Couldn t find exhaust gasket for my wife s suv anywhere in town . Walked in after work 2:19 on Saturday & even thought the computer said out of stock he ( Timothy/ TJ )took the time to show me a couple & I took one which worked out Perfectly. So a Big Shout out to a person willing to Go the Extra Mile .I will be back . Thanks & Blessed to have met him .The others were extremely Nice as well .

Do your research before you buy it at this NAPA. A young lady sold me the most expensive calipers they had. Even with the core return I still paid over twice as much as the 3 competitors to the left and right of this establishment. I was in a rush and thought NAPA will have what I need at competitive prices. She did not ask if I wanted their best brand, just rang it up and said return the core in the original box and bring the receipt. That's what I get for a little bit of trust... I won't make that mistake again. Sorry NAPA.

They recently changed their hits so are now open 7-7 Monday through Saturday. Very convenient! I love this place. Incredibly knowledgeable folks. The manager Keffer is a master certified technician.

My husband and I walked in carrying a dead battery. There were two men at the counter talking about finding something. We stood in front of them, with no greeting or even a sign they knew we were there. We waited for well over five minutes and during that time another employee arrived, again, no acknowledgment as he came to the counter where we were waiting and then went into the office. As this store was one of the only one in the area who carried this battery, we were stuck with this store. During this time no one looked at us or asked us to wait while they took care of another customer who wasn't even in the store, (there were no other people in the store and no other cars in the parking area).Eventually one clerk asked what we wanted. without saying anything to us he disappeared into the inventory stacks and soon came out with the battery we needed. I paid for the battery and the clerk took the battery to our car on his cart. He did tell my husband 'Have a good day", never during this time did we hear any 'welcome's, 'can I help you', 'thank you', or any indication that they wanted our business, OR money!Needless to say, unless they are the only car parts business left in town, I will not return to spend my money.

The worst store! I don't recommend it!The seller has many stores. I choose a store near me that is 7 minutes away on foot.I order with delivery.Total delivery in 3 days!!!this is very bad!do not recommend!

I was sent into Napa yesterday for a part which I hadchad no clue about and your sales associate Tee and I need to add that she was extremely busy and serviced me with her expertise knowledge and customers service was exceptional

Helped me out big time on my road trip up north was about 100 miles from home and was the only store someone close to me that had the part I needed to get me were I'm going. They were closing in 20 minutes and I was 30 minutes away I called in to buy the part over the phone and they hooked me up even tho they were closed. Thanks guys

The place is literally a dump. Looks like it was abandoned inside. You can tell this store is a franchise store ...wow.
