I do not usually leave bad reviews but I believe it is warranted in this scenario. I would like to make future customers aware of my experience. I made an appointment for my Ford F150 for air conditioning diagnostics on Thursday at 8:30am. I knew that I was going to spend $99.99 to diagnose my issue. I then received a call from Miguel saying that my issue would be resolved by charging the unit and adding a dye to find possible leaks and adding R-134A 24 coolant. I was told that my air conditioner would be fixed by 5:00pm on that Thursday with a total charge of $415.87. I attempted to get in contact with Miguel at 5pm and 5:30pm to pick up my vehicle and left multiple messages. The following Friday morning I called and left another message with Miguel at 8am. I received a call back at 8:40am that it was taking longer than expected and it should be ready by 9am but he would call when it is ready. I received another call around 9:45 that it would need another $2,689.80 to fix the issue. I then picked up my vehicle not wanting to put more money into it when I was told this would resolve the issue. While picking up my vehicle I questioned why I was paying $415.87 when my issue was not resolved and was met with being spoken to in a demeaning manner and telling me the same thing repeatedly. When I asked to speak with a manager he continued to talk to me like I was stupid and I was never able to speak with a manager. I ended up paying the amount that I owe but I will not be returning.Bottom line is that I went to this business to get my air conditioning fixed and was told I would spend $415.87 to get the issue resolved and it turned into an entire headache and I left the business without $415.87 and without working air conditioning. My issue is the demeaning manner I was spoken to and the fact I was told that this four hundred and some dollars would solve my issue and I left without my issue fixed.

My battery died on me right before work and I called Ford to see if they could help. Alicia was sent out and determined I needed a new battery. She replaced it on the spot and was so nice and helpful. She is awesome! Ford of Sioux Fallshas been good to me in the past, but Alicia went above and beyond the call of duty.

So yesterday I needed an oil change and had questions about price point per my last oil change with them. One rep said because it s a VW you re looking possibly around a $100.00 . I was quite perplexed. Well I had the CSR in the inside review previous ticket only to discover the price was less because the service techs did not use specified oil for my VW. Unfortunately I wasn t prepared for that yesterday but I found it disappointing the CSR were quite condescending once I expressed my frustration with added remark well now you know going forward . As if I did not come to professionals who should be knowledgeable and I would ve known on my next encounter. Not to add that could ve been a very costly mistake for me . Granted lesson learned but I sure hope no one does your car like that.

Unfortunately the horrible customer service given by gal at service desk for the third time makes me never wish to return. She was argumentative and rude insisting our warranty expired even tho i had paperwork to show it was not. Said she could not go off my paperwork because her system did not match our paperwork and that I would need to go find a sales person to dispute it cuz she could not leave her area. So instead of offering to assist me by calling someone she chose to be rude and condescending. Thank God another person came over and told her she had to honor our contracted warranty even tho she argued with him as well. Please train your service desk people better as they are in desperate need of customer service training! Don t argue with customers - try to assist them best you can!

I have a large delivery van and this was the most organized and well-run service department I ve ever worked with. The guys are all nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

This service center is immaculate. I wish my local dealership was half this nice.Got a service engine message while traveling on business and they got me in right away even though the pickup was still sporting tags from a dealer in another state. Diagnosed the issue, provided great information and got me back on the road. Top notch service. Lyle was extremely helpful.

In our experience, the best thing about Sioux Falls Ford is their shuttle service. It's top notch! The service department not so much. After two not so good experiences here at Sioux Falls Ford, we will definitely not give them a third opportunity to disappoint. We are trading in our Ford vehicle ASAP, and will NEVER be at the mercy of any incompetent Ford dealership EVER again! We've been to multiple Ford Dealerships in different states and unfortunately all of them have been poor. Best of luck if your vehicle is needing anything other than basic maintenance at Sioux Falls Ford.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Normally I have had decent service here but the last time I went for an oil change I got home and noticed they didn't even properly reattach the panel guarding the oil pan and it has been dragging. It's now damaged.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

By Far the Very Best repair service Ever. After 2 weeks of trying to find why my 98 Ford truck wouldn't start unless we tapped on the starter /solenoid. Went here and they traced it to a simple but hard to find battery cable that wasn't connected to the starter. It was no easy task for the mechanic to put it back on.Treat you like you're family and have an AWESOMENESS waiting area. Or get a free ride home and then back when your vehicle is ready. I no longer want to do my own work on the truck I'll just take it back to Sioux Falls Ford

Don t get car keys made here. If you own the car but don t have a drivers license, but an ID. The technician that made the keys won t give you back your car. Even when you have another license driver in the house.
