I had an extremely great experience once again!! The entire staff was very kind and helpful!! Dillon went out of his way to assist me and get my vehicle repaired on a timely basis so it was available as I was needing to go out of town!!!

We had extensive Hail Damage on our Santa Fe this past summer. We took it to Billion Collision & had excellent Customer Service from the Front Desk Clerks & Ryan Jirsa who handled our Claim. Ryan worked directly with our Insurance & handled all the paperwork for us. The technicians did an excellent job on repairing our Santa Fe too. We would highly recommend Billion Collision if you need repairs to your vehicle. We feel like we have a new car & the employees couldn't have been nicer. Thank you to all who worked on our car, especially Ryan for keeping us informed on the progress. We really appreciate your attention to detail.Greg & Mary Ann Holden

Very terrible service. I heard so much good things about this place so when my car was vandalized I decided to go through these guys to repair my window and steering column shroud. It ended up taking them a week and lots of calling before I got an estimate I decided to go through with it and wanted to make an appointment and they said they would call me back. I waited 2 weeks and once again more calling before they finally answered and I was told they were ordering parts waited another 2 weeks and was told they ordered the wrong parts and were currently ordering the correct ones. And finally waited one more week before I got fed up of waiting and went to a different body shop and the new body shop got all the parts in 2 days and fixed it in 45 minutes it took billion 1 month and 2 weeks to order parts for my vehicle I waited way too long before I decided to go elsewhere but I really wanted to give them a chance definitely do not recommend.

Billion Collision doesn't stand behind their work - In 2010 after hitting a deer I brought my 2005 Nissan Titan truck in for repairs. I worked with Dave Ling who was responsible for the repairs. When I left the shop it was pouring down rain and I proceeded to drive the vehicle some 90 miles home. As I was driving the vehicle began to shift hard and surge ultimately the truck was unable to move when in gear. I called Nissan to get a tow to the nearest Nissan Dealer, Sioux City IA, and the Sioux City location informed me that the transmission cooler was not connected after the repair which resulted in all the fluid draining and causing the transmission to fail. I contacted Dave Ling and he essentially said that they should add some fluid and will be fine. It was not fine the vehicle would not move and needed to be towed back to Sioux Falls. Dave told me it would be $6,000 to replace the transmission that they failed to connect hoses to after replacing the transmission cooler. I contacted Nissan Corporate and they said that this is clearly the Collision centers fault and that they would replace it at no charge. I called Dave Ling and he said that they would only pay half of the cost. I called Nissan Corporate again and then Dave agreed to cover the full cost.After the transmission was replaced a couple months had passed and the clear coat paint began to peel. I took it in for repair and Dave Ling claimed that they had a server crash and had no proof that they repaired my vehicle. When I produced the paperwork he agreed to fix the paint issue. About two years later it peeled again and in another location, again he claimed that he had no proof that they had done the work and again I produced the documentation. Approximately two years later the clear coat peeled again in another location and it was painted again but Dave Ling said that he wouldn't fix it again. I told him that if it peels again I would bring it back. Well the paint has peeled again and fading badly on the hood and on 9/23/20 I brought it in again, this time Dave Ling is claiming that it is the Nissan Factory paint that is peeling and not his problem. I took the truck to a Nissan certified paint shop and they verified that it is not a Nissan paint issue but rather from the Billion Collision center repair. I am now taking Billion to small claims court and filed a complaint with Attorney General's office and the BBB. I had only asked that Billion stand behind their work and fix the issues and gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refuse. I have written statements from certified paint professionals and Nissan, have contacted Billion customer service and no one is willing to help, only trying to get out of fixing it. I would not recommend working with Billion Collision center and specifically Dave Ling.Update: 8/23/22: a year later after there response below and no one has ever reached out to correct the issue. Paint is still peeled and faded and not one person has taken responsibility for this. Their response was disingenuous and I would not recommend Billion Collision center to anyone.....ever!Services: Electrical repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Terrible service. Avoid this place if you can.I brought a vehicle here for a fairly simple repair. I was told I needed a part and it'd take about a week. I called each week asking for an update and was told "we can't track it but it's not here yet." A month in, someone else looked into it and the part had never been ordered (despite assurances it just wasn't here yet).After the part was finally ordered/received, I brought the car in for the repair, only to be explained they had the wrong part.After another week to get the right part, then the schedule was blocked for weeks, and they wouldn't move to accommodate their own screw-up(s).Finally, at the repair date, it was a few hundred dollars more than expected, and they did the work without asking/checking first.Aside from the courtesy of the girls at the front desk and the shuttle driver, every other aspect of this interaction was a customer service disaster.***Note: If you read other poor reviews here and the business notes "someone will be reaching out," this is months later -- they do not and will not reach out. This business is not interested in providing good service nor any type of service recovery even if they've knowingly screwed up.

