they looked it over and turns out I only needed my tires balanced. This year they saved me over $150 on a new set of the exact same tires compared to that place with the Tire Man! If I could rate Tire Motive 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Satisfied customer 12 years and counting.

What's better than snagging a new to you tire on a Friday afternoon? Snagging a new to you tire for under $50 and being called ma'am and young lady so much that you almost believe you're young again.The guys were quick and funny... just how I like them. Given how often I'm in need of tires for various and sundry reasons I should see if they have a frequent fliers club.Thanks again. Quick and courteous and priced just right.

Great Guys to work with.... Okay not just great. Incredible gentlemen to work with. They Checked my tire for damage from a screw and finding none.. reinforced it and really took care of me. The Billion said they could get me a new tire the next day. Sent me away with the screw still in the tire and come to find out... didn't even need a whole new tire.THANK YOU Tire Motive!Also my Van locked up just a couple blocks from their shop and one of their technicians came over right away to see what needed to be done. I was especially grateful because it was freezing out and I had my 3 month old son in the van with me.These guys have gone above and beyond to put me as the customer first. & Their fixes and maintenance that we have needed done is all pretty reasonable. :)Heck I have even referred my own mother to them!! :) What an awesome way to run a business and put clients first. :)

These guys are hands down awesome! My wife and I were on a trip and happened to run over something and had a flat tire. I brought my car into these guys and they got me fixed up with a new tire in no time at all! I would highly recommend this business if you happen to have an emergency in the area or if you live close by! Thanks so much for saving our day.
