I was passing through town driving a truck and horse trailer and found a slow leak in my tire. I took it here first thing in the morning and the staff was awesome! They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They got my tire fixed up really fast and filled the rest of my tires.I m so appreciative of their service during my travel. Thanks Bryant and Alec !!

got 8 new drive tires installed....3 valve stems were loose, pomps wouldn't even pay me back, to remove tires to get to the inside tires to tighten valve stems, and the story they feed me on tax exempt, what it turned out to be was so far different, never again in sioux falls pomp's tire. called them to get restitution, pomps blamed loose valve stems on me, to date no restitution.

I got there they put two guys on my semi trailer and and three tires changed out and me out of there in 35min. I was very pleased!!!

I would highly recommend these guys. I get all my tires for my trucking business thru Pomp's. Tom is very good at getting a few options when u order tires and the pricesare the cheapest I can find. They deliver right to the shop every week very professional.

This place put two steer tires on my Tractor in record time, and did a great job. I appreciate the mechanics and tire techs in the trucking industry a great deal, we could not keep this country moving without them, and Pomps Sioux Falls takes their job seriously, as I do, and this is a place I would highly recommend to all who work in the trucking industry. Great job.

Came in on a Saturday to change tires. First thing walking in the guy on front desk told me they were getting ready to close. Their online ad says they close at 12, I came in 10:15. He unhappily told me to pull in in bay 1. When I pulled in, another unhappy fellow says to me, quote " I don't understand why people come here, were the most expensive place for this. I'm gonna charge you even more cause you came in on a Saturday. " I'm shocked. I took my fleet of sprinter Van's there. Never again. If they're not happy to work, why even work there at all. The worst experience ever.

Flat on the RV while travelling, Pomp's got us right in, fixed the flat, and had us back on the road quickly at a fair price.

Sold me wheels stating they were Accuride wheels and were made in India 2yrs ago had a Crack in the well and told me to bad .Told me I probably overloaded them steer axel wheel ,or over inflated them wow .buyer beware ,deception.

We had blown a tire on our Travel Trailer the previous day. We were looking to have our spare tire replaced. Tried another place first and they said the earliest we could get it done would be 1pm. Pomp's did it right away. Great service and at a fair price

I called for to get a forklift tire fixed on a job site , whoever I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Expected me to give them every piece of info before they would send someone. Wouldn t recommend for out of town calls.

Had a flat on out road trip across the US and these guys fixed us up real fast and got us back on the road. Very friendly and courteous, but slightly more expensive $30, vs $20 in FL for a flat tire repair.

I work for a construction company and I brought my water truck in on Saturday 6/13... I needed all new tires it was 10:00 a.m. and I knew they closed at noon and they were EXCELLENT!!!!!!...VERY PROFESSIONAL, FAST... HOSPITALITY WAS AWESOME.. DEFINITELY COME BACK

they installed 8 new tires on my rig with new valve stems and 2 of them leaked from install (loose) they won't pay a different pomp tire shop to correct problem, and if they tell you they can do tax exempt don't believe them they won't when you get the bill. the service desk person is a ........got charged for dismount and mount on new tiresnot a local guide to gain google points

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have forgotten about our service calls several times or brought the wrong tires and then don t call to let us know. The service techs have had terrible attitudes and the office guy has been the worst
