Was unsure of what we wanted for a car. Delt with salesman Nick Munce from used Buick lot. He had his hands full with dealing with 2 buyers from same family. Nick sold 3 cars to the same family in 1 day. Nick found what we were looking for and was a pleasure to work with. Keep ahold of that salesman! We will be back to Billion. Thanks.

Trevor Sorenson was great to work with. He met us at Billion GMC then followed us to Billion Mazda/Hyundai where we purchased our son's 2017 Hyundai. Boomer was informative and wouldn't let us leave without the car. Worked out some tinted windows and some $ off to keep in our price range! Would recommend to a friend.

Super pleased with my experience. The customer service was great. They diagnosed and fixed my issue with my car and had a free shuttle service for me to use to get to and from an appointment while they worked on my car. Super impressed and will definitely be back if needed in the future.

Overall I had a very good experience buying my hyundai palisade. The dealer we worked with was very friendly and he was able to get us a fair price for our trade in. The only downside to purchasing a used vehicle is that it only came with one set of keys. We asked for an additional set on the day of purchase and we have yet to receive them.

My wife and I pulled into Billion Hyundai to look at a few sharp looking vehicles. We were immediately approached by Brenden.He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, a Hyundai Palisade. We told him we were shopping for cars but weren t interested in purchasing that s day. Brenden was totally cool about it and gave us his card. We went home and did some research and returned a few days later with a trade in vehicle.Brenden and I talked prices fora while and took the Palisade for a drive. The representatives at Billion got us a better interest rate than even our bank did and we re extremely helpful through the whole process.I called Brenden a few days later when our vehicle has some shifting issues and they were extremely good about getting us into the shop and working with us on repairing the issue.

No pressure at all.everyone we talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable.Up date. Told sales manager we needed to be at a maximum amount out the door including taxes and license fees. Being new to this state we did not now that we had to pay all that when we got our license plates at court house. Was not happy about that as they knew what I asked for and took advantage of us I felt. Make sure you ask every question and get answers on paper. That s why it went from 5 stars to 4 stars.

I can t express how happy I am with the service I received! Thanks to some pesky rabbits, I had to make a visit to the service center to get some repairs. Seth and the technician who worked on my car were phenomenal! They got my car in and fixed all within a day! Honestly, I was a bit stressed about the whole thing, but Seth s cheerfulness and helpfulness really made everything better. I ll definitely continue going to Billion Auto for future maintenance and repairs!

Everyone was friendly, very helpful in getting my vehicle taken care of! They got me in and out in a timely manner, I give everyone in the service department a 10 even if they weren t working on my vehicle they all were very friendly! Thanks for making my 2 hr one way trip worth it!!

My engine locked up for whatever reason. Not sure if it was a recall or whatever but Hyundai gave me an extended warranty on my engine. I was told by Billion Auto that it would be 4 to 7 weeks to have my engine replaced and of course I was not to pleased with the time frame. But what could I do but accept it and wait. But within 3 weeks my car was fixed and it runs amazing. And the staff was very helpful, friendly and very courteous. So thank you Billion Auto Hyundai for everything and I hope the next time I visit it's to buy a new car.

Excellent service. I took my car for an oil change to a different place and walked out with a quote for "needed work" on my almost new car for 2,500dls. Suspecting that was not right, I brought it to this guys; they checked the items and told.me all that was not needed- basically everything was not needed. I left with a bill for 99dls. The gentleman who helped me was kind and honest. I am a very please customer.

Dan Gibson was the absolute BEST never any pressure have been talking with him for almost 3 months. He kept searching and keeping me informed on what was there and what was coming in while I was busy working not sure when I was going to make it up, but I did and drove off with a 2017 Cadillac XT5. Needed new sway bars on a 2016 Santa Fe, wanted to charge me $450. Went to another shop and got it done parts, labor, ect. for $120. Don t know if this is because I m a female or if Billion tries this with all their customers. Either way, be warned.

Very impressed with Billion s service department at Hyundai! I was stranded in Sioux Falls, away from home, because my pickup has been randomly not starting and today it finally quit altogether. I have had it in to two different mechanics who both refused to use my warranty and failed to diagnose the issue. The team at Billion worked with my warranty, no questions asked, and had the correct issue diagnosed in minutes. They are also doing a free 100 point inspection. Seth had been working with me closely. He has been very thorough and communicative and just genuinely nice to chat with. Thanks Billion Hyundai for taking care of me!

They were fantastic, they got me in right away, were very persistent with reaching out to me to update me on everything. They also told me to bring my car in a week before my appointment because my check engine light was flashing and they squeezed it in between other appointments they already had and got everything done within 48 hours. I m so beyond pleased and grateful for how much everyone I talked to was willing to help me out

Now I know that Billion gets a pretty bad rap, but the guys I worked were great! Fun, easy going and patient. Seth did a great job in finding a car for me. He also had some other options that worked better. So thank you to Seth and all the guys at Billion Mazda!

All went good very friendly. Did walk around and seen a leak in oil pan ( very small) I was not aware of. Fixed it gave me a ride to get something to ear as they fixed it very happy

It was a pleasure doing business with Billion. My appointment was received on time and completion was done within the allotted expected time. A huge bonus was the offer to shuttle me to the mall to shop and pick me up when the repairs were completed. No sitting around the business eating time.

While we were at the dealership we were greeted quickly and treated with kindness. Joe had the car we wanted to look at pulled up to the door and warmed up for us to take for a test drive. He was able to answer our questions about the car and was a joy to visit with while on the test drive. After the test drive we were offered something to drink as we sat down to visit. Joe was not pushy nor did he dance around with things. We never felt pressured to have to purchase the vehicle and felt respected when we walked away from the deal on the table. While we didn't end up buying from Joe and Billion Auto- Hyundai I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to stop in and give them a chance to earn your business.
