Great response time and friendly. I'd like to thank the two guys that rescued my truck & trailer from side of road and tow to repair shop. Ol Blue did a fantastic job. I recommend this place

We are grateful beyond words for M & W Transportation. Mike and his family showed us hospitality in a very stressful situation. We are 700 miles away from home and our full moving truck broke down after a series of unfortunate events. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He had his own family help drive us to a hotel for the night. They even waited to make sure we were able to check in to the hotel before leaving for the night. What could have been a horrible situation changed our perspective and gave a light to our darkness.

This person doesn t know how to talk with anyone I called him three times because my truck got stuck on road for two days he is totally annoyed instead of understanding me he was yelling on me. I know they are busy because of bad weather, but they should know how to speak. He can give me clear direction bro I am busy but I can schedule you for next day or tomorrow. Find some one else. Don t waste your time. I am from Canada this was first experience with this kind of things. I didn t know any single thing about this city. No one properly helped me

Kelly and his side kick were great. Careful, fast and thorough. They removed any pieces that could be an issue and reassembled it all. My only complaint was the cost which isn t really their fault. Thank you for finding us in the middle of no where

Highly professional and helpful service! We were stuck in our RV on the side of I90 with a blown tire. I called Mike three times before deciding to have the RV towed - he was super nice each time and even tried to help me with other options which didn't involve using his service. Great experience during a very difficult time.

I have a vintage Airstream 290 with a Chevy 454 P30 that lost power in the Badlands in the middle of camping-season. We were towed in the middle of the night to an RV Center. The driver was fantastic, courteous, safety conscious and highly knowledgeable. I cannot recommend M&W Towing enough.

Our pickup broke down by Wall, SD and we were pulling a camper. Andrew from M & W towing came out with a roll back, put the pickup on that and hooked up to the trailer. He dropped the trailer at a campground site in Wall and then the pickup to a repair shop. Thank you Andrew!! Mike and his family were absolutely incredible. We have had the most insane trip, it s been a little bit miserable honestly. Mike and his family made us feel welcome and a whole lot better about our situation. Our box truck broke down and we were in a Walmart parking lot for hours on end, he came and diagnosed the vehicle then had to head out explaining that Budget Truck Rental would set up a tow for us, and suddenly he was back, just like that. He made sure to bring his wife and daughter to put us in something we would all fit in while he towed the rental in his tow truck and made sure we were able to get into the hotel tonight before he left us. Thank you Mike, you made the world of a difference for us!!

They will lie to you, steal from your vehicles and then overcharge you. If you argue about the bill, they double it. Can't take a cc for payment. Seems they have been charged with fraud?? I had them tow a truck that had slid off the road. They emptied 300 gallons of diesel from the truck, took out the batteries, then shut off the reefer. They stated it was for "fire safety ". A lot of the "spoiled" load disappeared.Adding to their reply, you stated that you accepted my company check. You accepted the check, cashed it and still didn't give me the truck back. I had to get a local law firm, in Rapid City to make you give it back 3 weeks AFTER you took my money.

We were on our way to Idaho from Minnesota towing a 5th wheel trailer when our truck broke down between Rapid City and Hot Springs. I called M&W Towing. They were out within an hour, towed the truck to a repair shop and had a truck with a 5th wheel hitch to tow our trailer to a campground. We were grateful they were able to tow both the truck and trailer and get us off the highway.Thank you M & W Towing!

Great service & timely. They came out & accessed our need, the tow truck was there 36 minutes later. They jumped out, hooked the wench to the tractor & pull us up & out & everyone was on their separate ways less than 15 minutes later. Definitely would recommend & call on them again!

Called and asked if they can tow a utility truck parked in front of my moms house that s nearly blocking the driveway and been giving issues for the trash trucks to pull in. Someone randomly parked it there and it s been two weeks. The man on the other line who answered must ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Very rude, mean and unprofessional. Spoke over me and said it s law enforcement s problem. I eventually hung up. Never experienced such rudeness before.

