I ve used these guys several times. One time my wife s vehicle had an issue in the adjacent parking lot. After several attempts to correct myself Graham said they could help and got it on a lift. Even stayed late to try and get us up and running again. Also used them for other issues. Always quick to help and fast service.

Stopped into day with a flat tire. Go figure holiday weekend. The guy at the counter was really friendly and they got me and out very quickly. Great experience.

Friendly and professional and great work at reasonable prices. Graham Ractliffe provides excellent customer service and finds the best prices for parts and labor and Service Technician Chris Lamb is skilled in his trade. Both went above and beyond for me replacing rack & pinion and tie-rods and alignment staying late to get me back on the road and the costs were best I found in Sioux Falls. I am a happy customer and looking forward to getting some other suspension work this week.

Friendly, professional and affordable automotive services and repairs. Graham Rectliffe provides excellent customer service and mechanic Chris Lamb knows his trade. Both stayed late working on my old Honda, went above and beyond and the price was lowest I found in town for rack & pinion and tie-rod replacement and wheel alignment. Thanks guys.

Didn t catch the gentleman s name but I came in to the store today for a 2016 civic sedan. Got me a quote on 2 front tires. Did an awesome job. Didn t up sell me. I told him what I was looking for and he found just what I needed. He got me hooked up with financing that worked for me. Awesome experience!!On a side note I have a disability. With arm crutches and braces. A lot of times you get undermined by people in this field or taken advantage of. This guy was first class and did an AWESOME job!! Will be referring all my friend and family to you guysFirst time customer and now life time customer you guys are awesome!!! Keep up the good work!!

I was travelling with my elderly parents and my son's fiance, hoping to make it back to Spearfish in time for her bridal shower when we got a flat late at night. I showed up at 7 am the next morning in desperation, hoping they could fix the tire. I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. The feel of the shop is one of friendliness and welcoming. I was back on the road quickly after the fix. Thank you for turning my desperate morning into a calm one!

I needed new trailer tires on a 1,500 mile trip. They fit us into their schedule, overcame difficulties and drove to another service center to replace my log nut bolts - with no extra charge. They kept us informed, took care of us and got us back on the road. Trustworthy people!

I was very very pleasantly surprised with this place. Most auto shops (pretty much every one I've ever been to) want to take my car apart and tell me I need this, that and whatever. I came for an oil change and they checked my brakes for me, and investigated a few other things I was concerned about. I left needing nothing more than an oil change. Their prices were very fair. I definitely recommend this place.Would like to add that I just had them install headlights for me (bought my own parts) and they did an amazing job at a very good price. I would never go anywhere else. The staff are professional, polite and they do a great job.

Fantastic tire shop! Service is always fast, friendly, and concise. They are observant and professional. I'm pretty clueless about car maintenance, so I always have questions, and they are always happy to answer. Now I don't stress when my car or tires have an issue because I know Graham and his crew will get it all taken care of, and wow are they good at it! I strongly recommend this shop, they will treat you excellently!

Had an emergency situation happen with a tire, they worked us into the schedule and got us back on the road. Thank you again for your quick service, especially the lady at the front desk who not only helped fit us in, she put the tire back on after the repair. Awesome service and affordable pricing.

Shelby at front desk was outstanding helping me when my truck would'nt start. She came out in cold and snow with jump pack in Hu Hot lot to try and jump it. Thank you Shelby, All the best to you in new year!!

We have purchased tires at this store for many years. My husband noticed our pickup had a flat on Tuesday, and called for a repair appointment, which we were told to bring it in on Wednesday morning. When we picked up the vehicle, the 'free' flat fix cost me almost $95.00. We were told that since we 'drove on the tire', it could not be patched and therefore had to be replaced. So how many times do you know you've run over a nail, as the tire doesn't go down immediately, until the next morning when you see it is flat. Then, since I don't live in town, I naturally have to DRIVE to your location. These tire had maybe 1000 miles on them, as they were purchased just last fall. So much for a road hazard warranty from the manufacturer. Perhaps it wouldn't have made me so upset, but the mechanic who explained it to me was quite snippy with me, saying "well, I called your husband" regarding this. He then told me that he did give some road warranty "just because of the newness of the tires, which I didn't have to do". I'm sorry, but this attitude was not very professional. Disappointing for sure.

