John was awesome to deal with. I don't know why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. I got a 14' explorer at 13299 and John negotiated w/ me right over the phone and dropped the price 700 which is a steal on an explorer w only 97k miles. I like the fact that he doesn't say the canned line we have these priced to sell even though it was priced to sell. I highly recommend this place and John as well. Mgmt, if you're reading this give that man a raise or a promotion, or both. Yeah, both.

The service team at Schulte is PHENOMENAL. 15/10 recommend. This is a long overdue review and their service team deserves all the accolades. I ve had nothing but a fantastic experience, and a particularly huge shoutout to Cody, Jen, Zach, Brandon, and Nate who I ve worked with most recently this year and the past couple of years. They and the quality work of the technicians are 100% the reason I keep doing my service and maintenance there. Their team is so communicative, professional, trustworthy (this is a big deal as a woman), quick to answer any questions, transparent on pricing and possible needs, and obviously they have a core focus of ensuring their customers have as genuinely good of an experience as possible. While I know I could probably get some of the work done cheaper elsewhere sometimes, the value of service and trust with them is worth a premium to me. I also love that they offer shuttle service, loaner cars, or will even come pick up my Subaru and bring it back after service. Their waiting area is fabulous too and dog-friendly, so sometimes I bring my pup to get all the affection from the team during minor maintenance. Whatever Schulte needs to do to keep this caliber of team on staff, please do it. (And if I buy a new Subaru in the future from Schulte, it s a credit to the service team for making me want to work with Schulte whenever I can.)

We had our used Forester for less than a year and the engine gave no warning and completely blew up.Schulte Subaru of Sioux Falls completely saved the day. They filled out all necessary paperwork to the manufacturer and were able to have our engine replaced at no cost to us. They went above and beyond as they could have just said , you re out of luck. Customer Service is top notch.

Being an out of state buyer with a trade in there are always many more challenges to overcome to make a deal happen for both the customer as well as the dealership. The Schulte team from the initial response from the sales team clear to a personal message from the owner made the experience of purchasing my vehicle effortless. If you re thinking about buying a vehicle no matter where you live and Schulte Subaru is on your list. I highly recommend you go with them. You will not regret your decision. Great Experience as always with top notch customer service! Very friendly staff all while providing a warm, clean, comfortable, & inviting dealership environment!Jeremy & Dan in the sales department as well as Jennifer & Tommy in the service department are as good as it gets! Glen is always extremely helpful in the parts department when those items in are needed as well!I started driving Subaru vehicles 20 years ago now my entire family from my parents, to my sibling, my nephew, and now my children drive vehicles purchased from Schulte Subaru!I always look forward to visiting the entire staff at Schulte Subaru!

I used the massage chair today, it was amazing. Then enjoyed a snack and drink from the snack bar. The staff are so friendly and explain everything on the invoice. They even take coupons I get in the mail, that have expired!

I had an excellent (albeit spendy) service visit. I had been having an issue with the oil light coming on and being low on oil. They found the problem, gave me a loaner (brand new Outback) and had it fixed in a week. Nate, my service manager, was informative, kept me up to date and was easy to work with.I feel like Schulte Subaru has stepped up their service experience from other times I ve been in in the past. Well done!

The team at Schulte Subaru never fails!! When I bought my car in 2022 it came with roof rails and a kayak rack. 2023 hit me hard and I didn't make it out for kayaking until late in the season. I went to put my rack on and realized it was the wrong one. Put that on the back burner until last week when I finally got around to calling about it. It has been 2 years and they made it right. No arguments, no fuss, just smooth sailing. It's been 2 years, most places would say sorry for your luck but not Schulte Subaru. Not only did they take care of it same day(Dillon in sales and Andrew in management) but Ryan, the guy installing the rack for me, noticed my windshield wipers weren't in the best condition and got them taken care of for me on warranty. I am always so pleased with this crew. I will be a customer for life!

Ryan M was an excellent help in getting me into my next Outback. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a hell of a nice guy. My experience with Schulte over the years has always been a positive one. The cars could sell themselves, but the friendly attentive staff are icing on the cake. The cat could be a little more attentive, but I'm sure he's busy.

New tech is awesome.The only issue I had was about the oil changes. When I purchased the vehicle I was informed and accepted the veterans incentive of free oil changes for life. Apparently it didn't get added into the digital file.Customer service was great, and Brandon handled it on the spot.

Service department was great. Appointment was 730am and I dripped my vehicle off in the afternoon the day before and got a free loaner. Software update was dome promptly and my car was washed for free like always. Great vibes at Shulte 10 out of 10 recommend

The dealership was willing to send a mechanic out to help me out when my vehicle had a flat tire. They were sure to check if my tires were still under warranty when I needed one repaired, so it was a nice surprise to have the repair covered. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Their ride and vehicle delivery service is so convenient so customers can go about their days while their vehicles are being repaired. Thank you!

I have a 2021 Legacy and I absolutely love this car. But for the last two and a half days I haven't had any music. So I thought I could try to do the update but I was unsuccessful so I brought it in and customer service dealt with me right away and took my car back. They checked it and did the update and found that my amplifier was not working so for now I have a radio and they have ordered me in amplifier which will come in in one week. Excellent

I purchased a new 2024 Crosstrek Limited in the sapphire blue. Spencer, my salesperson, was absolutely awesome. He explained the different features on several vehicles and allowed me to test drive them. It was a comfortable and a no hassle car purchasing experience which by the way, I ve always enjoyed at Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls.

If you want a positive experience and environment with your vehicle then this is the place to come. They are accommodating to your needs if you let them know ahead of time. They do great work and service on your vehicles.Their waiting area has comfortable chairs and tables. Nice clean restrooms right off the waiting area. They also have snacks and beverages while you wait. There s all kinds of vehicles to look at, a few games to play, tv s to watch along with charging station for devices. There employees are really nice people.

Where to begin... Hands down, the best experience of buying a car that one could ever ask for! I have always dreaded going to the car dealership, in the past. I was ready for a negative experience, but it not only started great, but continued to a level of WOW! Our salesman, Brock, was knowledgeable, bright and easy to talk to. We bought our first Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated. By the time we left, we felt more like new friends - I don't say this lightly!
