They had a lot of new and used vehicles on the lot but unfortunately the salesman had his own plan of what we should buy. After looking at a couple of used vehicles, I said I'm not paying that much for that much damage. Let's look at new and he insisted on showing us more used vehicles, so ... we left. Went next door and bought a 23 Jeep gladiator. That salesman listened to us.

My Sales Agent/Advisor Mr. Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the best points of the two vehicles I wanted to see. He took his time with us and answered all questions we put too him in our two day visit at the Dealership. I give an overall outstanding score to all that I came in touch with. The preparation of our new Rock Creek Pathfinder was clean and spotless. The paperwork was seamlessly written and easy to understand. We give our Agent Mr. Wayne a very big score for his caring attitude to us and relaxing SC demeanor. Thank you all.

This was my 1st experience and I was very impressed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the facility was very pleasant to wait in. I came in for a recall repair and an inspection. I had no issues at all and did not have to wait too long. They gave me confidence that I made the right choice in purchasing my new Rogue and I am impressed that I was treated well even though the purchase was from elsewhere. I will definitely return for any future maintenance/repairs and future vehicle upgrade.

I bought a 2023 Maxima Platinum from them. They didn't have the one that I wanted but my salesman Leon Winn located the car within 24 hours . I spoke with another dealer prior and they told me that the car was not available within 500 miles. But Leon found the car at another dealer in South Carolina. I will definitely buy my next car from them.

Had a great experience compared to Scott will Toyota. I got offered 1500$ more than I got offered at SWT. Johnny smith and the manager were great , and changed my mind on dealerships as a whole. They were honest and tried their best to compromise with what we wanted

Yesterday, I purchased a vehicle at this Nissan dealership. I drove more than 700 miles to trade in our current vehicle, so making sure things were right before the sale was very important. Prep, my sales person, was great! She was very thorough and helpful with all of my questions. Everything was just as expected when I got there. Tremaine, Cameron and LJ also helped and did a great job! Thank you all!

Yes I stop by Nissan on board street in Sumter SC and I was graciously helped by a very nice young man. He helped me with my Navigation system on my Murano. I had the absolute pleasure to meet with Donta Pack and discuss different car options. He was extremely knowledgeable on the different Nissan vehicles available. Additionally, he was very tentative to my vehicle needs, he listened to all of my concerns and helped guide me to the vehicle that best suited me. Donta is by far the best sales person I have interacted with in a long time. His customer service skills are unmatched. I highly recommend Donta to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I am so pleased with my visit to Nissan of Sumter on yesterday, November 6. I went there not knowing what to expect because I had been given recommendations for my car by another company that were not needed. Mr. Sherman at Nissan was very professional and addressed all the issues I was concerned about. The service at Nissan is excellent! Ross Grimes directed the repair of my car after my car was vandalized (sugar) He kept in touch with me and my insurance company so my claim could be honored. He was vigilant in making sure all parts of the vehicle were checked and cleared of sugar debris. He informed me that I would occasionally see the engine light come on but that it had no affect on the complete operation of the vehicle. He informed me of how to finance the expensive repairs that the insurance claim would not cover. I need to get back with him for a print out of that situation

So I finally spoke with the manager of used car department who was very cordial and worked with me and the needs of my purchase of my . I was very pleased with the service I received and another manager came to me to congratulate me on my purchase after my first review. But I can say next time I will go back to my dealer down the street....toyota for life....but thanks for trying nissanLADIES please bring someone with you that knows about cars cause they will get you thanks for my Three weeks out and my nissan is showing its lemon parts steering wheels squeaks the wheel barring are messed up and it hates to accelerate up hills LADIES ALWAYS bring a mechanic with you when you buy a car this is ridiculous

I could not be happier. I have been trying to get the issue fixed with my keys since April 2023. I bought my car in March 2023. The local Nissan dealership in Florence, where I bought the car, dropped the ball. They did not care about my/nissan s issue.I was pretty defeated to have a 2023 and I was left feeling like I was sold a lemon.I was forced as a single mother to drive a car for months, that I had to rig to start, key was never read by the computer, I could not lock the door without triggering the alarm, and honestly the car could have stopped at any moment.When I went to Sumter, I felt heard and that my issue was important. They were busy, but had a technician look at my car immediately, and gave me a loaner until they could resolve the issue. The manager explained everything to me and assured me they could figure out the issue and they did. I am so thankful to the department. Their service is worth the hour drive to and from.

Let me be the one to say that when we arrived at Nissan of Sumter, we received a VERY heartwarming welcome from both Justin and Tremaine. We reside in Charleston, SC, and have been with Nissan of Charleston for several years. In fact, it's been nine nissans worth several years. The last few times there, we did not feel like a valued customer at all. We felt like we were just the next ones in line, fine if we buy and fine if we didn't. So, we extended our search out further to see if it was just us or...."Just them." Well, it was 'just them', we are still the same people who were simply looking to upgrade to a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the effort put forth by both Justin and Tremaine that clearly came naturally on their behalf. We liked Nissan of Sumter so much we sent our dad there to buy his next truck from Justin! We have been back a few more times just to say hello and see how the guys are doing. We were saddened to learn that Tremaine is no longer with the company. Being a business owner myself, if I owned ANY new car lot, I assure you Tremaine would be working for me immediately. He has the "people skills" needed for a business to be very successful. Justin is still there, so trust me, if you are looking for a new, used, trade-in, etc, it's well worth the drive....Justin is definitely the man to see.

This place for my husband and I was the best experience ever in all the time we ever had gone to a car dealership. It was fast and just a whole lot of love. They had taken good care of us. Made appointment with service dept 2 weeks in advance. Arrived for appointment, put car in bay and was then told it would be an hour before they could look at it and another hour before we got it back. Service dept was good a couple years ago. This is second time they have dropped the ball. Probably switch to Cola
