Owner is super nice.Maintenance made my car smell like cigarette smoke and forgot to rehook some wires.And wire management could be a lot better

I'm not sure if they were busy or they were having a bad day, but I was never asked if I needed assistance or if I was just browsing. They maybe good to some but my experience there was bad. God bless America

I ve dealt with Dixie Products for seven years and I have found them to be great people to do business with! They have an enormous range of products and services but what makes this a great place is the people who work there. They are friendly, experienced, and highly capable. They truly made business a pleasure!

Cluttered small town store with a ton of different types of products. Anything truck related I'm sure they can get. That said, the place is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a truck box and it arrived next day. The gentleman helped me put it into my truck and gave me some installation tips even though I didn't pay them to install it. I got a good price and walked away satisfied. I will come back.

Spent almost $1,000 on a fuel tank/toolbox combo, it didn't work, and when I tried to have it fixed the next day Rob at Dixie Products tried to make it out to be my fault. Finally got them to fix the issue "which was determined not to be an issue that I caused" then a few months later my tank started leaking, caused me hundreds in lost fuel, they made me pay to have it fixed when it should have been covered under warranty, they took the old tank and "told me it was destroyed" I believe they plan to repair it and sell it. After I told people thats where I got my tank from I was informed that they do bad business like that. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CONSIDERING THEM TO DO WORK FOR YOU!!

My first experience here with Jan and young man named allen (or maybe Alex?) Was good. But.. Went ....not only down hill but over the cliff with the second interaction ; from the moment I met Denise until 2 ( that were rude ) of the 3 men loading up my daughter. A misunderstanding that would have costs 10 minutes and not near the energy if you could have been kind and not mean... And I would have been a customer for life.

Very helpful. I came in to order something for my home, and rather than just sell me what I came in for, I received a great education on some prep work that would benefit me in the long run. Thanks for all of the information and advice.

Installers work very slow they start working they always have to leave and come back. 4 days to install carpet in three rooms living room and dining room? . They start at 8 every day leave at 5 but only 4hrs work done

I have used Dixie products for many years they have worked on all my trucks adding liners and side steps and bling,they are very professional and do great work at a great price

Went to the store, was on the outside sales floor about a couple of minutes, but in the store browsing for several and trying to find prices on their bed covers. No one was at the counter or around at all, couldn't get any help or speak to a rep.

Customer service is awful! Young guy with tattoos and twitchy left eye cost business about 5k. Will be going to Lee transport in Columbia from now on. I would rather set my money on fire than hand it to them The only reason they got one star is it was required to post review

Rude and unhelpful. Coughing in the phone, only said "we'll have to come out and measure" then hung up when I said that probably wouldnt work.
