Had the most amazingly easy time buying our new Jeep Gladiators with these awesome people. From the salesman to finance to the GM , all of them were exceptional and went out of their way to make the deal happen. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy.

This experience was the smoothest car buying process that I have ever experienced. I had already shopped a few brands and knew what I was looking at for numbers. I even wrote a 13 page academic, strategic analysis on Stellantis for my Masters degree in business. When I came in for a test drive just to confirm my interest and plan, the numbers and demeanor of these people made the deal a deal on two vehicles. James made our car buying experience pleasant and he eased my son s anxiety bring a first time new car buyer. He helped in every aspect imaginable with patience and a smile. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything 100%. He answered all of our questions, and reached out to the finance manager whenever necessary to help make this deal happen within the guidelines of Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The finance manager made signing the documents/contracts easy and explained it all during the signing process making sure we understood every paper signed. And not only did James keep in touch during the buying process, he even called after the sale was finalized to see if we had any more questions or concerns. I would recommend Sumter Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM when you re shopping for a vehicle. James is the man when it comes to making it happen. The Sumter service department is absolutely phenomenal! Let me tell you, I've had the pleasure of working with them ever since I got my 2016 Ram 1500 as a Retired Service member making my way around the entire United States. And let me just say, out of all the service departments I've encountered, this one takes the cake. Their level of expertise is truly unparalleled, and they always prioritize the customer's needs above all else. Believe me when I say that I'd gladly drive over an hour from my home just to come here, rather than going to a closer dealership. That's how confident I am in the top-notch service they provide.

First off I just want to say Bill in the service department is an actual angel on earth. My car was in their shop for over a month and he always kept me up to date on everything with any little update there was and he was always a pleasure to speak with. Even the time I spoke with the service manager Richie when Bill wasn t there was an absolute pleasure. Having your car in the shop can be a stressful time but they both made sure to take away any stress they could. I would highly recommend the service department here to anyone who asks because they definitely don t make customer service like this anymore. It was like a breath of fresh air.

I'm 48yrs old and bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime across 6 states. I can honestly say the staff here are the best I've worked with by far. Amazing and friendly, knowledgeable about their vehicles. Best of all, ZERO sales pressure. It was so refreshing to walk out without them throwing tactics to keep you there and buy. I was considering a few different trucks (Ford & Chevy) and was just exploring. While the RAM 1500 is the most highly-rated truck, I also wanted to buy from here. I enjoyed the buying process, and that's something I can't say from before them. Thank you to an amazing staff and your top rated product.

Customer service was ideal.....I dropped- in to get an oil change w/o an appointment and they took me right in. I was in & out in an hr. The service manager, she was the best...I'm sorry I don't remember her name but if only Customer service was like that in every company,, the country would be a better place.Thank you again, Kat Thompson:)

Great experience overall due to sales professional Daniel Elmore he was straight forward, honest, and polite the whole process was way better than other dealerships I have been to. 10 out of 10 recommend. go see Daniel if you want to get a new car and have a great experience while you do.

The dealership did a great job of working with me while waiting for my car to get totaled by my insurance company. This is my second vehicle from them and I love this car even more than the first one. Great service and plenty of vehicles to choose from.

I had a recall on my 2014 doge Journey I called them they had what I needed in stock and were able to get me in wayyyyy sooner then the other dealership closer to me. So it was definitely worth the 30 min drive staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable would go to again.

The facility is small and doesnt have all the frills as some of their competitors. Price sells cars though. Chris was genuine and attentive. Glad to have done business with these guys. Would recommend.

**This review is intended for the service department** Car was dropped off at 730 am for an oil change and finished at approximately 9am. Wasn't notified about completion until I inquired about it at 11am. The wait is typical but, you got to take into account of work load and staffing so I wont knock them on that. So my only complaint the non promt notice.

I made an appointment to have my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have it programmed so my trailer lights would be operational. I bought the adapter for the interface between the wire bundle and trailer. I went ti check for them working correctly but no power.They had it done within 2 hours of me dropping it off. I have brought this Jeep in yo Sumter Chrysler Jeep for other work and a highly satisfied with the service from drop of to pick up.

I was under the impression that I was trading my vehicle in but instead was provided a new one. When I made them aware of this Less than 24 hours they did not want to take the vehicle back. I didn t even have the car for more than 1 hour. They told me it was nothing they can do because it was out of their hands which we all know is not true. They prefer a sale than to make things right & work with you. Praying for those who lack understanding.

If you are shopping for a vehicle Daniel Elmore at Sumter Chrysler is the man to see. We saw a few cars online, went and checked out at other dealships over a few days. Nobody was able to beat Daniel s deal. So after several days of looking we were back to our first stop at Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I told him how much I wanted my monthly payments and how much I was willing to put for a down payment. He came back with the paperwork and I shocked, he met all my expectations. I left one happy customer. In the near future I will be shopping for another vehicle, my first stop will be Sumter Chrysler and I will be asking for Mr Daniel Elmore.

Service people are very professional polite & efficient. I was very happy with the repairs to my headlights.On the other hand the sales staff was very professional and polite. Unfortunately when we got down to the numbers they were actually kind of insulting with the offer of allowance for my trade in. They also didn't inquire about whether I might want to put down some cash to lower my payment !But they are all great people to deal with.

This time the Boys in the shop did a phenomenal job. Heater core was leaking, thankfully it was still under warranty. Usually when I need warranty work done it's stressful... this time it was as it should be, stress free. Now if I can just get the exhaust seals taken care of , which has been "ordered" for the fourth time, and has been an on-going issue since I purchased this $70,000.00 truck, I'll be satisfied!

I would definitely highly recommend!!! I wouldn't buy from any other dealer than Sumter! They will do anything for you, even beyond the sale, that shows they really care about the customer!Everyone there is so nice, polite, and really Profesional! Especially Devontre! He is the absolutely the best! The deals there are insane!!!

I was having a transmission issue with a used Jeep Wrangler I had just purchased. Luckily I purchased a third party warranty at the time of purchase. I contacted the Jeep Dealerships near me and could not get anyone to help me. I called Sumter and they were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted the entire time they had my jeep and did a fantastic job of getting my repairs done and working with my warranty company. I cannot praise the service department enough. Savannah was simply the best.

Responsive. Helpful. We re from out of town and needed to have Jeep Renegade checked after dash light came on. Called and they offered to check it out and fit it in the next day. Found the issue. Got part and fixed the next day. Very pleased and wouldn t hesitate to use their service department. Great communication too.

Awesome service! I had my Jeep towed there on Tuesday, 2/13 and my new engine was installed by Friday 2/16. My Jeep rides like new quietly. Highly recommend Sumter Chrysler!

Sumter CDJR made our experience very enjoyable with no stress. We were upside down in our trade by a few thousand dollars. We picked out a very nice Denali that had everything my wife and I were looking for. Bernard and Trey put together the perfect deal to get us in our new vehicle.
