I live in Utah but recently purchased my BMW M3 from Frankman. Hunter was very helpful right out of the gate by answering extra questions I had about the car and sending additional photos. He also volunteered to pick me up at the airport in Sioux Falls which was very helpful as it was last minute and arranging other transportation likely would have been a pain. The car was even better than advertised and definitely well represented on their website where I first found it, as a higher mileage example I was worried the car may not be what it seemed but it absolutely was. They gave it a proper detail, fresh service and replaced the rear brakes before pickup for peace of mind and the car made the 1000 mile drive home to Utah in two days without any problems whatsoever! Despite the distance if this dealership had another car I was interested in sometime in the future I would definitely feel comfortable buying from them again.

Great buying experience. I flew in to Sioux Falls to inspect, purchase and drive the vehicle back to the east coast. Lucas was great to work with. He was transparent throughout the entire process. I was in an out in an hour (no financing). I recommend them for your classic car purchase!

I had a great experience at Frankman Motors! Paul Bui was my salesman and he is wonderful to work with. No pressure, no trying to get me to settle for anything less than I wanted. Even though what I wanted wasn't on the lot he went to work and found my vehicle in the color I wanted, the price range and with all the options and then some. He provided detail on the vehicle up front and answered every question patiently. I had shopped at another large car dealership and it was a horrible experience where things were not accurate and very patronizing. Ladies if you are in the market for a new vehicle I'd recommend you look Paul up at Frankman Motors. I love my new Jeep Cherokee!

I bought the car and picked up 2 days later.The day I purchased it my salesman said thanks for your business with a hand shake.My salesman had the day off when I picked my car up, but really felt welcome when I went in to get the keys - I had 6 different people that worked for Frankman all thanked me for doing business.Very personable and friendly staff.

Reached out to Hunter Willadsen on a purchase of a used jeep. He searched all over to locate exactly what we were looking for, he used his knowledge and expertise and found us exactly what we wanted Hunter was able to arrange transport for not only the new vehicle for us but arranged to have our trade ins transported also.Since we have received the vehicle we have reached out to Hunter a few times and he continues to be engaged even after sale is complete. He is going over and above in everything we have asked or questioned.Highly recommend!

I went to Frankman motors and got my daughter a good used Chevrolet. We had it for 1 day and it started to leak antifreeze. So I called up the sales guy Jordan Schultz and he told me to bring it in. So I did. It was the water pump. They told me not to worry about it and that they would take care of it . So I want to thank them so much. See there are people that don t take advantage of a single woman. For that I m thankful. So if you are looking for a car go to Frankman Motors and ask for Jordan and tell him that I sent you

I was able to purchase a 2000 F250 from Mike at Frankman Motor Company in June, it arrived safe and sound and as clean as it appeared in photos and from his description. Now Sept 10, I have completed a 3,212 mile trip from Tn to Co and back in the truck and it was absolutely flawless. Glad to have gotten such a good truck from these folks. Absolutely would do it again if I had to.

This place is absolutely incredible. I have a small business of my own and a client of mine had a great experience here so I thought I would give it a try. I had Joe as my salesman. He went above my expectations when I told him what I was looking for. I love my Tahoe and uts exactly what I wanted. I have had service help me out a few times and cannot say enough about the team and Kyle. They have gone above and beyond anything I could ask for with service. My vehicle comes back to me sparkling clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this place to any and all of my clients, family and friends. You guys are amazing! Thanks for your hard work!

The Frankman Service Team simply doesn t disappoint! Courteous & Professional. They keep you well informed and get you in and out as promised. HIGHLY recommend using these folks! I am always skeptical when buying older, low mile cars, but I feel Hunter and the Frankman Team will sincerely take care of me and my car after the sale! Joe made me feel right at home the minute I walked in the office building. he took care of my every need making sure I had everything I needed even though he was very busy with other customers he made me feel like I was the only one. The whole Frankman Team is a well polished machine working closely together making sure the car buying experience is one you will remember and want to come back and experience again. I was a longtime loyal customer of theirs. Done all my service needs there and bought a couple vehicles from them. Just recently I was going to trade in a vehicle there for a different one. But they low balled me. Went to a couple other dealers in the area and they were all offering over double the price of what Frankman Motor Company was. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. They do not treat their loyal customers very well.

Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership. After going in on a Wednesday and test driving a vehicle they totally low balled my trade by half. From what it is originally worth. Upon discussing back and forth for a few days Saturday morning we set a deal and I went in to pick it up. Unfortunately somebody else was test driving it and as I sat there for 2 hours I watched it's the other people purchase the car which I had a deal for. Of course it was probably because they got more money for then what we originally agreed upon. I think this is the poorest of a company that I have ever dealt with and I will never recommend them to anybody. I ended up going to their competitor which offered me twice as much for my trade in as they did and received a much better vehicle. I have heard stories about them before and did not want to believe him and I do want to say that my salesman was actually very nice. But again I am sorry to say that once a deal is set it should never be revoked. Beware buyers

Frankman's Service Department provides quick, friendly service. I had new tires put on, as well as other services done to my vehicle and was able to get my vehicle back the next day. I would suggest Frankman Motor Company's service department to anyone.