Told my mom she needed new ball joints before they could align her car, problem there was that it literally just had new ball joints installed before taking it there for tires, also told her needed to replace the cabin filter, it also was replaced not 5 hrs before they pulled it in their shop. I can't imagine how many people pay for unneeded repairs at this place

OK so these guys are great! My experience started at a different tire store just down the road. I brought a tire with a puncture to tires plus. I dropped it off and said plug the hole and I will be back later to pick it up. They called me and said they couldn't plug a hole that big. It wasn't that big of a hole... So I picked up the tire from tires plus and on my way out I said "I'm going to bring this to a real tire company" so I brought it to Graham tire. I walk in and said can you fix this? In 5 minutes they had it fixed and back on my car and they even gave me a great deal! I highly recommend Graham tire! I was in such a bad mood when I walked in there and when I left I felt so much better.

I have to say I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff that I made contact with. They had my preferred tires in stock. I was in a spot and they squeezed me in on a Saturday. A few months later, my brakes were squealing. I took my car here again to have them checked. Again, they squeezed me in on a Saturday. They gave me an honest brake assessment for free and confirmed my brakes were in good condition. Amazing service! Highly recommend this place for whatever auto service you may need.

If you need work done to your vehicle, these are the guys to see. I have been using Graham Tire for my last 2 vehicle repairs. They replaced a differential in one truck for me and an engine in another. Both times , the customer service was impeccable. They made the entire experience easy to understand and made it stress free for me. The quote for the work was dead on with both price and time frame for the work to be completed. I am a raving fan and will continue to rely on Graham for my vehicle repairs.

I took my 2006 car to the local dealership to have a recall item repaired. Asked them to look at my brakes as there was some shaking when I would brake.The dealership charged me $75 to tell me it was going to cost over twice as much as the same repair at Graham Tire Company.I had been thinking of getting a new car and had looked at some vehicles at the dealership but have decided to keep my car another 6 to 12 months since Graham repaired the issues and my car drives great! The staff at Graham are friendly, helpful and honest.Keep it up Graham and I may never need a new car! #Bravo#Dodge #Magnum #wagon

I dealt with Graham, he was very helpful, amazing customer service, friendly and his team of techs did an excellent job mounting the low profile tires which can be difficult!Really good people, the whole staff!Thanks, greatly appreciated!

I was late for my appointment, but they were still able to get the tire mounted, on my loose wheel, and get me on my way in a little under twenty minutes.Great service and a very fair price.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Graham and his team at both 41st and Minnesota locations for 10 years. We don't trust anyone else to take care of our vehicles. They have always provided us with excellent service!

My power steering rack gave out and was leaking fluid badly. Conveniently, I was parked right in front of meineke car Care and I was hoping to get the repair done there. I had replaced the power steering rack myself and the people at meineke belittled me for having done my own repairs and said that they would refuse to replace the warranty parts and that I would have to pay them well over $1,000 to get their own power steering rack and have them replace it. So, I bought some power steering fluid and made my way over to Graham tire. Here all the employees were courteous, respectful, and friendly. They replaced the warrantied part in a timely manner and for a good price. While getting a major repair is never fun, the people at Graham Tire made me feel respected and did a great job repairing my vehicle. When we need another major repair we will definitely be considering Graham Tire for our repair needs.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change because I work out of town and they were the only ones who would take an appointment after 4:30. When I was there, I asked them to check the service engine light. They charged over $70 to hook the computer up!! Ridiculous, but I need a car and wanted to safe rather than sorry! Finally finished the oil change and engine check over an hour and a half later and was given an estimate for $1300!!!! I worked out a car swap with my parents in Iowa and they took it to our mechanic there. The problem was fixed for just over $100! The other mechanic nearly fell out of his seat laughing when he saw what they gave me for an estimate.Based on my experience and other reviews here, I would say Graham Tire prides itself on screwing their customers! I certainly will never enter their lot again and I would strongly recommend all others STAY AWAY!!

We want to give a HUGE thanks to the guys at Graham Tire. We re traveling cross country and needed a tire for our trailer. They stayed late to help us out and get us back on the road. These guys are amazing!

I just took my car in today to get an oil change and new tires. I've gotten many oil changes and other tires sets from this store and have had a good experience each time. They've started to recognize my name and face when I'm there and that's a great feeling.

How many times does someone have to come here to get the service that they came for done right? You mean to tell me that they can t even fix a tire that had a single puncture hole? Never once did I get I m sorry that you have to keep coming in.I finally did get my money back but I highly dont reccomend a tire shop that can t even fix a tire.

I've never had a bad experience here!! They are quick & always priced extremely fair. Never had a single issue with them. Great location as well!!
