I ended up with a nice sized gash in my tire on my way to run some errands. I happened to be close to this wonderful auto service center. They got me in and accessed the damage. They didn't have the correct sized tires but that didn't stop them from helping me get back on the road safely. Ben offered to drive me to get 2 tires in my size from the Walmart not far from their store. He was a joy to talk to. They all were. We got the tires back to fleet farm and they installed them pretty quickly. I also needed an oil change so it was great to get that done too. If you ever need tire or lube service done, head over to the fantastic gentlemen at this fleet farm store here in Sioux Falls. I truly appreciate the wonderful help I received from these fine men. Thank you again! I'll definitely be back when service is needed again!

This place is awesome! A boy from Oklahoma could spend all day in here and go broke. It like a Lowe s, Atwoods, Hardware Store, clothing store, Bass Pro shop all in one. Thanks for the friendly service.

Our very first fleet farm adventure didn't disappoint this store was massive but extremely organized and clean!! Everything was in its place easily locatable, nothing was tossed around and left to the next person to rummage around. The wide range of products was impressive! And the wonderful cashier was so friendly and approachable stunning customer service I wish I'd had gotten her name she deserves the shout out!! The prices were great some shockingly low! Will be back again!

Stopped for gas and potty break. Greated pleasantly by clerk and became immersed in a conversation. Not busy when I got there, so there was a very relaxed atmosphere.

The first time that I stopped in was about 8 months ago and I was looking for a part for a wood burner that the website stated they had in stock. When I first walked into the store and started searching for my area, it was clear that I didn't know where to look, but as I walked past 10 different employees, not one acknowledged me. When I found my area, I couldn't locate the piece so then I set out to find an employee and there wasn't one in that area. I walked back down where I started and finally found someone. He was useless. His response when he couldn't find it either is that I am going to call it we don't have it in stock even though his little computer thing said otherwise. He finally found the employee who worked in the area in the break room. She came out and didn't have a flipping clue what I was looking for. She told me the website isn't reliable on what they have on hand and they are working on making the better. Needless to say, after an hour, I finally found the part on my own in that area by different parts. The staff needs to have a lot more training in the areas that they are working. So be careful if you want knowledgeable answers. I was so irritated by it all, I wrote into customer service about my experience and never received any type of response from them. Here we are 8 months later and my husband wanted to try it out and we did. Plus, I was on the lookout for canning lids. We noticed many things are pretty expensive and even if they say clearance, it doesn't seem like a deal. The store is large and clean. They have many different types of things, but I don't find myself frequenting it. We did ask one person where canning stuff was and he knew where to send us at least. We had a rebate and the cashier told us where to get the paperwork, but it was empty so we had to talk with customer service. No canning lids and the bullets are very limited. So, they are picked over like many other places as well. Both visits, the cashiers were friendly. We did, however, buy some of their trail mix and dried fruit and were pleased with them.

First time in a d holy moly the options! This is very much like a Menards/ Lowe's/ Home Depot kinda place but also throw in some Shields/ Dics Sporting Goods. They have a huge selection and I had a good time looking around and got a couple shirts I LOVE! Husband also found things he had been in need of and hundreds of things he didn't realize he needed. We will be back again!

Love this place! You can always find a good deal on something. Don't forget to stop at the goodie section. I love the chocolate covered espresso beans. So yummy! Employees are friendly and helpful but at times can be hard to find.

Visiting from out of town and eventually getting a Fleet Farm near me in Omaha has got me all pumped!! Seems like a hybrid of the stores I already shop at. Clothes, tools, hardware, sporting goods, lawn equipment, and pistachios!! Can't wait til they open near me.

I went to register 7 to checkout ( cashier # 127541 name kirk) was the rudest employee I have ever met in my life!! Got there already rolling his eyes tapping impatient gave me anxiety I had told him I changed my mind on a few items and vanks them out of my hand and throws them in a box with the worst attitude ever I asked about the 12% off and with the most sarcastic response ever he says"Are you a member" finally after I was about to grab my bags the older gentleman behind me set down a couple of small hardware things like a few nails and brackets and he huffs so loud and says under his breathe (great just great) and the gentleman says"what?" And he goes oh nothing I just HATE doing these. This guy needs to be in the back where he doesn t have to deal with people. I shouldn't have anxiety checking out two items!!

Been to a few fleet farms and this one is as expected as far as product selection. Really one of the best places to find great deals on fishing tackle. Store and parking lot are clean, staff are friendly however and where it loses a star is the difficulty in finding an associate. Perhaps they were short staffed last time I was in but it was quite a few minutes wandering trying to find assistance to get something down.

Website is not updated, but the store is huge, clean, and well stocked. Self checkout is the only option for getting out quickly, but prices are good. I will shop there again.

This place is absolutely massive!! The selection and variety of products it s mind boggling to say the least.. prices are similar to any tractor supply or other farm supply stores. They appear to stock medium to higher quality brands like Carhartt and Ariat boots. I was here for almost an hour and only walked through half the store! The people and employees are very nice and knowledgeable! Great experience for anyone looking for tools, clothes, guns, bows, ammo, camping supplies, small equipment and so much more! Clean and spacious! I love coming to this store!

