Recently had a flat tire to the point where I couldn t drive on it to make it to a shop. After calling two other places in town with no luck, I was given Tim s number, gave him a call and received some of the best Customer Service I ve ever had. Randy came to my house, removed my tire (which wasn t repairable) and brought me back a new one which he replaced for me! Great team, I recommend Graham Tire!

Brought my wheels to get tires put on. After getting the wheels back I noticed damage done. I called and showed them their mistake and I am told it comes with the job not our problem. I asked for a new wheel due to the extent of the damage and again, they kept repeating its not our problem. You have aftermarket wheels go anywhere but here.Service: Tires

Dusty at Graham Tire Commercial is the bomb. We were about to leave for Gillette Wyoming for Michael Karn & Chassity 's wedding when Danielle noticed the tires when we were doing PMCS. Dusty got us in and on the road in record time. Thank you so much, brother.Doc Karn.

Service was great. Here today to get Rear tires mounted....Customer Service is fantastic....I had made an error when ordering on line and management brought it to my attention....Making sure I was good with the tires I chose....I was satisfied and grateful to management for bringing it to my attention....Thank you Graham Tire....Superior service on North Cliff....

Early this morning getting in the car and the low tire light is on. Called Graham Automotive on North Cliff. They said they were busy but they'd get me in. Got there. Took less than an hour and I'm out the door. Super friendly staff. Fantastic service, Thank youService: TiresService: Tires

I've brought my vehicles here for quite a few years now. They may not always be the cheapest but their work is quality and I trust them to get things done right. If you need to get stuff done and can't wait around they do have a shuttle service which is handy.

First day of a short vacation, 250 miles from home and my transmission decides to leak out. After making numerous calls to shops that said they were open and even the ones that stated 24 hour service our AAA tow guy recommended I call Graham Tire. The location I first called wasn t able to help but recommend calling this location for a diagnostic. Dan and the team there went above and beyond! Not only found the issue but called in someone that had a plug to repair my 63 Cadillac. All of this on a Saturday morning! Who would ever have thought that a tire store could or would be so helpful, I didn t realize they could do mechanical service. My vacation was saved thanks to this outstanding TEAM.Service: Transmission

I just got a set of 4 tires on my Nissan Rogue. The staff was very friendly and quick to servicing me. I had a small problem with my cars pressure sensor. I told Scott the issue he made an appointment and got it fixed before I could finish breakfast. Super happy with my service.

Friendly and helpful staff,I came early in the morning as I was scheduled and the had me on the road. I'd give 5 stars, but I felt like mount& balance of 4 tires shouldn't take 2 hours.

Commercial guys were great and fixed my RV tires to I could get to the valve stems (which should have been done at factory).

Very fair and reasonable pricing on servicing my vehicle. They did a lot of work in just a couple days. Offered easy financing on the repair bill. Would definitely recommend.

Can t say enough about this tire company. Blew a right rear tire on our RV and had to put spare on called Craig at Graham the next day and he got us all set up with two new front tires and replacement for the blown one in under 45 minutes and we were back on the road! The price was very reasonable for the new tires and labor!

We bought new tires here and they did a good job at a fair price. They also noticed a couple of leak problems but no hard sell. I will use them again.

Always good service and great prices. Last set of tires I bought I ran a bolt over on 29 and they replaced the tire for me right away! Best tire shop in Sioux falls.

Called for a tire repair 21/2hours before they closed , said sorry finishing what we are doing and then closing, good to know I can't count on graham when I need help , I'll be buying my tires somewhere else !!

Found a nail in my tire this morning, brought it into Graham and they had it patched in a couple hours while I was at work for a very reasonable price and even offered to put it back on my car for me! 10/10 experienceService: TiresService: Tires

Went in for an alignment after replacing my passenger tie-rod ends. I asked Graham Tire to check the other alignment parts before completing the alignment as I felt they may also be worn. They completed the alignment and said nothing. 2-3 months later my normal shop confirmed my driver side tie-rod ends and ball joints need replacement.On a separate appointment I had Graham Tire look at my AC. They claimed I needed parts I had already tested as good, then lied about installing them. After this visit I had 3 fasteners missing and my ECM cover was cracked in half.

Quick service and great work. The only thing I would like more is sharing of information. Not much to see in store and if you don't directly ask any questions, you might leave wishing you'd understood the work being done. Picky but it matters.

Friendly honest service. Craig takes the time to explain things but does not try to push you. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles in for service as long as Craig is there.

Very customer friendly! Tony in the service dept. stayed late on a Friday night to help two retirees repair the mud flaps on our truck. He went above & beyond what would be expected!
