Every 5 years I get to stop by this gem of a museum hidden away in a remote and charming prairie town. You can taste their amazing vinegars at the sample bar. You can walk through the global history of vinegars. You can purchase top quality vinegars. I never leave without a smile or a box full of vinegar bottles! Anyone who loves food, history, and obviously vinegar need to check this place out! The history of its existence is also something tantalizing for the brain! Thank you for being my far away vinegar supply store!

We have came here twice and both times it has been closed even though their website says open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I'm sure it would be a nice place if we could ever get in

Awesome little change of pace in the middle of South Dakota. Beautiful area. Great people. Stop in and check it out when you're fishing or hunting in the area. Learned alot about Vinegar.

Great place to stop by. A lot of history about vinegar and the even had a vinegar tasting bar. Who would have thought vinegar on ice cream would be a thing?! Many different vinegars to purchase.

Unique, informative, well worth a visit. Only 10 minutes away from restored 1860 military fort, Fort Sisseton.
