These guys are honest, detail oriented, and up front. They told me bad news on my truck so me one who trusts no one went in and personally fact checked there claims sure enough they were being honest. They did a complete engine swap in my 97 ford. It runs like a dream and there jasper motors come with a 100k mi warranty. Thank you so much guys!

My 1994 caravan was running hot and every where was booked but Guigndard Auto service took a look at it and told me that it wasn't my water pump but all the hoses. They had me back on the road quick great place to take your vehicles.

Great place! The quality of service is fantastic, without a doubt! The manager, Rollins, is very quick paced and smart! His work is accurate, and professional. I leave there with more knowledge every time, and very helpful outside of work as well! I had an emergency, and with his help, I was able to get up and going in no time! He s just very helpful! And I wouldn t recommend any other place or another manager!! I will not go anywhere else. Also the prices can't be beat. BEST place in town!!

Had to get my rocker arm replaced in my durango. They did great. Great price, great timing. Mr Mark definitely was very informative on what went wrong and even showed me my bad parts. Definitely will be back for any other work we may run into with our vehicle's in the future.

Francina at the front desk is awesome. Since Clark left, the place has gone down hill. I've had to have most of the work Mark did on my truck done over at another shop. He takes forever to repair vehicles, and his repairs are questionable. I will not use this garage again.

I love the people who work there, but the work they do is terrible. I didn't know it until I traveled cross country to Texas and discovered my brand new brake job was squealing on me. A major red flag was the fact that they forgot to bleed the brakes, I had to go back just so they finish the job properly. One month later...I took my car to another NAPA auto care center in Texas to fix the brakes and they told me it was the most terribly done brake job they had ever seen. They placed two outer brake pads on one side and two inner brake pads on the other. They broke the clips on the brake pads clean off with needle nose pliers! Do not go there, until there is new management and maybe new workers as well. Just avoid that place.Come to think of it, aside from their skill, they are not very professional. Mark used my car to give his buddy a ride to the corner store after "fixing" the problem with my car, for which he charged me over $150. I had a half talk of gas when I left it, I got it back with less than a quarter, "he says I think your gas gauge might be reading incorrectly". BULLCRAP, I got it back took it for a test drive and tells me, "let her go, put some gas on it."...first of all, don't be driving my car putting miles on it when it's not even fixed yet. And what are you going to start an Uber business with my car? And secondly, they never fixed my car I took it in twice for the same issue, first time he changed the ignition coils, then I had to take it back for "genuine Toyota replacement parts". NOPE, didn't fix it. So I took it home with me and decided those mechanics are useless. Turns out it was a very simple spark plug/wire change that it needed. That was it. Oh, and upon further inspection while changing those wires out, Guignard Garage, placed BOTH ignition coils on the wrong sides, throwing the firing order of my spark plugs off completely. Seriously these guys are NOT mechanically inclined. STAY AWAY!

I recently had my car repaired at Guignard Garage. I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly! The shop manager, Clark Cerra was most helpful explaining the problems with my car. They fixed it fast and I was on my way! I highly reccommend Guignard Garage!!

Very friendly and quick customer service and a very knowledgeable mechanic that takes the time to explain what he has found is what earns them the stars i gave; but it is so overly expensive that I couldn't give any more.
