Today was my second time going in for an appointment and I absolutely love the staff!!! Ashley and Jenny are always such a pleasure to work with always try to find you the best deal possible (I came in today with a coupon received in the mail). They always call you to remind you of your appointment(s), text and call with any follow ups and always call you long before closing to pick up your car.Note!! If you need fill synthetic- they are the cheapest I ve found so far in Sumter.Ashley and Jenny s Boss Man- the girls are so sweet and wonderful!

We took our recently purchased used vehicle to turners garage. The service was fantastic Mr. Turner and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and we couldn t ask for better service. The team kept us updated and on the progress of the repairs. They were very quick and worked well with our timeline to ensure we were back on the road in a vehicle that is safe and fully updated in the needed maintenance.I would give more stars if I could!!!

I would like to start by saying the Customer service is absolutely the best & they are very knowledgeable about the services they provide. I went in with a concern about a slight noise I thought could be a major issue & they were able to diagnose & service my vehicle in a timely manner without putting a huge dent in my pocket. Needless to say I am definitely a permanent customer & would recommend them above the rest.

Left my car for repairs on a Wednesday and got a call later that day with diagnosis. The parts were supposed to be in late on Friday and the car would be done on Monday. They called me on Friday with the car completed, and ready for pickup. Great service from the ladies up front, and the car ran great on the way home. I will definitely be back if I need car repairs.

Turner's Garage is a great place to take your vehicle to. They won't run up a big bill that you are stuck paying. They are up front and honest with you from the start. The ladies in the office are just amazing so sweet and friendly!! I just love Turner's!!!

II went there two weeks ago just asking a couple questions about my car and i noticed they had a clean 2006 saab 9-3 aero midnite blue beautiful. So I asked the receptionist do yall work on saabs she said yes, I told her I was doing some work to my car and it's not running yet but it's through a code. She said we'll when you get it back running we will check it out. We'll long story short I called today (3/27/24) the receptionist told me the car is too old to work on and part are hard to find,which is a lie i found all of parts for the car by myself and at autozone and online. So why the run around if can't or don't want to work on it they should've told me that from the start.

Great place for oil changes. I had my son drop my car off and Jenny called me to update me that they had the car and even confirmed pricing beforehand. Great service!

Turner s took care of me. They did a repair job a month ago. After a problem resurfaced with that job (oil leaking from a valve cover) they looked at the engine, took responsibility for their work, and made sure that the problem was resolved under warranty at no cost to me. Turner s will stand by their work and will do whatever they can to make sure an issue is taken care of.

I have taken my vehicles to Turner's Garage for more than a decade. They have consistently provided excellent maintenance and repairs that have extended to life of my vehicles beyond 200K miles. Their through inspections and accurate diagnosis have allowed me to avoid unexpected breakdowns in my numerous cross country travels. The staff is very courteous and professional. The valet service is very convenient and reliable. They went above and beyond during a family emergency picking up my vehicle on short notice. In speaking with various personnel over the years, I have noted how the staff frequently attends continuing education seminars. They keep up to date on the latest technical developments for my foreign and domestic vehicles. I highly recommend Turner's Garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great experience where they didn t sell me something unnecessary. Investigated my brake issue and couldn t find anything to fix. Sent me on my way with no charge! Finding honest and reliable garages is not easy but I m glad to say I will use Turners Garage again! Thank you!
