They are overall amazing took it in for a battery replacement and they were very polite, patient and kind. They will do their absolute best to ensure your car is taken care of. They were so busy which at this time of year it happens but they still took the time and took care of me. I will definitely keep coming back for any car care needs!

I was a walk in customer, Bob was outstanding and fit me into their busy schedule. His team member accessed my concerns and were able to resolve and repair part of the issue today and the part will arrive tomorrow and repair will be finished. This will be my shop for all future issues and oil changes on my vehicle. Fantastic customer service!

On our trip from Montana to Connecticut, we ran into some major radiator trouble that would have left us stranded in Sioux Falls with a fully loaded trailer and overheating dog. We called SWT and Tabor helped us out tremendously. He got us in the morning we called, diagnosed the issues with our vehicle, and got us up and running again. He did so with the help of a mechanic (I think his name is Jesse) and had the job done in less than 3 hours. We are so grateful for their help! I would absolutely recommend SWT to anyone that wants their vehicle repaired and who appreciates fantastic customer service. Thanks guys! You re the best.

My family has been doing business here for almost 10+ years and was recommended to come here for some service. They got me in the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it all within 3 hours. Bob was super friendly and transparent with me every step of the way. Great service and fair pricing, definitely will be back!

Bob and the SWT Team are THE BEST!!! Whether it is our new truck, our old "Grey Betty", or my Edge, they always treat our vehicles and us, with the utmost in customer service! They provide honest information and are experts in their field! We always know we are going to be taken care of and will never take our vehicles anywhere else!! Thanks SWT Team!!

Expensive and tried to charge for the wrong repair. My wife and I had both brought our vehicles to the Arrowhead location due to it's proximity to our home. My vehicle was repaired and seemed quite expensive for the work. But the issue seemed to be resolved. My wife then brought her vehicle in for an oil leak. They did a repair, but within a week the oil leakage was there again. We called the shop, they fixed it as a courtesy without charge. Then this is where the downfall of the review comes in. We bring the vehicle home, but smell gas or a very thick oil scent in the cabin on the way home. Thinking it could be just oil spilled and burning off, we gave it a day or two. But it was there, same thickness of the smell. So we ended up bringing the vehicle back in for the 3rd time. We were told it was the turbocharger on her Escape. The repair would be around $2800. This was baffling because the smell wasn't there prior to the "fix". Also Bob was very defensive about the situation when both me and my wife had just put in around $2800 in total repairs between the both of us, and now being asked for this outrageous amount. We took the vehicle and called around to get some other quotes, and ended up taking it to another shop. They fixed the issue. It was the original "fix" that was claimed to be done by SWT for 1/10th the cost including labor. Very frustrating because we had to pay twice for the same fix.Never again will I have this business service my vehicle, or will I recommend anyone else bring their vehicle there. Honesty doesn't seem to be part of the deal.

Bob was extremely rude and unprofessional he charged me for work I told him not to do and then proceeded to lie and attempt to hold my car I had to pay $127 for him to give me my key DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH HIM

If ur looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanic look no further...Bob and his Crew on 10th n Sycamore will fix only what needs to be fixed...I've been taking my Family's vehicles to Bob for nearly 15 years now and I feel thankful to have peace of mind knowing I'm getting the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE period. Specialty Wheel and Tire is my go to place for my maintenance needs. The manager Bob has always been very helpful and he shows genuine concern for my needs . I was very appreciative of the help he gave me to drop off and pick up my vehicle.

I needed my brakes to be replaced and reassembled. I bought all of the parts for them to do it before I brought my car in. No notification from them on when or how long it would be for my brakes to be replaced/reassembled. Untimely and unprofessional. I use my car for work. And I have been without my vehicle for 72 hours. All they did was move my vehicle from the gravel road behind the building to their lot.

This time I had a torn MAF boot that acts a lot like a transmission problem in low gears. No codes to help give a clue of why the car was hesitating with take off. These guys did a good job finding the problem and got us back on the road. Highly recommend them if you got a car issue.

SWT saved the day! I came in with a bolt stuck in my tire...they calmed me down, treated me like family, fixed the tire and were able to fit in other services I had been planning as well. So professional and personable. They were recommended to me and I'm just paying it forward!

Great place to take any car or truck in for service. They offer FULL service, and if they cant do it.... well so far there isnt anything I have had that they cant do.Fast service, with flexible times to allow for busy work days. Either Bob or the the staff calls if they find an issue that is above the normal service, just to make sure so there are no surprises on a bill.They have always worked well with not only my family, but with my extended family that were looking for a place to take their cars.Bob and his staff are top notch, and they will always and forever have the care of all my cars for me and my family.

I was greeted promptly and curteously and after inspecting my pickup was informed of repairs needed. Repairs were done quickly and was back on the road with a smile on my face. I would gladly recommend them to others.

Bob at the Arrowhead location is always helpful, always ready to provide an affordable solution to the needs of my vehicles. Great service and advise even recommending a better solution with a partner shop. Best experience I have had with auto repair, my exclusive first stop shop. You just can't go wrong with Total Car Care.

The folks at Specialty Wheel and Tire are extremely helpful and trustworthy. They always let me know up front what the cost of a repair will be. My last visit included a separate problem that I can probably fix quite inexpensively myself -- and they let me know that as well. Specialty Wheel & Tire is always my go-to shop, because I know I will be treated fairly -- and I will get many more years of use out of my vehicle because of their good care.
