Irving is a nice guy him and his employees stayed over late to ensure that they fixed my vehicle l. They took the time out to explain and show me what needed fixing in my vehicle and they were very patient with me. The service was very fast & pleasant I will definitely come back to get my car serviced from here

Mr. Ervin has had excellent customer service for the past two years. If you are ever apprehensive about getting maintenance performed on your brakes because you fear you ll be taken advantage of cast those fears to the side. He listens to your concerns then goes out to your vehicle to address them. Also, his co-worker Scott is a very fast and efficient mechanic. You won t be disappointed at this Sumter location!

Beware! Offers a great low price but once you get there the high pressure professional bad news demands begins! Wanted the basic package and was told all my rotors were shot and needed to be replaced at $100 each? Seriously!!!! Didn t do a complete job that was listed in the package, wouldn t touch the existing rotors and NEVER checked or added brake fluid. I also assume no warranty as my receipt doesn t show that checked. Held off a little bit hoping corporate would contact me to try and make something right .. nope Just as shady as the service center

Service was good at this location but the shop manager or owner attempted to scam me out of my money by telling me and trying to convince me that I had to spend 2000$ for a new brake system. He intentionally lied about this and treated me like I was stupid. Then began to try to tell me my rotors were bad and the hubs were bad. Fortunately I have A lot of experience in brake work and corrected him. I told him put my brakes pads on the back where they were needed!!! An hr later I paid my for the brakes in the back and drove away. THE VEHICLE DRIVES GREAT, JUST NEEDED NEW PADS!! I would of given y all 5 stars but bad business practices will always overshadow your service. When you lie to your customers about what s needed with their vehicles in order to obtain currency its called SCAM. SCAMMING IS BAD SIR.

When I arrive I was a little nervous cause I never had to go and get my own brakes looked at.. Mr. Ervin talk to me and took my truck to look at and see what needs to be done..Very nice and quiet in here. Over all I appreciate that I got a price for all the work I needed on my truck.. Thanks to the guys that took the time to tell me.. I will be returning.

I was on vacation with my family, and my brakes started making noise. I didn't want to ruin the vacation with an accident. Not only did the shop in Sumter get me in right a way, but they sorted the problem and got me out in under an hour! They saved the day, but almost as important was the professionalism and courtesy that I saw them show everyone who came in while I was there. Highly recommended.

The other good reviews are spot on. The problem we were having was diagnosed within minutes(calipers) with a simple test drive and fixed within just a few hours. The people were friendly and had great customer service. We would definitely recommend and be going back with future issues.

Ervin is THE GOAT! I made an appointment for diagnostics and the problem was serviced today! He even assisted me with my hunger, by warming up my food for me. Talk about customer care!