From first contact to the the last document signed communication was excellent. I had questions and they had answers. I flew from Texas to South Dakota to purchase a truck from them. They were gracious enough to hold the truck for me for 5 days while I made arrangements for travel. I was picked up from the airport by their company vehicle and taken to the dealership were I was greeted by and introduced to my salesman. The experience with the purchase was hassle free. I thought only Texans were friendly but they quickly proved me wrong. The only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5 is because I found proof that the truck was in better condition then they told me. In the glove compartment there was a 4 page work order that was completed last month by the previous owner which totaled over $7000. Had they mentioned this to me it would have helped my nerves knowing for a fact that buying a one way plane ticket was a good choice. I left the dealership that afternoon heading back to Texas. The drive took 18 hours and the truck performed perfectly. I have to say in my 61 years I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle with them. Thank you for the hospitality!!! I hope to see yall again

Mike was super helpful and very easy to work with! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We reached out far before we even came to purchase the vehicle, as we live 2.5 hours away. He made the process so easy. All other staff that helped us were also tremendous. One of the best car buying experiences I've had with buying a car. I worked with Mike, Kirk and Hannah and they were all amazing. Mike sent me info I requested on the car I was interested in very quickly and even accommodated me with a couple of videos I asked for in addition and helped coordinate shipping. Kirk helped me get approved at a great rate and made the process extremely easy. There were no games played by anyone at any point. Very straight forward to do business with and the car arrived as described and so far has been exactly what I wanted. They had the specific car I was looking for in the specific color I was searching for and made the process an absolute pleasure and the car has been absolutely amazing. I normally would never buy a car without a test drive but the reputation the dealership has and the transparency of everyone I worked with gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on it. Our sales rep was Paul, we had good service and courtesy. I would suggest one small improvement, Paul did not go into the vehicle features, could have explained what everything was for in the way of accessories. Otherwise we have no complaints and are delighted with the vehicle. The finance department really worked with us to get a package that I could feel comfortable with.

Sometimes we can get our hearts set on a car and then become disappointed perhaps having raised our expectations too high. But that s when who you re dealing with becomes important. I ve dealt with dozens of dealers in my time, more time than not encountering problems when I pulled back on a deal. Not this time, at Frankman Motor Company. I was impressed with a 66 Dodge Dart I saw online so I flew up from GA fully expecting to drive it home and paid for the car upfront.Upon arriving, the most gracious salesperson, Rob, exhibited great patience for me, as I found issues and even going so far as to address some of them right there. However, I decided against the purchase. Fully expecting to be met with the usual negativity from dealers when you walk away from a deal, surprisingly, I was met with the same level of kindness and gracious attitudes that I experienced as a potential customer. Dave, Rob s supervisor, greeted me in the morning with the utmost respect and a cheerful Holly had a refund check waiting for me. What? No arguments? This is an amazing dealership and I feel confident recommending Frankman s to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I can imagine that their service to their customers is akin to the respectful, courteous manner in which I was treated.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Frankman Motors. Mike Denbow was our salesman, and he was awesome to work with. This is the second vehicle Mike has sold us, so we obviously have a great relationship with him. He went over and above our expectations, answering all of our questions and offering insight into our vehicle of choice. I have bought a number of cars in my life, from everyday commuters to classics, and Frankman Motor Company has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. And just so you know, I was an out-of-state buyer who purchased the car sight unseen.When I first found the car that I was interested in, I reached out and a representative from Franklin reached out in short order. Now, don't be thinking that this is one of those things where you ask about a car and then you are hounded until the end of time. Franklin reaches out to you and you set the pace. No hassle, no pressure, no problems.My salesman Mike walked me through the process, as I am an out-of-state buyer. Mike gave me a great (and accurate) rundown of the car, he worked with the third-party inspector, and never once pressured me (even though there was a great amount of interest in the car). Then, when the sale was completed, I used Frankman's transport services. The car left South Dakota at 4 pm and was in my garage by 8pm the next night.Whether you are a classic car enthusiast or just need a car, go to Frankman. The prices are competitive and the service is unbeatable. And if you are out-of-state ... don't worry ... GO TO FRANKLIN. You will not be sorry.

Second vehicle that we have bought from Mike at Frankman s. He was great! Super friendly, not pushy, and steered me to the right vehicle for me. We had a few things done after we bought our Jeep. They gave me another vehicle to drive, fixed my vehicle, and detailed it again before I picked it up! Nicely done! We will be back!

This will be my family s third vehicle purchased from FRANKMAN Motors. Mike Denbow has been our salesman each time. He has alway gone above and beyond to make sure our experience has been a good one, with great customer service! He truly cares about his customers and listens to their concerns and needs. Today I had to go to the mechanics. And it might seem like not a big thing, but with the two very active little guys in tow, it s a daunting task to sit in a 20 x 20 waiting room for an unknown amount of time. But much to my surprise (and delight), the service department recently installed a new kiddie corner with new books, new activity sets, new toys, a new activity wall, and a new activity rug. (This is on top of the exciting window so the kids can see the cars driving into the garage.) It might not seem like that big of a deal in general, but for parents with kids they take everywhere, this was a *huge* relief. From the business perspective, it shows they care for their customers and they get it. Also from a business perspective, it guarantees repeat business because I ll gladly return here rather than another option where all we have is old magazines and chairs to play with. I can say, the amount of thoughtfulness that businesses put into including families directly correlates with the chances of us returning to shop or go there again. (The mall is another example: they have a nursing room for mothers as well as multiple bathrooms with kiddie sized potties for them to use.)All of this is to say, if you run a business that actively includes families and makes them feel welcome, thank you. It might seem small but to us it makes all the difference in the world.Thank you, Frankman Motor Company for your kind gesture and showing you care.
