Do not recommend! They ordered wrong parts for my car and broke a part on my car and now I have to pay $200 more for new parts and for the part they broke

I had to have a windshield replaced and they were very friendly and accommodating. They do good work for the little things we have had done.

Brandon and Erin were awesome. They were so helpful. They got us back on our vacation in a day. They were also reasonably priced. If I lived in Chamberlin I would take my business to them all the time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Got a rock chip on the road. Called and they were very quick to help us with it! They worked very well with my insurance company and were very helpful in getting our windshield repaired so we could get back on the road! Definitely recommend!

I called Thiel's collision center from the highway when I was driving cross country and the plastic shielding from the bottom of my car came loose on the highway. It was very scary. Kim answered the phone and was kind, patient, and helpful giving me directions to the shop. Even though they were closing in a half an hour from when I called (and 15 minutes from when I finally got through the door), Brandon agreed to do quick fix that has held so far and got me back on the road.The stretch of I-90 that I was on had very few options as far as towns and businesses and being that close to closing time, they could have told me they could not take my car. However, Brandon and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward with the repair. The only unfortunate part is that this shop is not closer to my home in Denver; I would love to have such honest and nice people do my bodywork.

I was sooooo impressed with the job they did. I literally did NOT recognize my vehicle because it looked brand new. Thank you Erin, Brandon & crew for an excellent job & customer service.
