I had the opportunity to visit Scott Will for a minor issue with my car. It seemed as though the issue would take up to a few days to complete given the potential need for a part that would take a couple of days to arrive. I explained to my service agent, Will, that I was pressed for time and it was going to cause an issue with my plans to be in another state for an important business matter.Will went above and beyond my expectations. He showed concern for my situation. He asked questions for clarity and took good care of me and the car. They fixed the car and it ran beautifully. I did not have one issue with it. God is good!I did not have an expectation of the cost because I had never had that type of car issue prior to that day, but being able to get the car back and arrive at my appointment made it worth it for me that day.If you are experiencing a car issue with your Toyota brand, consider giving them a try, especially if your in a pinch.Regards,Princetta

Mikinley was so helpful and patient with us. She understood our needs and worked to get us into something that suited us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Rana was also very pleasant and courteous. She explained all our options and made the process much easier.

Very helpful and fair! First time I ever went to a dealership and actually felt like they were helping and looking out for us. It definitely wasn t your average I say this just to get a sale routine. The actions actually followed up their words. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Usually I receive good service, but I was disappointed today. I had an 0830 appointment for a simple oil change. It took two and half hours to get my car back. It was told they got backed up. Why, I don't know because it was an early appointment. Then as I left I had a warning light due to the hood not being secure. I had to pull over on the side of the road to secure the hood myself. Paying very close to $100 for an oil change, I'm not expecting this type of an issue. It makes me wonder what else the mechanic missed. That's the reason for 3 stars as apposed to 5 stars.

They were so kind and easy to work with! We talked with them over the phone and then when we came to the dealership they had everything ready when we arrived. It was the best experience we ve ever had with a dealership. Mesa was awesome and so were all the other employees. Would definitely make the drive up there again if we needed to!

I brought a car with a tire like this, maintenance tells me we consider this a safety hazard. Would you like us to put the spare on. I rely, why do that isn t tires included in my comprehensive insurance. Exact words from the finances manager Danneil your covered Tires Mechanical parts. The fact that a certified pre owned car sell should be inspected before the sell. What kind of question is that. Rhetorical, people are I don t know what to say, about people then this short guy who looks like he was raised off artichoke Spinach dip. Walks up like what s the problem. You Guys are the problem. Great customer service. Walked in expecting a high pressure environment like most car lots. Spoke to Rodney who was great help answered all my questions and gave me time to think and kick the tires. Came back a week later to look at the vehicle again and talk to him. Still remembered who i was and the truck i was looking at. Got me all the info i needed to buy my new truck kept an open line of communication with me up till i got the keys. I have had an awesome buying experience with scott will everything was made so easy everyone is very helpfull and understanding even the finance guys! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

My first experience was phenomenal. I had to drop my vehicle off for service the evening prior utilizing the after-hours drop box and wasn't expecting it to be complete until the close of business the next day. It was complete by lunch time. Checking out was smooth and the customer service was exemplary.

I had a 7:30 AM scheduled maintenance appointment. The staff got my SUV in right on time. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating I do think over an hour for basic oil. Change was a little long. I would highly recommend Scott Will Toyota

My first oil change after purchase went well. They got my car in quickly, however, they were very busy. The car was done in just over 2 hours. It was cold & windy but they were making it happen. Wasn't bad since they have a comfy waiting area with soft seats, TV, vending machines & free water. Everyone was smiling and courteous. Great team.

Was treated very well, Donny Moore Service Advisor was very helpful in getting the 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum IForce Max Hybrid recall completed and broken drivers side plastic piece. Donny was very professional and had a great attitude. Nothing but good things to say about Scott Will Toyota.

My experience at Scott Will last week was not very good. In the past, I have been pleased, but this visit was not up to par. I came in for an oil change and rotate tires. The service man printed out a list of things that I might want to get done. It would have been over $1,000 dollars to get all of those done. I told the guy I didn t want all that, and asked him what was the bare minimum that my car needed. He said to replace several filters, an oil system cleaning, and rotate tires. I trusted him and said to do that. When I got back to pick it up the next guy told me I owed $413.00! My son-in-law told me he had never heard of ordering a system oil cleaning! He and my son feel like i was taken advantage of!I feel like the guy should have quoted me a price, initially. I would not have wanted to pay that amount. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation, that they initially told me I needed. I also brought my car in at 9:45 and was told it would be ready at 11:00. It was not ready until 2:30! The employees in the service department were very nice, but I feel like this senior citizen was taken advantage of; not sure I will be back!

