Triple R RV RepairDefinitely 5 out of 5 for this shop and proprietor Dudley Osteen. We had a wheel bearing lock up on our Airstream on 95 in SC. Google guided us to Triple R. ( They had excellent reviews and a lot of them.)They backed trailer into the garage as soon as we got there. He explained to me and pointed out everything that was going on with the bearings and hub. Found the available parts in Indiana. We had them overnighted. He had us on the road early the next day.This place has our full confidence. Very nice people, experienced and professional.

We have 4 campers and Dudley has worked on all of them. He is honest, responsive, cost effective, and I value his advice. Several times, I thought I needed one thing, and he talked me through it - we learned I needed something else (usually something less costly). This guy knows what he is doing! Most recently he did tire/bearing work on my small Runaway squaredrop trailer. I pulled it to Houston TX and back - smooth as butter. I completely recommend Dudley!

He is booked up for a month or two with his regular customers, so you probably won't get an appointment to come in, but Dudley will help you troubleshoot your problem over the phone, which is very helpful. We are traveling across country & try to fix things ourselves and only go to an RV mechanic when we don't have the tools or "know how" to address a problem and he helped us pinpoint exactly the part that we would need to order to fix our fridge pilot light issue. Thanks for all your help!

If somebody asked me, if your mother needed repairs, who would you send her to? My answer would be Triple R RV Repair. Dudley is honest, tells it like it is, cares about the quality of his work, and his prices are more than fair. After we discussed what needed done, I felt confident he was trustworthy. Then we started talking and though it was the first time I had met him, I quickly felt like I was talking to an old friend. That s just the kind of person he is. I ll do business with Dudley any chance I get. When my wife (who is very wary of anyone new) met Dudley, she couldn t stop talking about what damn good dude he is. I can t say enough good things. Like I said, I would recommend Dudley to my own mother.

My wife & I have been full-time rv ers for the last 7 years. While traveling through Florence, SC we lost the right front tire,wheel, & hub assembly on our 34 fifth wheel. Luckily we were able to limp into a Pilot truck stop. After 5 hours of attempting to find a local repair shop, we were given the phone number for Dudley Osteen at Triple R RV Repair in Sumter, SC. After talking to Dudley, he agreed to help us, but we had to get the rv to his shop in Sumter. The next morning, that 50 mile trip on 3 wheels was quite trying, but we managed to make it. After inspecting our axle, Dudley contacted Lippert Components to order a new axle, but was told they were 8-12 weeks out to ship a replacement axle. With no other immediate option, Dudley decided to attempt to remove the parts that were seized to the spindle. After several hours of work, he was able to restore the spindle & threads on it. The next morning, Dudley obtained all the necessary parts & rebuilt the axle. At my request, he agreed to replace the other 3 wheel bearings & adjust the brakes. He had a 16 rim on hand so we could have a new tire mounted. Dudley allowed us to connect to water & 50 amp power so we could stay in our camper for 2 nights. Dudley went above & beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road. His charges were completely fair for the amount of work he did. I would recommend Triple R RV Repair to anyone in need of help. I believe Dudley is totally honest & would tell a customer if he didn t think he could complete a repair in a professional manner. I will recommend Dudley every opportunity I get. Dudley,came out right away and was very knowledgeable of our Fithwheel Montana.He had to do several things Ac replacement reseal roof and a transverse box replacement each time he was a pleasure to work with. Dudley has fixed many unusual problems I have had with customized refrigerated trucks. He always comes up with a fix for even the weirdest issue that I have brought to him. He is always very professional and has great pricing. He goes above and beyond to take care of my company s property. I would recommend him to anyone. You would have to be crazy not to be pleased with his work.

Hands Down the Best/Easiest RV Repair Shop I have dealt with in 2-3 years. Camping world was giving me the run around with 3-5 weeks for an appointment for my awing arm being broke. I called Triple R, RV Repair and within 48 hours I had a new awing arm and witnessed him do the work on someone else's camper too.Very Prompt and Professional. If I have issue later on, they will be my first call.Thank you again.

Dudley is a lifesaver! Quality work with the customers best intrest and safety in mind. I was stranded on 95 and he answered the call at 8pm on a Saturday night and offered to come get my son and I and help get our RV to his shop. However, i declined and used his instruction on how to remove my blown wheel hub so I could pull it there on 3 wheels. He waited at his shop until we arrived (11pm) and got us set up with water and electricity for the night. He was back first thing Sunday morning and our repairs were done by noon. Can't say enough good things about his service.

