Most unprofessional business known to mankind, spoke to either Patrick or Kenny and was told to show up for after hours work, as I did because I was stupid enough to listen, I arrived and waited an entire hour that consisted of phone calls until I went around the gate screaming for some sort of response, I left messages, emails, and voicemails, nothing was returned back to me, and when I called again, Patrick cursed me out and said what would you like me to do about it. I would advise anyone in their right minds to stay far away from people like this, when literally anyone else is nearby, they deserve zero business.

We had blown a tire visiting from Michigan. Needed to get home. These people had us with a new tire and all systems checked and on the road in a little more than an hour. They rocked it. Thank you so much from the Van Horn's ~

Hands down the best service of any industry I have ever had. God sent two angels when I was on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere to help me. Tripp and Antoin have no idea how much their help meant to us. And their price was more than fair. I would highly recommend using them. If I could give 10 stars I would. Frasier deserves a chance to earn your business.

Kenny was so helpful when I was stranded by myself on I-95. The staff even waited after hours for me to arrive and got my car fixed so I could get back on the road. Would recommend without hesitation!!!

Frasier Tire Service replaced the Air Conditioning Compressor. What do I have to show for it after $750 dollars and 23 days later? No Air Conditioning!Took the car to a nearby repair center and the machinic informed me that the compressor looked used as it is the part that failed. This is a little upsetting to say the least. Why was I charged $499.95 dollars for a used compressor! Additionally why am I charged for labor twice $90 and $126, does replacing the freon and A/C oil actual cost $126 labor? There is a third charge for labor ($63) but that is associated for replacing the rear shocks.Word of advice, don't tell them that you are military and that you need your car fixed prior to leaving the area. Going back is not an option as I am stationed seven hours away. Taking leave and driving seven hours in the middle of summer with no A/C just isn't happening. Also it's pretty screwed up to treat your service members this way, we don't ask for special treatment but being taking advantage of isn't what we want either.
