Fast, great job, reasonable price, fun folks too. Did I say fast? Wow. Know their stuff. Highly recommended. They did engine work and replaced gaskets in exhaust system.

Had a chip in my windshield repaired which was a very bad chip. The man was very nice and fixed it in a timely manner. But about 6 weeks later during a really cold evening it cracked both ways all along my windshield. I called and they said it was not guaranteed, the receipt doesn't say if it is or not guaranteed. So I asked if I could get a deal on a new windshield. He didn't say if it was a deal or not just gave me a price of $300.00.

We hit a deer overnight on 29N, our car was inoperable. Carlson's worked with our insurance company to start ordering parts that day and have our car back on the road 4 days later. We were able to pick it up on a Sunday on our return trip. They did quality work in record time. They saved our vacation.

Needed someone to come out for my flat tire change. Roadside assistance sent Carlson s they showed up promptly from the point they were contacted and very nice and got the job done in a timely manner.

Everyone says these guys are good but never before have I had a garage not give me any updates and order parts without obtaining consent to do the work.
