We had a shattered sunroof and they replaced it quickly and very reasonably priced too! They re such kind people and took care of us and answered all my questions - shattered it on the weekend and they answered my texts within an hour!

I had a large dent in the back of my truck through someone hitting and running.I contacted a few other places before finally contacting Heavy D's.When I got on the phone to Derek he was patient and thorough. I never felt rushed and I never found as if someone was trying to sell me their services. He was informative and really took time to go through the whole process with me.Prices for work was reasonable and they accomplished it within the time period we set.Furthermore Derek and his brother dropped my car to the airport so that we could have a ride for the kids when they got home after our vacation.I don't think I could have asked for better service.Incidentally the paint job they did was flawless. I was grateful to have my truck back in one piece!Service: Painting

I can't tell you how thankful I am for Derik and his crew. They were very professional and help me fight for the proper repair of my vehicle. They are willing to stand up for you against the insurance company and make sure your vehicle is repaired properly. Brought my vehicle in for a door dent, Derik was awesome to work with and he even worked with the insurance company when the adjuster missed items on the adjustment. My vehicle is also pearl white and he matched the paint perfectly. If could could give him more stars I definitely would! Amazing! Derik helped me with a great deal for my Honda Pilot when someone rearended me in 2019. So amazing to not have to worry about dealing with insurance since he spoke with them and it all went smoothly. I was on my way back to Sioux City after working in Sioux Falls for the day. I accidentally smacked a ballard with the front bumper of my work truck at a gas station close by. I pulled up and Derrick was great, offered to help me out even though his puller was put away for remodeling. Got me home safe, Thanks!

From hail damage and accident body work repair to cosmetic clean-up, Derik does a great job. He lets you know your different options and costs up front and lets you decide which route you'd like to go. They do great work. I have recommended Heavy D's to several friends.

Got my rear-end of ma car fixed, he did a very awesome job, im impressed, id highly recommended going to him if u want something fixed on ur car. And he also took the time to finish it on Sunday

I've always gone through Heavy D's auto body and they have done amazing jobs on my car! Really good staff and very helpful!!! I highly recommend this auto body if u need any body work done on ur car!!! :)

Wish I could give less than one star. Took my parts and money so he could start a project, knew that I needed it done by summer. 6 months later and hasn't even started yet. Will never take anything here again and will definitely let everyone I know about the service.

Great service....came in with a broken bumper and scratched hood.......did amazing job on my car......the prices were decent......and it didn't take to long to have it fixed

Terrible business. A worker there made personal insults against my mom when he didn't like what I said I didn't like how they treated me as a customer. Very trashy group over there.
