dropped my 2013 Mitsu Outlander Sport off because my key would no longer turn in the ignition because it was so worn out. the part was to be $600 directly from Mitsu but Chris was able to fix and clean the ignition as well as cut a key to code for 1/3 that. i was referred to this company from a family member and would refer them to ALL my friends. they take care of you. they understand shipping delays and bumps along the road. i had my loaner from them for about a week and will never use anyone else for car repairs. this was my 2013s FIRST trip to a shop for repairs beyond tires and oil changes. these guys care about you and your experience as a customer. see you again, but hopefully not too soon haha! also, George i thank you for your expertise, patience, and service. you are the easiest person to work with when it comes to service estimates since i am always budget conscious. thank you Airway!

All my vehicles go to Airway and they are always more than accommodating. I don't know of a mechanic shop anywhere else that has a fleet of loaners at no charge and readily available. Tom and his employees are great! Thanks for always keeping me on the road and going where I need to on time.

Purchased a van from Tom, he held the vehicle for 2-3 days so I could travel in from out of state and then he picked me up at the airport. I drove the van 800 miles after purchasing it and had zero issues. Extremely happy with their business, the way they treated me, and the vehicle I purchased. I was treated amazingly well for never having met them. Him and his office manager worked odd hours for me and turned things around very quickly. Nearly all of the transaction was completed from out of state with the exception of the pick-up. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend this business.

Always have a great experience at airway. Bart is always on time with calling me back and Tom is friendly and helpful. They even gave me a loaner car while they were fixing my pickup! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Wanted to wait awhile to give an honest review, Bought a higher mileage accord around 9 mo. ago. I was in a rough spot as someone had wrecked my previous car and i had limited funds to purchase another vehicle to get me to work, and i did not want to take out a loan.I could go on about the experience but i'll keep it short as possible. i went to 14 other car lots drove at least 20 plus vehicles all had issues as higher mileage cars do. out of all airway had the best in my price range. wasn't expecting it to go far for the price. The car has gotten me to Ill. 3 times all around home to the Oregon coast and to Seattle twice. I have replaced the cooling fan and just replaced brakes last week. had dash light road hazard light come on but was a minor electrical glitch that Honda in the Dalles fixed for free.I'm not related to anyone there nor do i know them in my personal life, but I would buy another car there again without hesitation. They were even good enough to look at my cooling fan for free and pinpoint my problemfor me. Bottom line a used car is always a used car no matter where it comes from, But airway are as upfront as even the best dealership can be.

I went to Airway for an oil change because my coworker recommended them. I would say that without a doubt I trust them if I need to bring my car back for more work. I've moved from CT where I had a great mechanic and I've been worried about finding someone here in Sioux Falls that I could trust. Tom (I think) - the owner - was so friendly and professional that I have no doubt he would do a good job. He also seemed to be on top of his staff to make sure that they were getting things done right and they were very respectful to him. His son and daughter work in the shop and it just seems like a nice place that does a lot of business. I can't say that they are going to be the cheapest ($35 for an oil change) but I will say that I care more about trust and doing the work right than I will about a few extra dollars. Just to finish with this review, back in CT my mechanic once told me that there is always a way to put a car up on a lift. When I brought my car in to Airway I told the mechanic that my car was pretty rusty underneath so I hope he wouldn't have any trouble getting it on the lift. He gave me a big grin and told me not to worry about it. Right there I knew they were legit! I'll post an update when I get more work done.

Airway has fair prices, convenient hours, and super nice staff. They've done great work on my Honda Accord every time. They open at 7am so I can get my oil changed before work, every one I've talked to that works here has been so nice.The waiting room is pretty standard, it has coffee and cookies and a few TVs. But if I need more than an oil change I leave my car there all day anyway so I've only ever sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes at a time.

The owner of this shop, Tom, is extremely unprofessional and rude. In the last month, I have spent over $2,000 for the crew at Airway to fix my car, and every single time I have picked it up, I have had to turn around and bring it back for yet another issue. When I expressed my frustrations about this to Tom, his response was Eventually you will realize that it s just a machine and there s nothing anyone can do about it. If that s his motto when he owns a car repair shop, I m not exactly sure why he opened one in the first place. He said several derogatory things, but I think the main point here is that the job of his shop is to fix my car and instead it has come out every time with more issues. I will NOT be returning here, and neither will my parents, who have been customers at Airway for more than 10 years.I would like to add that Bart is amazing and one of the nicest people I ve ever met and none of this is a bad reflection on him.

Needed someone to do an inspection of a new to me vehicle prior to purchase. They did it for free, same day, and we're honest. I will definitely be back next time I need work done. Also, they have tons of loaner vehicles.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I think I got a fair deal on a pickup I purchased from them. Sofar nothing outside of normal little quirks you have with used vehicles. They are on my list of places to go back to when I need to look again for something else.

Really impressed with the service that I received here on my vehicles. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I had minimal service done, but they still gave me a loaner car for the day. Just don't find that kind of customer service at mechanic shops any more.

Myself, family, and extended family have been taking our vehicles to Airway Auto for years. We've always had excellent service. Airway Auto is a service shop that is fair, timely, and professional, but above all else they have integrity.

My old I was just spending way to much money on it, 18 years old, did a great job, but it was time to up grade, they had a awesome 2011 Camry, I wanted to try out, I love it , so I bought it, these guys are wonderful an will treat you great !! You should check them out for repairs an have awesome you can look of buy !!!!
