Love going to quick lane at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln. Both times that I have gotten an oil change they have been quick and efficient. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Wonderful service and would recommend to anyone needing an oil change.

Paid over 100 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me my engine air filter was "excellent" and they topped off my fluids... even tho 2 warnings pop when you start the vehicle, right above the odometer, to change filter and fill w.s. fluid. Just crawled under the hood, in the middle of winter, to find empty w.s. fluid and a dirty air filter- pretty nervous what else I'll find... I had another vehicle serviced at the same time that I'll have to check and worry about

Called in and I was told first come first served. Came in early in the morning right after opening and waited 2 hours to get oil changed (initially I was told 1 hour) . 4 people that came after me were served first.

Doors open at 8. There were 3 vehicles in front of me. It took 20 minutes to get checked in. Through the garage doors I could see the techs gathered around in different areas. The check in tech made a comment about the cold. (Bless his soul) it was extremely cold out. I made a comment about the vehicles moving through very fast and how it looked like there was a lot of standing around and talking versus working. He said, yes that happens a lot. Very refreshing, to hear that the first contact I have for the day knows that the tech staff is is in no rush to stand up to their quick lane logo on the outside of the building!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

People were very Friendly. Got my Truck some TLC after some hard running across the State. Yes i would recommend it to other People. Plus gave my Truck a good washing. Thank U & for the info on Maintenance it needs..

The service I got at this location was quick & friendly. The tech who was assigned to my car was friendly & very informative about the care my car needed. Provided my useful information about my maintenance care. Will recommend this location to other's.

Love that lots of women work here, service was done in a reasonable amount of time. HATE that they play Foxnews (garbage) in their lounge. Put on something generic please!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

We brought our own oil and filter. $20 to get oil changed plus they washed my vehicle for free!! It is part of the Ford dealership and my vehicle isn't even a Ford.

Had a tire pressure issue with my F350 on a cross-country trip. These awesome guys got me fixed up in moments and back on my way. Did not even charge me.

Told me an hour at the most. It took over 2 hours. Im glad this is the last ford experience Ill ever have to endure. I cancelled the tire rotation because they are so slow. ExpensiveService: Oil changeService: Oil change
