Very rude! The guy didn t even greeted at the door and when I said hello he just gave a blank stare. I guess I wasn t the right color because otherwise I would have been greeted. If you want to be rude or don t want to provide customer service go and find another job! I m sick of the rude people that can t be friendly regardless what color you are!

This store is ran like a well oiled machine. Regardless of what we need we drive out of the way to this particular store. The Store Manger Edward and his team are a wealth of knowledge in so many ways. definitely a one stop shop!

My husband and I would mostly go to O'Reilly's for all of our auto part needs. Their prices were a little cheaper than the other stores. After several trips to their stores.We notice some customers are ask if they're military and given a discount through their phone numbers. No I'd required! When we're at the counter, nothing is mentioned about a discount. When my husband says he's military they need to see his id. I'm so proud of the God fearing American family man that has served as an Marine, an Officer in the Air Force and Retired Law Enforcement officer. We will go across the street, up the road and the next town over before going back to O'Reilly's. We've no hate in ours hearts for any persons or things! We've respect for ourselves and deserve better.

Stopped in here today for some wiper blades. They were the friendliest, most helpful staff ive ever encountered. I will never go to any other auto parts store again. Not only did they put the blade on for me (without me having to ask).. Kennedy also checked my oil and topped it off for me. The retail world needs more guys like Kennedy. That man deserves a raise. He was so incredibly helpful. I never thought I'd enjoy a trip to an auto parts store but I had such a fantastic experience there I can't wait to go back!

ordered an alternator through them, was cheaper then the website i usually use. checked new part to old to make sure everything was in order and of course i had forgotten to remove the pulley, and even worse, it was seized on the old alternator and they helped me remove it there in store.Excellent customer services

I was driving through Sumter on a trip and had a check engine light come on I stopped in and a nice young man named Corey came out to my car and was very helpful He tried to do everything he could to help me get back on the road safely His customer service was above and beyond

Worst place ever. Gave me the wrong size battery and could not install it. I have a Range Rover so when I get all the way to Columbia to have the battery changed I find out it was the wrong size battery and then when I returned it they had no cash in the store. Will never come here again. No apologies or anything. Very incompetent staff when I specifically told them the model of my Range Rover.

I returned today after visiting yesterday and it was terrible. The younger guy that was supposedly helping me was condescending, arrogant and had bad attitude. I will never step foot in there again.
