I called and asked if they could do a dismount n mount a new tire. They said sure if I can get there n the next half hour. Got there n 15 mins only to sit for 3� hrs. Finally got tired of waiting and was still loading so I left. I don't take my phone outside the truck bc I've broke to many. I got a voice-mail saying he was leaving my tire outside bc he was closing. It was 3 pm n they dont close till 5 pm.

Stopped by to change the oil and fix the seal on the trailer. They ended up replacing the brakes on the trail without even asking me. I found out about this when paying. Of course, I was indignant, and the girl at the front desk swore at me. She swore at me for a long time, and then just left. The manager stood nearby and for him this was apparently a common thing. He didn't stop her. I've seen a lot of rudeness, but she amazed me. They violated federal law by not notifying me about the account change, and they made me the culprit. I also asked for trailer lube to be added to the bill. They smeared it, but not everything. But I decided to just leave. I have never seen such disgusting service even in third world countries.

This place stops accepting jobs after 4pm so be aware. I came 2 days in a row once at 5:30pm and today at 5pm. Same bald guy telling me he only has one mechanic. All I wanted was an oil change. Find somewhere else!

I came in for a trailer tire that had a hole in it in the sidewall, Mr Mike changed out two tires for virgin Michelins that they had in stock, and did a federal annual inspection on the truck and trailer since they were almost due. The woman at the service desk was beyond polite and professional, and just an absolute wonderful experience with their entire crew. 5 stars all day long.

Mechanics are very good. Showed up first thing in the morning. Only had to wait for the one truck to get their tire fixed in front of me. Got me in and out and wheel seal fixed. If you need any other small repairs done and in the area will definitely be back.

Their pumps are garbage I went to fill def out water on my windshield to let it sit and when I came back it was spewing def. I got soaked in def and all they said is not our problem. If you have faulty garbage it is your freaking problem. Never coming to this pilot ever again. Or any pilots for that matter. You treat your customers like trash it shows.

Attention owner operator, Please don t take your truck to this place at all. They re thieves and bad people with bad personalities, all of them including the manager. They don t fix what you tell them to. If you don t pay whatever they ask for, they mess up your truck. They kept on adding more to the price. The 4 four mechanics and the manager are making the shop look bad. They don t treat you with respect at all, all they want is money. For something that would take 2 hours, they would charge for the amount of 5 hours.

Was here for a air leak, they replaced the air bag, $575.00/still had a air leak! They replaced a brake chamber, $390.00, not happy with this place, there ripping drivers off! I was there 7 hrs ! not a good place!

Would be less than 1 star if possible....Why have a truck shop in a 24 hour truck stop and not be open on Sundays. Truck driver dont stop working on sunday and repairs need to be made. Illnever stop at one again

Attention to Owner Operators; Do NOT bring your Truck here for repair or anything. They told me they will fix my Truck with $2,000 and when I come to take my Truck, they said umm we put coolant in it and nothing is working for us pay us the $2 000 and take your Truck to Cummins Hhhhh. They will only do way to take your Money doing Nothing. I don t want you to suffer like me (Enough) I saw 2 drivers complaining oil change and tire on trailer. Horrible place !!!!!!!

Super quick and friendly. They got me in and out in less than an hour after i checked in. I got one tire changed out. Thanks for the quick service repair. Didnt mess up my drive clock or anything.

Nate replaced my def pump and doser valve, and for sure very good at his job. And one of the best technicians I ve came across. I recommend this shop if you re ever in Sioux Falls sd

Rather should be called THIEF BOSS!!!!They charged me for an alternator belt more than 300$$$!!!! If I could do it by myself, I'll do it in 30min, they charged 2.5hours! Just in the face of the "professionality"!!!!But wait,there's more....After this work ,the alternator didn't charge the battery, so I noticed that the wires that connect the alternator was broken and torn off, so I tell them and their answers?? Change the whole alternator! (That by the way it was only 1 month old)instead of change just the wires....NEVER AGAIN

Mechanic couldn't get truck to start after fuel filter replacement. He Opened injector line to prime and I ended up with a check engine light.

We are truck drivers who stuck on highway caused by broken pipes of coolant. We called in Boss Truck Repair and they said we have to tow our truck in ,when we arrived they took care of us right away...Very nice and polite professional mechanic and excellent service. They call us the next day to make sure everything is fine.Recommend to any driver!!!

Checked in at 9:30am with them saying it will be a 2 hour wait for a oil change. Checked in again at 2pm to see how it was going and was told i was next. I sat here all day for them to call me at 4:30 and say they will not be able to do it today. Lazy is the only thing i can think of to explain it.

In and out quickly,main complaint explained to counter person when checking in only wanted fuel and oil filters replaced on PM and was skipping water/fuel filter being just replaced it. As I'm waiting I go around building and watching techs, and just killing time and saw water/fuel filter sitting out.Told tech i only wanted the 2 filters in and skip water filter.He replied I see that on work order.In process of checking out noticed a 70 charge for 3rd filter.Explained that was not installed,tech comes up ,states he didn't know what I was saying when in shop ,anyways ...just not a great experience and they did remove charge so got 2 stars vs 1. Probably drive by there when next one is due

I am so happy with the Boss Shop in Sioux Falls, SD. Super friendly people great service will continue to come back and use these guys for whatever our truck needs. A special thanks to all the employees at the Boss Shop in Sioux Falls. They are so funny, just a great group of people!!!!

Typically get in and out in a reasonable time. From what I have experienced the repairs are done right the 1st time around. Only negative I can think of is the driver waiting area is very small

Saturday and Sunday off. Do they realize some people (drivers for example) have different schedule?I wish next visit to ER they will see the same schedule on the door.Just to get "same page" fillings, you know...

They tried to charge me for 2 a/c compressors and 2 dryers and I called them on it. They charged me more than book time and I called them on that.The bill to fix the a/c was $1700.00. After they refunded me for the extra compressor and dryer it was $1300 50 miles down the road it froze up and continues to freeze up.

I bought a set of madflaps. They crack broke felling off in pices in a month. Talked to the mechanics. Dan, one of the mechanics offered me replace them and install them for free. I upgraded to better madflaps and only paid the difference on price. I am happy. I only lost my invested time on this ordeal. But it is what it is!

We stopped their at 6:15pm to have a low tire checked on our 2014 Dodge Ram. We had called ahead. When we got there they took one look at the stock aluminum wheels and said they wouldn't touch it! This is a semi truck tire repair shop! Don't semis have aluminum wheels?? What a bunch of losers. They pointed to the air hose and said fill it! Went 4 miles to Walmart. They changed the tire, loaded it in our truck, which was attached to out gooseneck, and put the spare on. NO CHARGE! Will NEVER stop at Boss again and will tell everyone we know why!
