Sales Person in front desk are always with the worst attitude, No help what so ever. Tried looking for a hose for my western plow and he didn't even gave me a chance to explain or show him the picture of what I was looking for. He told me that with out the right measurements there was nothing he could do. you'll think being a dealer they would be more helpful, or at least try to act like they want to help. Worst experience ever !!!!!

Alex is a life saver!!! I am in the process of moving and I purchased a brand new Jeep Compass and I needed a rack for my roof so I could haul all my belongings to Arizona.. Sadly I went to Radco first and they were so rude to me and told me nobody could help and couldn't get me a rack in time before I moved and said nobody else in town probably had an option either, thankfully for google I found Custom Truck!!!!!!! So i cruised over and was led to The Sales Manager Alex. He told me he would do whatever it took to make my move easier! Found me what I needed and in a few days I had the rack installed and have recently just moved and it was absolutely fantastic! Made the trip so much easier! o and my mother and myself think he is quite handsome as well!! =) Thanks again so much for the friendliness and taking time out of your busy day to make sure we had what we needed! Nice clean store as well! Please See them if you need anything at all for your vehicle!!!! Looks to me like they just might have access to it ALL!

Alex at Custom Truck Equipment is absolutely amazing! He s been so helpful at getting me a new headache rack & toolbox for my truck. Brought my friends with & I swear I have to coax them out of the store every time before they buy any more! They ve got a TON of accessories for your truck... and at affordable prices too. This place doesn t hold a candle to their competitors. Definitely a first & last stop when it comes to equipping your truck!

In today s world when our technology and products are vastly abundant and readily available at the click of a button, I believe true customer service is severely lacking. However, when it comes to the customer service I received from Custom Truck Equipment, there is no comparable! By far the best I have ever been treated in the retail industry!! Dan Husby and Alex Bawek truly are class acts.... highly recommend

Purchased a few lights bars , grill insert and will be back for more! Salesman worked with me and my budget and scored me a great deal and found me everything I need. I will be back for more accessories!! Also very friendly and knowledgable.

Embarrassingly awful. Salesman doesn t have any clue about the products. I recommend installing a McDonald s like self ordering kiosk instead of wasting money on the salesman. Radco on Carolyn St is a more customer friendly and professional business 1/2 star