I would put negative 5 stars if there was rating DONT EVER BUY A FIREARM FROM FLEET AND FARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!For Christmas I bought myself a brand new Ruger 57, been waiting for 3 yrs to buy it because it cost $754.59 Was so excited to go to the range and squeeze off a couple hundred rounds . Well that was short lived, 30 rounds later it wouldn t fire, disappointed is an understatement ..!!Took it back to fleet and farm, told them I would like to exchange it,That was meet with we will have to send it back to the manufacturer .I really didn t want to do that, because it had already failed, the truth is I will never trust it to protect my family, it will always be in the back of my mind that when I need it I WONT WORK.!!!!!But I let them send it.. It s been almost a month and Not a word from them.. no email, text or call, so my wife and I went today to get a update, That was a joke, guy at the counter was completely clueless, told he had no knowledge of how any if that work, even though he was the one that sold me the gun . told him that was unacceptable and wanted to talk to the manager, He made us wait for 20 minutes then shows up with an attitude, like I was a inconvenience, I asked him when can I expect to get my gun back, His response was enlightening . He said and I quote IM NOT GOING TO DIG THROUGH THE FILES TO FIND OUT !!!!!we will just have to call you when. It gets here.. this is where I told this little worm of a man on a power trip!!!That is completely unacceptable, how bout you just give me a refund or exchange the gun and we can part ways . He tells me it s illegal for him to refund my money, and No f n way or we going to exchange it..!!!!He straight up LIED to my wife and IIt is not illegal for them to refund the money .. Or exchange it for that matter .Basically they ripped me off !IF YOU BUY A FIREARM FROM THEM they won t stand behind it and they will treat you like !!!!!!!!!Buyer beware . If you buy a gun from FLEET AND FARM !!!!Your a fool I seriously don t expect to get one of those responses from them like you see on other reviews . But that is just another way you the one reading this will see how they are without any Honor

As many others have said this store has gone way downhill.- Website never accurate on stock or location of items in the store.- Hardly any associates around to help- Associates you can find are 50/50 if they ll actually be helpfulI spent an hour there today and eventually left to go somewhere else because half of what I needed either couldn t be found or was out of stock. This place has become a waste of time.

Great selection! The prices are a little higher than Walmart and Runnings, but it seems that their products are higher-quality. The men s apparel section is massive, and has a wide variety of workwear, casual wear, and footwear. There is also a small grocery section with staple items, such as milk, cereal, and soft drinks. Also, by the checkouts, they have an area dedicated to high school and college apparel (SDSU, USD, Roosevelt, Washington and O Gorman - I didn t see Lincoln, SF Christian, or any other high schools represented, but I was impressed for those that were offered.) Customer service was great, especially for being open for only a week!

Love the variety of the brands. I had a return and the customer service lady was extremely rude. I said" you're not very friendly" and she replies "oh I'm just busy". She definitely needs to attend a customer service training class. . I decided to do some shopping and hate being profiled and followed around the store. (I Usually shop with my Caucasian husband so this doesn't happen) anyways I just spend $690 at this store today and as I was walking out I beeped because your cashier missed a "tag" While we were taking care of that a Caucasian man walked out and beeped and no one stopped him. Be better fleet farm!!

Your customer service is something to be desired. Lazy not willing to check on product prices. Just scanned the product instead of walking back there and checking.. the guy and the gal extremely LAZY!!!!!!!

They are finally in South Dakota!! Yay! We've been traveling to Fargo and the Twin Cities to make purchases at Fleet Farm. Thank you for finally coming to South Dakota.The stores had a soft opening on Tuesday of this week, and has a grand opening weekend planned beginning Fridat, May 31st. Like they say in their tagline, If they don't have it, you don't need it.

I hosted the annual Pheasant Flush event at fleet farm yesterday. We had a great time! Food trucks were there... There was beer vendors in the parking lot with Bud Light... There was a monster tractor on display... There was a dog training demonstration done with Mossy Oak... Bounce around inflatables was there for the kids. KRRO Radio and KELO Radio DJs were there with their super cool vans and were broadcasting from the event. I even put my '70 440 6-Pack Charger on display for the day and lots of people came and took pictures. And everybody got to see this awesome store and all of the things they have inside. It's really your combination of all of your favorite stores in one location and then a whole bunch of stuff you never thought of. I grew up with a Fleet Farm store in Milwaukee nearby so it's great to see flFleet Farm come to Sioux Falls.

I live nearby and go there often for odds and ends. I especially appreciate their broad range of canning supplies. Their auto department has some really helpful and knowledgeable people who dig deep to help you find the part you need. The rating would be a 5 if the rest of the store was as well serviced and staffed. Often, you have to know what you want before going in and need to hunt it down yourself. Not a lot of people on the floor, and few that know where to find things. Plus side is that they will help you search as best they can.

I love the atmosphere and look of the store! Nice place! Nice layout and nice customer service. Now, the prices are pretty steep, even the sale prices are more then what you would expect to pay at a Menards or a comparable store.

You really have to watch the price that they charge you and what the price was on the shelf. A lot of time they don't match and I asked them why? Their answer was that they don't usually update the price on the shelf!!!!