I've been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Scott Will for 15+ years. The service has been awesome. Any issues or concerns with my vehicles have been taken care of and in a timely manner. Kayla is my service Rep and her professionalism is one to emulate. I'm comfortable trusting them with my vehicle needs.

I was having scheduled maintenance which included tire rotation and oil change. With a scheduled appointment, this took more than 2.5 hours. Sorry, how can this be? This is a continuous complaint of mine with Scott Will Toyota service department in Sumter.The service department front line employees are friendly and helpful, but I fail to understand why it takes so long to perform this service. I could go to the local oil change shop and get the oil changed and safety inspection in less than 20 minutes. So disappointed.

Everyone I dealt with at Scott Will Toyota was courteous and very professional. The salesman knew about the vehicle I purchased and was able to answer all questions. I visited several dealerships on my search for a truck and these folks were the best. Would not hesitate to use again if I were looking to buy again.

Worst experience ever. I've been a loyal customer with your service department for 15+ years. Yesterday I left my Tundra for an oil change appointment at 1030. I returned at 2:00 p.m. and my truck had not been touched. No call, no apology, just excuses. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!. I will not be returning.Former Customer,Gregory Jones

My second contact was with Mesa Kvisted she went over the finance process with me she took her time I told her what my credit score was how much I was putting down would I want in my car note to be she told me don't worry about it she had me and so far everything is going great I think these ladies so very much

This Toyota is very unprofessional. One of the customer service representatives kept laughing loudly into the phone while trying to assist me. I spoke with someone in salea about doing a trade never heard anything back it's been a week. Called today to speak with s supervisor was told he would call me back once he gets in from lunch. It s almost the end of the day still no updates or call back. These days it s hard to get good customer service & actually find some who genuinely will try to resolve the issues.

This is only my 4-5th time at your dealer ship and couldn t be more disappointed. My dealership in MI was very sufficient and in a timely manor. Ive never spent more time waiting for tire rotations and simple oil changes my entire life. I ve never been there less than 1.5-2 hours. I m going to try to the Lugoff dealership next time.The reason I make early appointments is to get in and out and I always let them know I m waiting with me vehicle.I waited over 1.5 hours at a 8:15am appointment two times ago for a tire rotation and to top my fluids..this time I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change at 8:30am. I also had a nail in my tire and you guys said that it couldn t be patched so you guys tried to sell me a tire for $308 .my husband said no bring it to SHAW Air Force base for a second opinion.Firestone didn t only patch it but they found a SECOND nail in the same tire that you guys missed $30 and 30 minutes later I was out the door and the tire is just fine. Scott will also forgot to reset my oil change light so that was going off the second I left and would have continued but after sitting at Scott will for over 2 hours @ a 8:30am appointment I was furious and didn t feel like turning back.So besides Firestone fixing my tire for a reasonable price and in reasonable time they also turned off the oil change light that Toyota neglected/forgot to do themselves.Besides the horrible time management and I feel like I m a woman getting taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge I don t see myself coming back. The customer service while you re there is great super friendly but it s definitely not good enough compared to the absolute subpar service from the service department. Very disappointing.

My wife and I found a Toyota Sienna Platinum online. Talked to the online manager and found out it was arriving in 18 days. Was a good price online and told him we would drive to Sumter to buy it. When meeting with the sales associate, a Scott Will Advantage Plan was added in pen to the price of the car on our printed paperwork. We were from out of town and said we only want to buy the car and did not need or want the extra package. We were told to wait to speak to the manager. We reiterated we wanted to purchase the car at the online price without the extra services. He said someone else would probably buy it from Florida. What a waste of time.The Scott Will Advantage Package and the package price should be listed online next to the price of the car if it is mandatory.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and recall work at 11am. All of which should take an hour maybe two tops. After a couple calls with no updates I got dropped off at 3pm. Sat for another hour after that. 5 hours for a simple scheduled service is crazy.

I brought the vehicle in for a recall repair and to have some other electronic work done. After dropping the vehicle off, I was told the vehicle would be ready by 5. It wasn't. I was told they didn't know how far the tech had gotten and the advisor would call me, he didn't. I had to call back, just to hear him in the back ground yell, just tell him to come get it. None of the other issues 2ere addressed. My family has bought 5 vehicles from this dealership, never again. The quality of service has become extremely poor.