After the transmission went out in my truck just outside of Rapid City, we called these guys and they came within 30 minutes and recommended a great shop to take the truck, and then brought me and my family to the airport, at no charge, to get a rental for the rest of our trip. Our driver was friendly and so helpful. In what could have been an awful experience, we received the best customer service from the guys at M&W.

Called this company on behalf of cousin who had broke down on his motorcycle out in the Badlands. They were fantastic. Nate came out with his truck which was set up to haul a bike. He was very careful and treated the bike like a fine jewel then proceeded to haul the bike and passenger 110 miles back to the Buffalo Chip garage. He was very professional, respectful, polite and courteous. On a 90 plus degree day standing out in the open sun he didn t waste any time getting to us. We hope we are never in this position again when we are here, but we will certainly be sure to call on them again.Services: Motorcycle towing, Long distance hauling

My wife and broke down 30 minutes outside of rapid city, M&W got our driver, Tyler, out there in about 45 minutes. Tyler was very friendly, had the air cranking to help cool my pups down, and went out of his way to find us a mechanic to get us back on the road the same day. I highly recommend M&W, and if you're extremely lucky, maybe you'll get Tyler.

It was a big street relief and a very reasonable price as I have a very close friend who lost her better half and one of my very dear friends we had a job that was impossible to do with our special equip. We had a 36,000 lb Rock Drill transported from Alaska to Rapid City. The trailer it arrived on was not set up to off load without a dock. The delivery point was a road construction site out in the forest. We called M & W Towing and they came right out with a tilt deck trailer to assist in off loading the drill. The original transport driver had this to say, " These guys are great... Good driver, knows equipment, common sense, practical and protective. Run him for president or sumthin." and two thumbs up!I echo his sentiments. It was wonderful to have such a quick, professional response to our request for help. Kudos to the two guys that rescued our drill and protected the transport driver's trailer. I would definitely use them again.

Prompt arrival tow. Mike came and towed my tractor trailer,8am on a Sunday morning( I woke him up) not sure if that aggravated him? He seemed nice enough at first. He completely removed my driveshaft to tow instead of disconnecting it and strapping it up( no big deal either way) ,and after dropping off by the shop, got paid and placed my driveshaft on the ground and said" that's on you to install" and hopped in his truck and left.( I weigh about 130lbs so it took me nearly 2 hrs to get it put back in...$840 tow and he didn't even reassemble the truck or even help me do it. Would use this company again. But not Mike and probably wouldn't pay till it's completely put back together

We had 2 large shipments arrive in Rapid City on 40 foot shipping containers that we need off loaded. M & W took the job and exceeded my expectations. Mike and his crew are great to work with! John with Go Mini's

We had a tire blow out along SD 44, M&W sent Brian out to get us back on the road straight away. He was able to fix us up, recommend a truck tire shop to repair it and get us on our way. Great service.

They towed a vehicle and when we called to ask a few questions the guy we spoke too, refused to talk and told us he had to go! I've never dealt with this unprofessional and disrespect. I highly suggest anyone needing a tow to go to Olsen Towing instead. This company is very unprofessional. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars.

Price was fantastic, driver was friendly and got me and my broke down car to the shop in one piece. Service was prompt and the best tow I've ever had! Would recommend for any hauling people have could not recommend enough!

M & W has been able to help us right away each time we've needed them. They have traveled to NV and CO to tow our trucks back home to SD. There rates are also very fair. I highly recommend them for big truck towing.

My daughter & I hit a deer at 12:30 AM on empty stretch of interstate outside of Rapid City, SD. M & W showed up within an hour of being called. They towed our very loaded Prius to their lot. We were on two week road trip and it was packed. Their lot was locked and we were able to leave some of our stuff until next am. They called us in the morning to let us know they wouldn't move the car until we got a rental and could get our stuff. They were very helpful during a difficult time.
