At first i was a little bit bothered by the lack of communication and my vehicle taking longer than the initial estimate however, i realized when i picked up my vehicle that it well worth the wait and the reason why they didn t meet there initial estimate is because they were making sure that my vehicle turned out flawless. All of the panel gaps are more even then they were when we took the vehicle in, the paint looks absolutely incredible and extremely professional in communication i just wish there was a little bit more of it while my car was there. Overall this a great place to take your car to get paint/body work done just expect a wait to get an appointment and a little bit longer of wait then your initial estimate but it is well worth the wait! I highly recommend the staff at Carolina Collision Center of Sumter for anyone willing to fix up their vehicles! From the careful considerations, to the fair estimates and the level of respect they treat each client and their respective vehicle! Thanks for fixing up an old relic of ride!

I went to another body shop in town, who told me, I had to make an appointment just to get an estimate. I noticed that other shop had about 150 or more cars on the lot and assumed I wouldn't be seeing my truck any time soon, if I let them work on it. My car dealer recommended I take my Truck to Carolina Collision. I pulled in, A gentleman met me outside, he looked at what I wanted done and he discussed what would need to be done to make my truck look like new again, and how it would be done. He knew his stuff. We went inside, he wrote it up, the price was more than fair. Everything took as long as they said it would. I couldn't tell that there had ever been any damage to my truck when I got it back. Nice bunch of folks playing Christian Music on the radio when I went inside.::: UPDATE ::: I recently bought a RZR, and while I was waiting on it to be built, was notified by the Sales Manager that Polaris was having an 'Upgrade Your RIde' sales event. I found rock rails, front and rear bumper for 50% off. Unfortunately, the color was Blue and did not match my RZR. I had Extreme Sports Polaris and Yamaha remove everything, and I dropped them off at Carolina Collision Center. They did a quick turn-around with exact color matching for a fair price, and the finished job looks great. I'm posting the before and after pictrures here. This is myt second experience with them, and I'm quite pleased with how they treat the customer, and the qualty of their work.

I bought a vehicle online, only to discover it having an exterior under carriage piece cracked and hanging. The dealers third party insurer has Carolina Collison as an in network provider. I brought the vehicle toCarolina Collision to get serviced and was overwhelmed with the kindness, as well as the hospitality from Tim and Paula. Unfortunately, I discovered there was something else going on with the vehicle and it was now required to be seen at the dealership. I felt so sad having to do so because after initially dropping off the vehicle, I left with an ultimate level of trust that the team at Carolina Collision would take great care of the vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

We are very pleased with Carolina Collision. Tim really cares about his customers and his work. He tries hard to work as fast as he can but is limited sometimes on parts not coming in. He did a wonderful job on our car. It looks great!

you will enjoy your experience with the people and staff that work here. they're very professional at their work and do their work beyond your expectations their prices can't be beat for the work and the professionalism that they put into your vehicle I was very satisfied with what they achieved with mine I'm sure you will too come on in and make sure you talk to a guy named Johnny he will help you in any way possible

SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!Dropped my headlights off for restoration around 930am yesterday (20 July 20). Received a call this morning (21 July 20) before 930am that the headlights were ready. That's less than 24 hrs!!They brought my headlights back to life and clear coated them so they don't fade again.Now I'm going to take ALL of my headlight sets here. The professionalism, quality, and care were top notch. This is a place I'll GLADLY return to and spend money with.

Friendly, they'll look at damage and tell you what they think - even look hard enough to provide an estimate. Work I've had done here has always been done well. Expect to get an appointment a little ways out on the calendar - they do a lot of business because they take care of the customers and their cars/trucks!

As a car enthusiast, I would highly recommend Carolina Collison! The customer service is outstanding and the quality of work is well worth the wait. They also understand the love and quality people put into their cars (i.e. myself especially). I am very picky as to who I let lay a finger on my car. Their workers are professional, their work area and service area are very clean and they use quality parts. If the need ever arose, I would definitely use them again.

They were trying to get me to wait until the end of June, and these guys would not write me a quote , I found out that there was another collision center open near by, I found them on Monday took me until Tuesday to get there. I was in on Tuesday and ready for me to pick up on Friday

I will never use this place again !! I took my Dodge Journey here to get it fixed bc he seamed like they would have it done the fastest . Here I am 2 weeks out and my car is still there NOT FIXED ! And I was told to call back tomorrow again . Do not use this place to get your car fixed . ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR THE HASSLE .

Needed a small favor being from out of town. They hooked us up, quickly and professionally. The secretary was a sweetheart, she put cartoons on for felicity ( my 6 year old) great hospitality.

Had to order a rear view mirror. Came in on time and was installed in less than an hour while I waited. Highly reommended!

Beware!!! my sons truck was fixed after collision and all the driverside upper lower wheel and caliper was left so lose that the caliper literally jumped of and was hanging by the brake line. the bolts were still in the housing they didnt break. then the drivers wheel starte to lean out the diagnosis was that the bolts were not tightened after alignment was completed by Carolina collision. the men in the back talked to my son in such a deameaning factor he was angered to a point he came home to tell me how disappointed he was. my wife was with him and confirmed the rude sarcasim witnessed. We are lucky my son is alive after the brakes failed. Also luck I caught the poor work before the rest of the bolts worked thier way out and had the entire driverside looked over and torqued or tightened appropriately. Beware! very dangerous place to leave your vehicle.

Car looked fine but when I got in to leave check engine was on they came out so called fix it but didn t even get home back on. Took it back the next day it s been there for two days and now two days at dodge bec they don t know what s wrong with it now I ve been without my car for three weeks going on four. This place sucks bottom line and for everybody check engine was not on when I took it there

Car repairs in jan 2017. Front fender painted and repaired beautiful 2004 Chevrolet monte carlo. 2019 august bumper and mirror painted beautiful same car. Need more work due to accident. They will fix it right in sumter. Cash it out they will work a price for you. Military friendly. Folk. Carolina collisions.

These people are crooks first off they obtained my motorcycle under false pretenses and tried lying to me to obtain my title for the bike when they found out I received an open title then tried lying to me about having to owe back taxes when in South Carolina there is no back taxes in vehicles I would not suggest taking anything to them or calling them for a tow or you might not have your items left in your car when you pick it up they told me they wouldn't charge me any fees if I showed proof of ownership of my bike this has been a complete headache especially after losing my brother in a motorcycle accident last year
