I was rather disappointed with my recent experience. Although I have heard good reviews I got referred over to them. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have some work done. Dropped my car off that day and they never got to it. I had to nearly argue to get my keys back and leave for the day. I'm not sure who I spoke to but the gentleman wasn't too friendly. I ended up taking my buisness else where...

The manager is a rockstar at matching you with the right tires for your specific needs and vehicle. All of the Graham team members have always been friendly, honest, and offered prompt service.

I had a locking lug nut break on me and had no way of getting it off. I brought my vehicle in and they were able to get me in quickly. They had it off in a matter of minutes. It also cost way less that I thought it would. Couldn t be happier with their service.

I had a flat tire near this store and was wondering what type of help Id get from this tire place that I normally dont go to. They let me borrow the air tank for free. It didn't work. They put on my spare tire for free. They quoted me a price on the new tire and it was less than what they quoted me. Very friendly folks . Free coffee. Great experience.

Knowledgeable, honest a 5 star customer service experience. I went with a blown belt in a 215/70r15 Goodyear tyre. Unfortunately although told by chap we bought our van off, they found out it was actually outside it's warranty.. They're8yrs old the warranty is 5yrs.... Thanks for the help though.

My breaks went out on me during my lunch break and after calling 4+ different mechanics/tire services in Sioux Falls (all telling me it would be at least 2 weeks to get me in), I called Graham Tire on Minnesota and they understood the level of urgency I needed my vehicle (no breaks, car reliant, live by myself, no other transport alternatives, etc) and got me in asap. Not only did they get me in asap, they were able to change the necessary parts before they closed that day. They really saved my butt and their communication and understanding makes me trust them not to take advantage of me knowing nothing. I ve since gone to them again to diagnose a rattling in my vehicle and they got it figured out in no time. They are my now go-to for my car needs. Thank you Graham Tire!!

My rear tire had a leak and I was tired of putting air in it every few days so took it in to Graham. They had me in and out in less than 30 mins, fixed my tire and also turned off a faulty sensor light that had been on since I purchased the car years ago. Only charged me $25. Will be going back for any future tire needs!

Always great service. Nice quiet waiting area to get work done or hang out with the kids with good coffee and free water. 10/10 recommend.

Very fair people. Been to a couple locations around town and they all have the same great knowledgeable staff and customer service. Always seem to have your best interest in mind. Will be coming back for all my needs!

I absolutely LOVE this place and I don't plan to go anywhere else unless I have to. I started going here because it was close to where I lived and I didn't know where I should go. From the beginning I have been treated with respect, kindness and great service. Gary knows me by name and makes sure I know all the information I need every time I stop in. He always reminds me of the things I need to get done and has always been honest. If I don't understand what is wrong he will explain it to me and make sure I have all the options I need before I make a decision. I don't have to say anything when I walk in the door, as soon as Gary sees me he knows what I am there for and makes sure everything is taken care of. All the other employees have always been kind and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to go here because of the great service I have recieved!

Excellent service. Been taking my vehicles there for years. Competitive prices, maybe a little higher than some but very trustworthy. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and tell me which repairs can wait. They also have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is done

This rating is not in regards to the staff. The staff there was very pleasant. However; it was the manager that was extremely rude. I was having issues with my trunk and took the car in. The staff said they would take a look at it. I sat in the waiting room for only about five minutes, when the manager comes out "I don't know how long this will take, you can't wait here" What? I can't wait in the empty waiting room? really. It only took about 15 minutes and the staff must have heard the rude manager since they did not even charge me. If you talk like this to customers, I don't want to know how you talk to your emplyees.

Gary and staff,I called you guys last Friday with a vibration in my SUV. Because of the snow and cold I thought it might be ice build up on one of my wheels.I used Google to find some where close to my hotel. Gary couldn't be nicer and more a helpful. I arrived at Graham downtown location and Gary got me right in, I did not expect that. it took only about 10 mins to find the ice on my rear wheel and remove. They got me right in and out and didn't ever charge me. This clearly is a very honest business and I would suggest them to anybody in the Sioux Falls area. Thank you so much Gary , I left for the Twin Cities on Saturday and the car ran great.Thank you,Michael Latuff

I have always used Graham and these guys have incredible service and, most importantly, they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Very good staff.
