Horrible experience. We were looking for a used vehicle with a budget of $65,000. We did not expect special treatment, but were SHOCKED at the lack of professionalism of the dealership.The sales person was great - not pushy and seemed well informed.However, we looked in 3-4 Denali's and SLT models and EVERY ONE was filthy. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect used vehicles to be pristine and fully detailed. These vehicles looked like the previous owner brought them in after a month of toting around kids, from the country.Now, finding one vehicle like that - possible that it just landed on the lot. But no, every vehicle we looked at was dirty (interior). I even found a wrapper from a plastic water bottle just sitting on the floor of the 3rd row.The worst part of all of this - other than our helpful salesperson, there were at least 10 other salespeople standing around in groups, just chatting. I nearly shouted for them to grab a vacuum and clean the vehicles instead of sitting around.We ordered another vehicle a couple of years ago from Billion and had another terrible experience. Certainly did not feel like they cared about me at all.We ended up buying a vehicle from a dealership in the cities. Worth the 3.5 hour drive.Super sad. I can only assume Billion Auto feels they have a monopoly and don't have to work for their customers.

It was my first time there as I just moved to Sioux Falls. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It took only a few minutes to get my oil changed and the guys were super nice.

I have been purchasing GMC and General Motors products from dealerships since 1988. Brought my truck that I purchased in Puyallup WAshington before moving here in for an oil change, tire rotation and eight relatively minor defects or repairs to my 2022 Denali.I was very disappointed in the lack of support, follow through and interest in completing the repairs. They seemed in a hurry to push me out the door even the oil change and tire rotation had hiccups in it. They had the car for two days and completed three of the eight items and left me to complete the fourth and the other four they either said it was a non-issue or they couldn t make an adjustment (for example the auto headlight dimmer sensitivity). I really felt as if they didn t believe me or didn t want to look into it. I felt intimidated by the Accessories manager Mark down there the first day. Paid a lot of money for this truck and they would rather throw the other dealership under the bus vs make it right.Lots of trophies in the waiting room next to the popcorn machine, but really Sioux Falls needs more competition. I will be looking for another dealership for my warranty and Service needs. NOT professional grade.

It was really an astonishing experience. I may explain it less than what i got as an experience with both Jason Donnovan, General Sales Manager and Jeff the Sales Person. Jason worked with me and my wife very closely with everything through out the process by answering every question we have and Jeff has taught us both everything about the car and its options and mobile application and its utilisation. Appreciate and Thankful.

9-30-23, dropped my car off at 7:30AM, First in line at at the express lube line at billions GMC, left it in line at the express lube line and went to run Arends, came back at 8:30AM, to find my car out in the parking lot, Assuming all done, So I went in to pay, She says they didn t know what you wanted, So they pulled it out of the line. The boy at the counter says we didn t know what you wanted, I said this is the express lube line, I need an oil and filter change like everyone else in this line. Says you ll have to go get in line again, I said if I asked everyone out there in line what they are in line for 100% would say an oil change. So here I am back in line for what I m sure will be the rest of the morning. I am a loyal Billions customer, but this was terrible service.

I was greeted immediately after entering the showroom, and my salesman Andrew was prepared for me. He explained all the rebates and features like onstar Valpro. I was able to get a great trade in value for my car. Also the paperwork was explained clearly. And the tutorial with Jesse was very much appreciated and needed. It s a beautiful vehicle and wonderful features for our winter climate!

Went in for oil change and was there about 2 hours. There was only one car in front of me that took about 10 minutes to finish up. Finally after over an hour of my vehicle sitting in the bay went and asked when it was going to be done. He stated that drain plug and oil filter were not fun to remove. Understand run into some things but the worst part is i watched the techs walk around and do nothing. Also manager back there was very rude. If I could give it a zero star I would. Will never be going back. I have also attached a photo of the techs standing around.

They got me exactly what I wanted and did not try to convince me into something else. They were pretty fast with the paperwork and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Also showed me how to use all the fancy buttons on the car too. If you are looking for a sales rep ask for Sean K.

