Service writer was rude and didn't understand a simple email stating all that needed to be done was a software update and make sure all PTCs are turned on. He failed to acknowledge me upon arrival until I spoke first. Worst customer service from a Thermoking dealer I ever had.

Good place to get ur apu fix. The service was great and the people were awesome. I called in the morning to get my alternator changed for my apu and Ray got me by noon even though they were busy. Definitely gonna comeback if I need service done again. Go check them out if u need service. They great people and u will leave happy.

The worker we encounter was welcoming but the others weren't so nice. No one (employees) speaks when entering the customer lounge and ignores you when you speak. This city/state really does sucks for colored people.

I came today to the shop with several questions about my new Tripac newly installed by Orlando Thermo King on my brand new Volvo VNL 860. John was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have several issues with installation of my tripac unit by Orlando FL shop. Now I wish that i have had my unit installed by John at this Sioux Falls location. Very professional and definitely knows his stuff! Thank you, John.I saved location of this shop, and definitely will be back.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!! They are a hiniker dealer and i bring my western plow there and they find the problem faster than the western dealer! What ever plow you have do not think twice go to thermo king! They will find the problem right away! Very nice guys to deal with and to do work with. Hours are amazing! Just goto these guys for plow problems because they will have you up and running in no time!!!

Well was told somebody would show up in 15 minutes , and he did, and this was a after call ! Great service, nice guy , in and out ! Can't get better than that ! Thanks again

had esbar installed and took 7 hours to install had things that worked when it went in and didn't when it came out was told they didn't think it was there problem...never going back there...
