Called to see if they had time for a drive axel wheel seal close to quitting time. Zane and the crew was super helpful and speedy. Got me back on the road within about 2 hours. This Wisconsin truck will be back again if I need them again

Hands down best service I've ever received. Was passing through and having scr problems, Chaz got my truck and immediately started working on it, never lost a load fixed on same day! Staff was very friendly, they allowed my dog in lounge, can't say enough great things about this company! Other repair facilities should follow these guys ethics and hospitality! Thank you guys,I'll be back

This place got our Enterprise Rental truck right in when we had tail/head light malfunctions. Way to go team. Thank you for getting us back on the road again in a timely manner.

We got an emergency repair done on a wheel of our travel trailer at the Sioux Falls shop. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Adam in the service department was our lifesaver. He went above and beyond. He was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Truly a great guy. NCI is lucky to have him as part of their staff!

Sent a team in with no heat in cab and a slight electrical issue. These guys jumped on it to insure they were taking care of. We are a small fleet and I have dealt with MANY dealerships and shops. I would recommend this shop as one of the best i have dealt with. Appreciate the Promptness.

Definitely very very very happy. Stopped at the Pete dealership across the street told me that they couldn t get me in as long as kenworth told me the same thing. Boss called here. They said they would work on my 389. Got me right in and got me fixed and back on the road. Thank you thank you very much.

John's cool Mon if their is a problem explain what is wrong and back it up with facts. Adam Garner is the man in sales he goes above and beyond to make it a great buying experience. Adam in service is the best he can move mountains with the abilities. Rick in parts will know it or go the extra mile to find it. The owner must be very pleased to have these guys.

If you need your equipment back in a timely manner don t bring it here. Grease monkeys in the shop don t care. It s unfortunate how my situation was treated, maybe yours will be different.

Took three times to get the truck right. And adjusted the cluth, which I did not ask them to do, and messed it all up. Then had the nerve to try to charge me for everything. Also mechanic that worked on my vehicle gave me attitude when I told him the truck was not running properly. I wouldn't give them another cent of my hard earned money.

I was very happy with my experience, I drove from Philadelphia almost 1400 miles and purchased a truck here I dealt with Adam and he was the best, the service manager and the mechanics were also very good, I am very happy with this truck.

This store took my truck in on short notice and got me up and going again within minimal amount of time. They fixed the only word I needed fixed and made no issue about what I wanted to leave alone.

Parts never returns calls and when called back thy haven't even looked for what you asked for 6 hours later wouldn't recommend

Went here to look at a truck parked in the front display lot. Sales people were all very friendly. Was able to start truck and all questions were answered from sales rep.
