I've taken several vehicles to them rather for tint or sounds. They have never failed me. Appreciate the quality work from you guys! Definitely won't be my last visit.

My Dad and I stopped by Car Stereo Plus yesterday with a question about an aftermarket dash cam installed by a different shop. The camera quit working, wouldn t power on, etc. We were greeted at the door by a very nice lady who grabbed the owner so we could explain the issue. She told us what their minimum shop price was, but assured us they would take a look and not charge us. The owner came out, looked around a few different places around the camera system and dash, found the issue within 5 minutes, got it working and told us we owed nothing. Then we talked for a few minutes about life and felt like we were catching up with an old friend. Very friendly atmosphere, helpful and didn t charge us a thing for their time since the fix was so quick and painless. Mind you, they were busy when we walked in and had people working on other vehicles, but they took the time to help us out and didn t charge us an arm and a leg like other shops might have tried. I couldn t be more comfortable with these folks. They have won our business and I would recommend them to anyone looking to be treated fairly and receive quality work at an affordable price.

Absolutely fantastic job tinting my wife s van. Much better results than a competing shop that I had tiny my truck. Will be using this shop to have my truck retinted. Great customer service.

Had front windows tinted on my 24 Traverse. Excellent job and service. Front workers, Dedi and Donna, are friendly and know what they are doing from tint to stereo systems. This was my second vehicle to be tinted and would highly recommend them.

Good coffee, Good snacks, Good Bubble Gum, and most importantly GOOD PEOPLE!! Came in because speaker wasn t playing, left a happy customer and didn t spend anything but time and that time was spent with laughter!! I was threatened by the nice lady in the side office to make this review. just joshing

It was a great experience I enjoyed the lady in the front she was a nice sweet lady and broke down everything to me including why my old radio might have went out and when they realized some of my fuse were blown they fixed it and didn t charge that is great customer service and get business I would come here again with the quickness

Car stereo plus is like doing business with your familyBoth my car and truck have very nice stereos and i am very pleasedI am on a first name basis with themI did a lot of modifications to my wave runner and i freed up some space in the engine compartment i now have a 400 amp receiver fantastic speakers with 2 tweeters plus a fantastic sub wolfer in my storage compartmentI think i may just have the best stereo in a wave runner on the lake when summer hits and i have only james and de de to thank for itMom and pop business are the back bone of the American economy and they are model people

Great place and nice people. Went on a recommendation from my cousin because i wanted to upgrade my radio. Was told i didn't need the kit which was awesome as i would save a few bucks. Sent my mom to pick my car up once finished and they still charged me for the kit. Ha! As well as some bluetooth mic thing that i will never ever use

GO HERE! My Cue touch screen went out in my Cadillac. I went to the dealership to get it repaired and they wanted to charge me an arm, a leg, a kidney and my first born to get it repaired. I came to Car Stereo Plus and they charged a fifth of what the dealership wanted to charge. Not only were they able to get me an appointment quickly, they also repaired the screen in a very short time. I will recommend them for everything to everybody. The staff is amazing!!!!

Terrible customer service and definitely not handicap friendly upon purchasing a wire harness from them I returned to the store once I had done the labor with the intent on purchasing an antenna adapter. Well at 130 on a Friday (normal business hours) I was turned around and told to come back on MONDAY! However due to being handicap it took a while to get back into my vehicle as I struggled the owner peering out at me I see a vehicle pull in and I think man I feel bad for this elderly gentleman he's fixing to get turned away just like I did after driving all the way here WELL the owner opened the door and served him . Need less to say i went to sound fx got my antenna connection then decided to let the public in on knowledge most are unaware of... Car stereo plus has the highest mark up rate I found the same harness I was charged $85 for on Amazon for 30 ordered it got it in and it's the SANE EXACT wiring harness same package and everything so beyond the owners terrible customer service they are way over priced. It took me 12 years to give them another chance and they are worse now than they were when they screwed me on wiring a system. They charged me out the behind and then when the wires came loose they claimed a fuse was blown that was ages ago I went straight to sound fx and had my entire system rewired because w.e. they'd done was half done and caused shortages. Seriously do research and understand people don't always deserve a second chance.

They installed my bf 7in touch screen car radio in his 09 crown Vic. And they did an awesome job. Only thing i can say that I didn't to much car for is they wanted like an extra 120$ to hook up his rerview camera that came with the radio.... And I was Already paying like 200 just to install the deck. But they did do an awesome job.

Tax season had the place packed, but customer service was absolutely fantastic. Brought my own amp and subs, had them wire everything up and used only top shelf products. Don't expect any worthwhile car audio shop to be able to do work immediately. Make an appointment, keep it, and you'll be more than taken care of here. Systems are like tattoos, good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. After shopping around, as in physically going into different stores, these folks were hands down the most knowledgeable and customer oriented people in the industry here.They checked my amp for free and had my truck beating the block down sooner and harder than I expected!

Great place for window tinting. Have taken two of my vehicles here and have been incredibly satisfied with results. Perfect fit, no blemishes, lifetime warranty, great customer service and quick turnaround.

Took my car to get a radio installed, I specifically asked them that I needed all the steering wheel controls to work, when they gave me my car back the controls to answer and hang up calls were still not working, they didn't do it and the owner would not fix it if I didn't pay them again, really bad experience, ended up paying like $300 to install a radio. Also there was a conflict with the Bluetooth I had to fix myself, had to remove the previous Bluetooth module, because they didn't do it.As a customer you definitely don't appreciate when they want to insult your intelligence, next time take ownership and fix the car instead of charging the customer again.

Never in my life has someone try to charge me 85% the cost of the radio for an install. Every thing had an install fee. 625 dollars for a stereo and two speaker install. Charge up is ridiculous, highest prices of any audio establishment I've ever been to. Sorry but I'm not buying two stereos for the price of one. The people were nice, and helpful, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Brought them a 2016 Mustang GT with less then 200 miles to tint with there premium tint. Dropped off first thing in the morning and took the time to explain my OCD and the placement of there shop stickers under the tint. Didn't get it back until closing and the tinter comes out to tell me he knew how I wanted it but he thought it'd look better his way, for $265 I disagree. Four days later I called about the excessive bubbles in the back window to be told oh we were afraid it was going to do that. So I asked if they were able to correct it that day to be told no we're over booked we can get to it a week from now.Then when I take it in I nicely mentioned the mud and dirty shoe marks left all over my interior the last time my car was in. The staff gets argumentative claiming it wasn't them. Like I explained I just wanted to let them know seeing as how it was a brand new car and had been detailed before leaving the dealership. I didn't want and argument.At that time he finally just claimed they were going to stop tinting vehicles from there on out. So we will see. Only time will tell. Save yourself the heart ache and go somewhere else.
