My husband was very impressed with the owners honesty. He brought his car in for an alignment and it turned out to be broken control arms. My husband changed them, and then brought them back to Andy's to align the tires. The owner called him later on that day and told him the car was in perfect alignment and didn't need further service. Most shops would have just taken the money regardless. Thank you for being so honest.

I highly recommend Chuck! I could have easily been taken to the cleaners with parts and labor costs had I gone elsewhere. Very honest, upfront and trustworthy guy!!!

I went 2 times to have my cars wheel alignment and 1 to check for a y suspension repairs. He was honest n showed me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and was a great price for my wheel alignments. Started off as being somewhat reputable. After bringing in a lifted truck and being told there was a bunch of stuff wrong charged 1300. Put in wrong shock stabilizer, cross threaded tie rod end. Brother has also had work done on his truck and has had appointments where they have canceled after bringing the truck down. Charges you 20 bucks to look at something and not fix it. Also crossthreaded tie rod end on his truck If you wana get ripped off take it to this guy he does not care about your vehicle or you. Also put new brakes on my car and warped within 20000 miles. Never would recommend again.

I called to get a price on how much to repair my truck. Had the list of items needed to be replaced, im hard of hearing and asked if he could drop a estimate to me. But instead I got a attitude, . Quote out of 35 years in business I do all the look up only to find a different story. One Andy you didn't let me finish you cut me off, 2, I cant just bring it in, and lastly I had the list of things that needed to be replaced you could of kindly asked for the issues but you had no intention. Was told by a good friend yeah he a great guy. Give him a call and he will get you a estimate over the phone. Tell him what you got going on. Honestly you need to learn customer services, I run a business for a total of combine 52 years. You should listen 1st and be helpful. People beware of this place 1st impression is a lasting impression like chef ramsey would say Get Out of here.HE HUNG UP. RUDE....

I brought my car into Chuck a couple of months ago and forgot to leave a review but months later my car is still running GREAT! I paid less than he quoted me and he saved me from being broken down on the side of the road and in a whole lot of trouble. I drive my older car half way across the country with totally worn out break pads and thought It would cost me a ton of money to reverse the damage driving the car with no break pads did but Chuck was able to spare me a lot of money by not charging me to fix things that I thought for sure needed to be fixed but actually didn't. I've been driving my car now for almost 3 months and it's smooth and I actually feel safe when driving it because I now have such a great mechanic. I truly trust my car is safe and months later his work still holds true and just knowing he's there if I need him gives me great peace of mind. The guy really knows his stuff he's the most affordable mechanic you will find, trust me I got quotes for months before I was referred to him and he was about half the price and didn't fix things that were not broken and fixed the things that were. If he can't fix it he will refer you to who can and using him as a refet will also probably save you money I know it saved me money when I bought new tires, so thanks Chuck you make this process a lot less scary!

You are ridiculous to even think about going elsewhere for service to your vehicle! As a young female with little knowledge of vehicle maintenance, Andy s shop made me feel right at home and they treated me with respect without trying to constantly up sell me. The shop is efficient and has an energy unlike any other shop- you leave feeling confident that you were a top priority!! I brought my Toyota Tundra in for an alignment after getting new tires installed, and let me tell you about Chuck....... Put it this way, I won't go to another alignment shop other than Andy's after my visit today. Chuck has 30+ years of expierence and knows his stuff. I enjoyed my visit so much that I had to leave my first ever google review.

I will only take my vehicle to Chuck at Andy's Alignment for anything brakes, tires or suspension related. I will tell everyone I know to take their vehicle there as well. Super honest and a great price. If only all shops were as great as this, the world would be a better place. Provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. Also has one of the best looking repair shops in town. Andy's provides honest information and estimates. have been going there for years to take care of suspension brakes and related items and will continue to do so.

Asked Andy to align my car. He looked at the issue and was completly honest about the vehicle not needing the work done.He could have just as easily said he did the work and charged me anyway. At first glance Chuck and Andy's wheel alignment shop seems like reputable business. But I beg you to look at it threw my eyes and experience the unprofessional service given to me before you put yourself through financial and emotional strain. In late 2016 their shop repaired my 03 alero's controll arm for only $80 so from there on I thought they were professional since I had no problems. But just a week ago I took my car in for what I thought was going to be good service; it wasn't, my car broke 3 days after they "repaired it". My car was driving weird after sliding on ice and abruptly going on to the sidewalk, the car was perfectly functional except the fact that each time I hit a bump, it would go to one side. Yeah you're probably thinking " alignment" but Andy told me " there is tremendous damage to the car" he sounded unsure of what he was saying and struggled to explain what was wrong. I didn't have time to look for myself so I told him to go ahead and repair it for his charge of $465. I was told it would take a few days. 2 days later he starts to call my phone; and my mothers, threatening to have my car impounded if I don't pick it. He has anger issues and does not allow customers to talk, he curses and is VERY DISREPECTFUL I have voicemails to prove this. I will soon be suing this business and I won't recommend him to any of my friends or family if they wanted quality care for their vehicle. Beware first glances can be deceiving. He wants to charge me an extra $200 to fix something that should have been fixed correctly to began with. If you're thinking of taking your car to this guy all I can tell you is "good luck" you will need it.

Chuck is fantastic and gives you a fair price and fast turn-around. Brings things to your attention, but doesnt look for things to upcharge you on. Also saved me money by preventing unneeded work. I'll be getting more done by him in the near future. Couldn't recommend an higher.

I called ahead and they told me to bring my car in at 2. I got there at 2 and the guy was just sitting and talking to this girl. He just kinda sat and looked at me. I told him that I called ahead and he pretty much shooed me out of the garage so he could sit and talk some more. What a garbage way to treat a paying customer. I left and WONT EVER GO BACK.

This guy is the "real deal" when it comes to mechanics. Very accommodating , reasonably priced. An added bonus, there is a basketball hoop in the shop. Finally, a shop for the ballers! : ) Will be using his services again in the future.
