I went to get my alignment done about 2 months ago and I got all 4 brand new tires after and my tires are already showing wires . Don t ever go to them!!!!

Few years back my dad had them fix a ford cobra. We bought all the necessary parts needed. They stole the airbag and said we never had it. Had to order a brand new one. Never again.

First of all I want to thank Montes for taking care of me same day and got to my destination safely. I was traveling from east to west coast. Brake line busted on the interstate (scary). I jerry rigged my camper van with one less braking power, to drive and look around the area. We came to Montes almost at the closing of their business. At first they wanted me to come back next day, which would have cost me more by getting a hotel, etc... but I explained I was traveling. They saw me and got me fixed up by staying late same day. I know they didn't have to do the service for me until the next day, but they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place. If I ever come through again needing anything done, I would definitely go here.Service: Brakes

When i call to see if they have a tire that will fit my van they always say yes, and when i get there, they never do. And havent had one for months. We now go to Garry's.Oh, in one experience, i was quoted 42.00 over the phone, balanced and mounted.After i arrived, i was told she didnt realize it was such a good tire, and tokd me it would be 52.00. I talked to the owner qnd was charged 42.00.

This garage claims to open at 8AM. I arrived at 8:05 to get tires. The employees arrived at 8:15 and told me they were "pretty sure" they had my size tires in stock. 30 minutes later (8:45) I'm informed that my size tires are very hard to find, which they aren't, and they don't have any. All in all, a run-around from start to finish. What they were doing for those 30 minutes, I've no clue.

Had my vehicle for over 2 years, for a head replacement, never finished it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt by leaving it there that long. Had excuse after excuse for me. Also got a picture of them wrecking my exhaust along few other things. Then he dropped it off at another repair shop without saying anything. Currently about to go to court with them over everything. Friend who lives with me his car has been in their shop for over a month and he finally got it back they didn't fix ANYTHING that he brought it in for, just what they thought was the problem. They told him everyday for 2 weeks his car would be done "tomorrow" he'd call or go to get it they'd say "tomorrow". He finally got it back and took it for a drive not even an hour later it wouldn't start again. They're friendly and work with you on prices but that's about the only plus I've seen from their shop. My friend has spent a lot of time there waiting and whatnot and says that they goof off a lot and stand around. **UPDATE Montes told him his computer was going out, he took his car elsewhere turns out its the transmission. ALL they care about it running up a bill. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ** Also talked to another reputable car dealer he said to let EVERYONE we know NEVER to go there!!!!!!

Honest with prices and price matching. Better deals than a regular dealership would charge. Very polite service. Family owned and operated. Fun interactions. Tv in the lounge. Got offered food and drinks even! What more can you ask for in an auto shop

If I could give a negative star I would.....spent thousands of dollars at this shop just to find out they didn't fix anything that needed and infact broke things they were supposed told me things needed fixed that didn't my head gaskets to be specific I ended up taking my car to a different shop to find out that now I have eight grand in fixes to my car! They will NOT fix your car they will only steal your money and end up costing you more in the end!

Con artist. charged 650 dollars to fix sensors then after I paid for it to get fixed told me the head gasket was shot. Bring your business elsewhere. Took money before job was even done. I can only hope karma catches up with these people.

Went there for a quote to fix my jeep with a cost of 907 dollars. I went to another shop and the cost was 346 for the same work and fixed on the spot.
