I had such an amazing experience from the customer service to the quality of repairs.Everything looks like new again and they even washed and vacuumed my car when I came to pick it up. So unexpected and made my day!

After my car was damaged from an accident, I was devastated. I thought it would never be the same. I chose Anderson's because they were a preferred shop with my insurance company. They were very friendly and informative when I first brought the car in, and they provided a complementary loaner vehicle so I didn't have to spend any money on a rental. When I got the car back, I couldn't even tell where the damage was. I could tell they really took their time and made sure every detail was flawless. The paint job was perfect and blended in with the original paint. And the interior detail job was a much appreciated bonus. They warranty their work, so if there are any issues with the work they did they will take care of it. I will definitely be going back to Anderson's for any future body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They kept me updated along the way and gave an accurate time estimate for completion. I loved the surprise of getting my car back completely washed, vacuumed and interior wiped. They went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend!

Our car was totaled in a car accident in the Sioux Falls area and was towed to Anderson's following the police officer's directive. The owner was rude and impatient on the phone. He was not interested in helping or providing service to us. A terrible experience. You have to rub him the right way (and perhaps be white?) to get good service.

My car was involved in a hit and run, no fault of my own. The damage was to the front of my car below the headlight. The cops were of no help, even though a report was made and the vehicle that hit mine was found. I had a lot of frustration and headaches with the cops and my insurance. I ended up having to pay $500 to have my car fixed. Needless to say I was pretty bummed out about it. I picked Anderson's out of a list and I was very pleased. They were super easy to work with, gave me a loaner car and were able to give me the information I needed right away. When I received my car back it looked amazing and I mean AMAZING. I couldn't believe it, but they had also detailed the inside of my car. Everything else was a mess, but they were my little ray of sunshine. Thank you Anderson's!Service: Body & Trim

Jeremy and his crew are AWESOME! My vehicle was rear ended and then hailed on. Despite the significant damage it came back looking better than when it went in. Jeremy was great to work with and his team did outstanding work. I strongly recommend Anderson Collision!

Bringing my vehicles to Jermey and Amy and the crew for the past few years was one for the best decisions I have made. Their efficiency and hospitality is second to none. They have always kept me updated with checkups on how the project was going, and the time it would be ready for pickup. Their attention to detail is phenomenal!! They will definitely be seeing me for many years to come!

I called to get my car out of impound and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. And I noticed that my belongings had been gone through. There should have been no need to go through my box of magic the gathering cards to look for a license that was supposedly left on the seat.

They did an awesome job repairing my Merecedes E 350. They had to work with two insurance companies and took care of all of the communication with both of them. I am a true believer in supporting small businesses. I would never take my cars anywhere else but Anderson's Collusion.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.Had a horrible experience here. My fiance went to have her Toyata Camry front end repaired. The repair itself seemed a bit excessive having to replace the lights and the bezels when those parts did not appear to have any issues. The repair itself ended up taking longer than expected which was an annoyance, but things happen. My issue was that when we picked it up there were paint cracks all over the front end spoiler, which were not there before. I went to the owner of Anderson's and asked him to come outside and take a look and he just told me that they did not touch the spoiler. Why would you replace practically the whole front end of the vehicle but leave awful paint cracks all over the front end? After trying to dispute it he walked away. Expecting him to actually show some customer service we waited outside for him to come out. Turns out he just went to his office, completely blowing us off. Being that we are 21 years old this felt like they could care less what we had to say about there service because of their age.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Jeremy is the absolute best to work with! He helped me with an estimate for my insurance co. My car ended up being totaled, so I unfortunately wasn't able to give him any business. My insurance company was very difficult to deal with, but Jeremy was a big help throughout the lengthy ordeal!

I recently purchased a vehicle that was repaired at this collision center. During my pre-purchase inspection my personal mechanic performed he noted that there was extensive front end work done but everything was done perfectly and no corners were cut. He said the car was perfect and I should have no troubles. The alignment was perfect and it was straight as an arrow. Thanks for the attention to detail and high quality work. No corner cutting at this shop.

Amazing experience with Anderson s Collision. Not only did my vehicle come back to me looking like new. They made it all clean and shiny on the inside. Plus I feel they were looking out for me and not just for a way to make a buck

Called and was told they could not get me in for a while. He took the time to walk me through some very helpful information that was very beneficial to me. I would highly recommend them for your body shop needs.

They have done multiple projects for me! They replaced two box sides on two different work trucks plus they painted my pride and joy, my Street Glide Harley! Jeremy,Amy and gang have a great eye for detail and their quality workmanship is 2nd to none! Thanks for taking pride in your work and can't explain how pleased I am how my Harley turned out from your great paint job!

I Called to try and get my car and they wouldn't tell me if it was there they kept saying we have a car that matches that description. I knew it was my car so i asked how much it was to get out and he absolutly wouldnt tell me. I was being very nice and said I need to know how much it is so I can bring enough money so I could get it out before they closed and charged me more money and they hung up on me. The worst service iv ever heard of in my life, And most unprofessional. So they won't tell me if they have my car and won't tell me how much it would be to get it out. Like how is anyone supposed to get there car back with people working like that

The guys at Anderson's Collision were amazing and helpful, and were able to get my car fixed in no time flat! The customer service was also amazing! Definitely going here whenever I have an issue

After hitting a deer, Anderson's collision center fixed up my vehicle. Everything looked great and works how it's supposed to. They even stayed open an hour late so I could get my car before the weekend. I really hope I dont hit another deer but if I do I'll go back to them.

Terrible service!!! My van is in my mom's name who lives in another state and this guy is a total a**hole!!! Refuses to help me and asked my friend to leave the store because she asked him "why are u being so rude?" He said how am I being rude if I'm following the rules? Umm... you have a shi**y attitude?! Informed him I was writing a review on him and he got upset.... does he think his lack of professionalism doesn't count?? Terrible service!! Terrible attitude!!! Ignorant and intolerable!!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They help make this unfortunate accident a lot easier. The staff also helped me recover my stuff from my car. Overall I had a positive experience with this company.

Very professional place. Very thorough and conscience of work applied to make your vehicle better than new. Very impressive. And unbelievable amount of pride they apply when working on your vehicle and dealing with you personally.

Vehicle has been in an accident took it there to have it repaired taken a month and 2 weeks for estimate I am now losing money due to the time It is taking them it should not take a month and 2 weeks to get an estimate on a vehicle

I called after 4:30 they close at 5 and when I asked if someone could by they said they couldn't wait there employees had family and dinners to go to while I was homeless cause my van is my bedroom. She then got mad yelled and hung up at me....

With it being a place that you get a discount with for having AAA I was a little bit concerned. They quickly proved me wrong though; I absolutely will come back for all of my body shop needs!