I bought a new traverse from Billion Chevy and it was a horrible experience. Two weeks after buying the vehicle I was hit in the front drivers side corner. I was very upset. I took it to the collision center and Eric was great to work with. I had state Farm insurance ad he worked with them to get the repairs paid for. I was able to get a rental vehicle to use. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful also. When I got my vehicle back it was just like new. I would definitely recommend Eric and the collision center. I am extremely happy with the service that John Thomas provided me at Billion Collision Repair Centre (Hyundai) Sioux Falls. I had an accident with a dead dear and my car suffered damage to the bumper and underneath of the vehicle. John went out of the way to order parts and get it repaired for me and my car looks brand new again. The attention to detail was commendable. The paint for bumper exactly matches the car so I am quite happy with it. John patiently listened to all my requests and was very polite. I was depressed after the accident but John helped me with each and everything. When I got my car back, my mood really elevated. I will definitely recommend him to everyone who needs their car repaired. I also want to thank the front desk as well as the the entire team that helped with the repair.

I will never use any Billion Body Shop!!So my Dad was in an accident on Saturday 9-17-22. Not knowing what body shop to take it and because the insurance company is not open on weekends he told the tow company to take it to Billion Chevrolet. He had to go to the Emergency Room to get checked out. Well somehow it ended up ant Billion Collision Center behind Hyundai. State Farm insurance sent a tow truck to get in on Monday because that don t deal with Billion. That s a red flag right away. By today my dad was wondering what was going on. He called State Farm. Turns out Billion charges storage fees. Billion would not release the vehicle till storage fees were paid. It would have been less on Monday had Billion informed the tow company. My folks were so taken back that Billion could be so petty. They could release the vehicle and send a bill? Is that to difficult?

Brought our Toyota truck in to have repairs done from vandalism that had occurred. Very friendly and welcoming and even dealt with our insurance directly. Super easy to work with and the finished work on the truck was amazing. Looked brand new! So happy we took our vehicle here - highly recommend!

I bought the Valpro package for my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. With this package, I was told that any scratches dents, anything that would take away from the value of the car at the end of the lease would be fixed. They fixed it all right! However it looks way worse when they were done than when I brought it in. The rep I spoke to about my concerns was anything but helpful. I found him dismissive and rude. The touch-up jobs look like a four year old with a bottle of nail polish dabbing on the color, just blobs of color. The rep said the color was too hard to match and they weren't going to spend 3 hours trying to match the paint. For what I paid for that valpro package, they should have taken the time.Update: Jeremy with Valpro/Manager called me and personally saw to it that the car was fixed to my satisfaction. His customer service went above and beyond.

My wife and I just moved to town and did not know a good quality collision repair center. I went to Billion on W 41st St. I am very pleased and amazed. Mine was an insurance claim. You can't even tell where the damage was. Fast service, polite service and very friendly from start to finish. Even the courtesy ride, fast and friendly. Very professional. 5 star treatment. I recommend it to anyone.

