They were so thorough and so quick, I honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They provided me with so much detail and information of services that I didn't know I needed and provided proof of why I needed the work done. This is not the typical "upsell" maintenance establishment where they just try to get extra money out of you. They genuinely care about you and your vehicles health / performance and provide hard evidence of their findings throughout the entire inspection. Completely transparent and was able to get all of the work done within 24 hours. Great communication throughout the entire time my vehicle was with them. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I took my car my car here recently after using them maybe 15 to 20 years ago and they were simply amazing! Clark was in constant contact with me to make sure I knew what was going on with my car and when the part would arrive was in contact with me throughout the process, and my car is running great! I highly recommend taking your car here and I know I will continue to use them! Thank you very much Car Care and Repair!

The most high tech professional out fit in the area. Don't be shocked with the initial charge for the extremely meticulous examination of your vehicle, clearly the best money I've spent.Thank you to Clark, CeCei and all the specialist my caddy has never run smoother. See you for phase 2.

My Mini Cooper needed repairs and Car care was gracious and knowledgeable about the problems and how to fix them. I am especially grateful to find a local trustworthy group that services BMW cars. The cost was high but I feel much safer having them do the work.

Everyone was friendly however I was there for a diagnostic on my car Which I knew was going to be $165. When I left the car, I asked if they could also check the brakes assuming that it would be included in the price. However, no one told me that it was going to be an extra $70 to have my brakes checked until I went to pick up my car with a bill of $250. If I had been told that the check on the brakes was going to be extra, I would have declined. Besides that I would recommend Car Care and Repair.

This was my 2nd time bringing my car in for service. Everyone is extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. They make time to explain everything in detail as well, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Making this place my go to for my family s vehicle services. I was greeted professionally and immediately felt like I was family. I went in for an oil change and new tires. While I was waiting they showed me a disgusting cabin air filter that no other shops had done or changed. They recommended that I should change annually and that one was four years old. Thank you Team Car Care for an awesome and comfortable experience. New customer for life

I've used Car Care and Repair for both my vehicles for many years and Eric Hamilton is the only one that works on my vehicles! They have always taken care of me. I've never had any issues with any repairs done on my vehicles. Their customer service is great as well!

These guys set my appointment within 2 days. I dropped the car off and they went over the entire car. Gave me a full report and had the car fixed the same day. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them. Communication was amazing. They sent a text and followed with a phone call to assure I received it. Customer service is on point. The repairs were done right and done extremely quickly. I am beyond happy with my experience

For 2 months, and I spent over 500.00 and other repair shops could not determine the issue with a faulty light. I called Car Care and they were very accommodating. In 48 hours they figured out the issue. They inspect your car carefully and then dialogue with you on the way forward. I am very pleased with the maintenance and repair of my car. It is better than the original dealership. I will bring all my vehicles here. Thank you Car Care!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement

Car, Care Repair and their wonderful staff always sticks to their integrity, Their knowledge and always does a great job. Been going to them for almost 20 years very loyal company not many people can trust mechanics but this company you can. Just recently got my front shocks replaced, my Honda pilot rides like new. Always know my car is in good hands with them. Had a new set of tires mounted. Final bill was $400.00 UNDER the estimate. How often does that happen?

My daughter had a 9: 00 a.m. appointment today. We arrived at 8:45 a.m. She dropped off her keys and we left. The diagnosis test was to be only two hours, and I'll give anyone some led- way with time, but not to the extent of several hours later and multiple phone calls, and her car is still in the same parking space. We went back at 2:45 and her car hadn't moved. I told her to get her keys and we were leaving! They close at 5:30 p.m. My daughter intentions were to go to work afterward, and my day was screwed also. This was a learning lesson for her not to take everyone at their work.

They keep you well updated with your vehicle and the employees are very helpful and willing to assist you. TOP NOTCH SERVICE if you want it done right, go there..but if you want it done cheap this may not be the place for you .I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS

These folks know their cars and do a great job working on them. I have a Jaguar xjr had an electrical issues. Jaguar the dealership had the car 3 times and still have not gotten it right. These folks accurately diagnosed the probem and fixed it. They are so much better than the dealership. I know the car I have it is going to be expensive to fix so I will not comment on the price...However I can say these folks take pride in their work and it shows.....Great Job GuysServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

This auto repair shop came recommended by a family member and the service was fantastic. It was refreshing to speak to the knowledgeable staff . My vehicle is not that common and nearly 20 years old and was giving pertinent information in regards to problem solving and the associated expenses. I found this business by chance and I can honestly say I continue to utilize their services by choice! The BEST customer service of any auto repair shop I've ever used and the prices are comparable, if not, cheaper than other.
