I highly recommend this business for any retrieval or extractions of vehicles along I-29. The technician is very knowledgeable and takes great care to avoid damaging your vehicle. The rates for this business are VERY reasonable as well.

While traveling across country from Seattle to Charlotte we encountered a small problem with out vehicle. We needed to be towed to the nearest auto place to get a thermostat for out truck. Since we were pulling a trailer there was going to be an extra fee. Once the guy took us to the nearest store, we thanked him and said how do we pay you? He said don t worry about it. No one in Sioux Falls was willing to help patch my tire which was punctured with a bolt, around 10pm but called Carlson s and they came into their shop and patched it. Amazing service!!!!!!

I do not know about racist but two months ago I needed assistance and they were rude and just did not care about me or my family. I understand owning a business and needing to pay the bills but they were wrong in how they handled me and my family.