Not only did they not fix my complaint, they charged me 600$ for something wrong. Invalidated pretty much everything I told them and tried to make me feel dumb. And the repair they did that was wrong, they caused my car to smoke on the inside as well as outside. Something is burning and it s not new belts after a couple weeks.

My husband and I stopped one Saturday to look at cars to trade our pickup. Sean Kelly came out and asked if he could help us. We explained our situation about needing to sell our camper first before we could trade our pickup. He was so nice. He helped us get in to see someone at Camping World to buy our camper. It was so smooth. I really loved Sean as a salesman. He was not pushy or overbearing. Those are 2 qualities that immediately put me off. We are also going to buy a new Kia and Sean is helping to get one my husband likes. Definitely recommend dealing with Sean!

Went for oil change, the wait was long but OK. After oil. change vehicle ran awful, after couple miles of driving, i returned to have in checked. Talked to service advisor, 4 technicians looked at vehicle in parking lot. After 5 minutes they put my vehicle back in line for the oil change line, after a wait my vehicle was in and they drained the oil and refilled. I asked what was wrong and I was told "nothing" I asked was it driving better and I was told "that there is nothing wrong". When I drove away it seemed fine. I did not like that there was something wrong and told me nothing was wrong and I was not giving paperwork of my return!

May miss some details but they seem capable.I called and set up an appointment for a recall fix and an oil change; however, they only completed the oil change. Apparently, they didn't have the parts even though they knew the vehicle and what needed to be fixed ahead of time.

Apparently there is only one mechanic that is trained to work on diesels. Mine was absent that day and now I m rescheduling. I did manage to get an oil change though, good job on that.

I purchased a brand new Buick Envision in June. In October a check engine light came on. I sat in the dealership for hours on a workday and learned that there's an issue being researched at Buick that's causing cars to throw a code for an unknown reason. Now in January my car completely wouldn't start. I had it towed into the dealership and they ended up having to replace the battery. I missed quite a bit of today's workday arranging and paying for transportation to and from work. I picked it up this evening and got in to find that somehow I still have a check engine light showing. Now I get to burn even more working hours resolving whatever the issue is. Also, tomorrow it's supposed to be six degrees and my auto start won't work because when the check engine light is on. I'm spending a lot of time and money to get into a cold car that's not even a year old.I am adding this on day two. I have been calling the service department since 7:50 this morning. I have left multiple messages asking for help. The social media team posted the comment below, but nobody actually reached out to me to help. I went back out to my car this evening and my car is completely dead.

Jeremiah H. was great to work with, texted ,and left me voicemail when i didnt get a chance to answer my cell so that i knew who was calling and knew who i needed to call back!! No other salesman from the other cars I was looking at did that.. he left me vmail and that showed extra attentiveness and got me close to what I was asking for in regards to pricing and payments. He is a amazing asset to have there!! He even followed up with me to let me know they found another spare key for me!! So all in all I had a pretty good experience buying my first car through a dealership!!

Jesse does such an excellent job of helping identify the best car for your needs. He asks good questions, he helps point out features of benefits of each type of car and works with your budget to get you great options! He is super knowledgeable about a lot of different types of cars and is also patient when you don't quite know what you want. I highly recommend him to anyone!

we're from out of town and our car was dead, our new enclave had a dead battery cell and your service department got the car in and replaced the defective battery and we were able to make it back to pierre safely...we have 6000 miles on this new enclave and this is the third incident with this buick, looks like we will be buying something besides a buick after this lemon.

We are traveling with our fifth wheel and our battery died on the GMC Sierra. Although we could jump it, no dash controls or gauges.Drove to Dillion service bay and they looked into Within 1/2 hour. Panic nope? Ran some tests, installed new battery, fixed a loose cable and back on othe road in under 2 hours! Who does this kind of friendly, fair, quick, no appoint service anymore... but thanks Billion Happy Travelers from Cali.

Tom & Jesse were great to work with. They made it easy & explained everything so I could understand. The finance guy was super fast & I'm very happy with my purchase