Do not do business with this company. Dudley took 1300.00 from me on a screened in porch that is not done the way it was suppose to be. I have called him for over a week and he hasn't and will not respond. He cut corners with 1300.00. So I suggest if anyone uses his company please please please be there at all times to watch them so they don't cut corners. And he will be reported BBB. If he doesn't have a complaint with them he will now. I was really nice and trusted Dudley to do the porch the way I wanted it. Instead he cut corners with my money. Also check where he gets his his supplies. You will be surprised it's not all at a hard ware store. He won't even give me a break down of the reciept of the supplies he got. He can't even tell me where he got the supplies. Oh and I asked him to fix a door that he put on that won't open or close or the wood and screen will break if I try to open. Now I got one door instead of two. Please people check behind his work. And the clean up was awful when I have a cat that I had to pull screen wire from his throat. And that was the inside of the porch. Protect your fur babies too. Y'all got RVs. I don't. He can't even return a call for his mistake. Must of been his first time screening in a porch. So big difference between an RV and a home. His cards will no longer be welcome there. They know and seen his work. People out here don't go for that. And I'm sure most of his reviews are family. I know that for a fact.

My husband and I were camping and woke up to no power. We called Triple R RV and the owner was very professional, upfront, honest and dependable. We originally thought the converter had gone out but in the end it was two fuses. The owner was honest with us and we ended up paying a lot less than what we had anticipated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing RV repairs.Service: Electrical

We call Triple R RV Repair for a furnace issue and he was able to come out to diagnose our issue the very next day, and we were all the way out in Florence! Fast forward a couple of days and our problem is fixed, we have furnace heat again (yay!), we are happy with the price we paid and the service we experienced and will definitely be using Triple R RV Repair again in the future should we need it!If you need good work at a reasonable price performed by an honest worker, Triple R is the place!

Thank you Dudley at Triple R Rv repair for answering my prayers. My husband and I were in our motor home at Poinsett State Park in S.C. last week getting prepared to leave. As my husband was finishing up outside I was inside preparing to retract our three slide outs. To my surprise not one of the three had any power at all. I called rv repair services in Pelion, Sumter, and Columbia and each offered oral recommendations to no avail. I had called Triple R also but was answered by a recording stating they were unable to take on any new customers. I said a prayer to the Good Lord and he led me to text Triple R and Dudley surprised me by texting me back and promising to be there the next day by 9:30. He arrived around 9:10 the following morning, spent 2 1/2 hours, finally getting the slide outs in so we could be on our way before the next campers arrived. I truthfully don t have any idea what we would have done if he hadn t agreed to help us. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and skill in helping these folks you didn t even know. You were a Godsend literally. If and when we need any rv service again hopefully you will be available! Thanks again my friend.

I took my RV to Triple R RV repair this morning and was super happy with their work and prices. With only a day's notice, Dudley was able to work me into his busy schedule when no others could. Highly recommend this shop.

Our awning motor quit and we were stuck (thankfully) in our daughter's yard..we ordered the motor and contacted Triple R Rv and he gave us a 2 day repair date..professional, friendly, prompt service. Highly recommend them...would use them again if we needed to!!!

Could not have asked for any better service from very kind professional and on spot people!!!! Thanks so much Dudley!!! While I travel for work, my air conditioner in my camper pull behind decided to go out. I m from Tennessee and the hospitality I received was awesome!!! I have what I like to call the start of Noah s ark going on...my pets are like my kids. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 baby parrot. When Momma s not happy...you can bet her babies aren t either. Thank God I was able to be near my animals when this happened! Otherwise if I were on a campground for work, I would ve been devastated to find my animals had suffocated from my unit going out in these temps!!! Thanks you guys for helping me out in this situation! God bless you all!!!!

I can t recommend Dudley Osteen enough.. I called him on Monday about my heater and he was here on Wednesday.. He is the most honest and sincere persons I ve ever met.. He fixed it in no time and even called me the next night to make sure it was still working ..So the only thing I can say, is if you re looking for a trustworthy hard working company,call Triple R. Must love mr. Dudley he is honest will tell you like it is, enjoyed meeting him having him look over our RV and telling us exactly what was wrong with it he showed us all the parts that needed to be repaired thank you for all your help will be coming back to you really soon

I called for a problem with the a/c on my camper and was told he had a long list of customers in line ( very understandable for good work ). He asked what was my problem and then told me what to check and I was able to fix problem in a couple minutes .