My car was hit, almost totalled. After a horrible experience with progressive, I got my car back 2 weeks later from Billion... with no lights working and it sounded like it was going to blow up! Because I drove it before it was fixed, I damaged my control arm or something to do with the tires. They say its wear and tear even though I spoke to a different shop that said theres no way they'd give a single mother a vehicle back in this condition after JUST doing insurance work on the same area. Now I'll bring it to one of the 600 dollar quotes and be without a car AGAIN just to never deal with any of these people again.The receptionist was great...Services: Engine repair, Auto detailing

After this I will bad mouth billion for the rest of my life . I have never felf more like a number in my life. Empty promises ,horrible customer services besides the girls that answer the phone and I work in the parts industry. They took longer than expected to get approval from Valpro after I went there for a quote. Also, I didn t feel welcomed by the staff when I went there for the first time to file a claim. Not too eager to help, especially the receptionist. Poor customer service for me in that regard. They don t offer free carwash like other dealerships. What a let down. My car was dirty when I picked it up and they just cleaned the side of my car that needed to be fixed. On the other hand, they got my car fixed and ready within the time frame they said it would.

We were on vacation and hit a deer outside of Sioux Falls. We made a last minute appointment through Billion Toyota and were directed to Billion Collision Center. They quickly made sure our car was safe to drive and helped us figure out our next steps. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We are so thankful we found Billion Toyota and Billion Collision Center -- we couldn't have asked for a better experience under very stressful circumstances!

In short..... OUTSTANDING job!!!!Longer details.... when I came out of a local grocery store there was a basket next to my truck and sure enough, a nice crease on my front fender where either the basket or the door of the car beside me hit the fender/wheel well...... either way, the crease ran north to south through the horizontally sculpted wheel well fender flare.I knew most of it could be rolled out with a skilled person doing it, but figured the part where the ding and the intended sculpted lines met would forever be "dinged"...... sigh.What a wonderful surprise when I went to Billion..... the estimator took a look and stated that "most" of the damage could be reversed, but he to thought there might be a "ding" left over.Well..... when I picked up the truck (on time by the way) there was absolutely zero evidence of the damage either visually or by touch and the fender/wheel well looked exactly like brand new once again.I'm REALLY OCD when it comes to my truck and I simply can't say enough about how happy I am with the job the tech did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys and gals to anyone!

Not really impressed with the service we recieved when we brought our car in after an accident. We recieved a call late on a Thursday afternoon that our car was ready, as it was too late to get it that day and couldn't pick it up on Friday we had to make arrangements to pick it up on a Saturday. As the collision center isn't open on Saturday we had to pick it up from the service department. When we showed up we couldn't find anyone to help us. We had to walk around the entire store to even find someone to help us. When we finally found someone, he had no idea what we were talking about. We had to explain we were here to get our car and he seemed annoyed and told us he doesn't work there often and no one told him we were coming, so poor communication on their part. It was snowing and they left our car outside instead of bringing it in to the heated garage that was entirely empty. When we dug it out of the snow it was buried under we found the car to be dead and again had to go in and track someone down to jump start our car. Same guy now even more annoyed that he had to help us...again. Once we got in the car I was disappointed to see it was flithy. Now I know we didn't bring it in to them in the cleanist condition, but in my 35 years on this earth I have had several car go into the shop and I have never gotten a car back that hadn't been washed and detailed. I am sure never bringing my car there in the future and very disappointed in the service they provided.

Was very disappointed with the delay and my whole experience. They had the vehicle for 11 business days when they said it would be 5. The loaner vehicle was below standard. They did not complete all they said they would so I have to go back again. Parts were left on my vehicle.

Quite poor service. They forgot to put some pieces in my car besides they ruined the passenger seat so I had to go to a different place to fix it. 0/10, if you have the opportunity to go to a different place go for it. There are better places to fix your car

Replacing rear glass. Missed large scratch on replacement glass on initial inspection. Managed to run over piece of spoiler with another vehicle. Forgot to mail the replacement part. Installed rear wiper blade incorrectly causing an arching scratch and rework. Scratched rear bumper.

The guy named Andrew was kinda rude to me.l asked him about the scratch that was still on your truck they were to fix said they tryed to fix .l don't think they ever tryed to fix it.
